9360 not refreshing when lock button pressed.

When I press the button at the top of my phone to lock it and then press it again to unlock it sometime later the phone time remains at the same time I locked it at for about 3 seconds and I also can't receive bbm messages etc whilst the phone is locked. Anyone have any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?

very helpful. If this suggestion doesn't make the
problem disappear, then install the latest COMBO
update (10.4.7 was released today), restart, launch
Disk Utility, repair permissions, restart, and
hopefully that'll fix things.
I have another - "clean" - admin account and the problem persists there. And I downloaded the 10.4.7 update and the problem persists. If there isn't much to add, why go beyond, as you call it, a "cryptic one-line" response.

For a couple months now my G4 Powerbook running 10.4.6 has not responded to pressing the power button. This also applies to the restart/logoff/shut down options from the Apple menu -- no response.
I reloaded Tiger using the save personal preferences and settings and the malfunction is still there.

NW2004s SP12, action not called when Save button pressed

Hi Experts,
I have a strange behaviour in my Interactive form SAVE functionality. If its a large form, the SAVE button does not call corresponding action method in the implementation.
However it does when the form size is small eg 1.5Mb or so.
Please advise. This is quite urgent.

Hi!
If you commit the form and insert data after that,
that data will not being commited to the database and got lost until you use
something like forms_ddl ( 'commit' ); after the insert.
:system.last_query, which is the very last query of a block in your form,
will never show an insert in any trigger.
May a commit-trigger is not a good place for an insert.
But anyway, hope this help you.

Create your report in a region as normal.
Create a second region and in this region create an item eg p171_item.
In the same region create 2 buttons
Get Report and Reset (branching back to same page).
Create 2 page processes (PLSQL) on submit after computations

Now by pressing the buttons the report region is opened and closed.
Now hide P171_ITEM.

RealPlayer can cause conflicts with Flash Player because it tries to assign EVERY TYPE of video or audio file to itself by default. I haven't used RealPlayer in years for that reason. It's an unnecessary program anymore. There are apps loike VLC media player that cna do EVERYTHING it does without conflicting with other apps like Flash Player.
With WIndows 8, Microsoft began embedding FlashPlayer themselves into Internet Explorer. Because of that, you cannot download and install it from here. You cannot uninstall it from Internet Explorer without removing a specific Windows Update first. And you cannot update it via this website. ONLY through Windows Update can Flash Player for Internet Explorer be updated.
That said, you probably DON'T have a virus that's causing the problems with Flash Player and Internet Explorer. Many, many websites are not "recognizing" the browser.
This is a known problem with Internet Explorer 11, which Microsoft has been aware of since October 18 when they released IE11 The pages can't recognize the browser, so they don't recognize any of the plugins, like Flash Player.
So far, Microsoft has made NO indication that they have any plan to fix it soon.
Microsoft's recommendation is to use Compatibility View for affected pages, and "pretend" you're using an different browser. Trouble with that is it has seen limited success at best, and you have to individually enable it for EVERY page that has problems.
I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.

Opera (from Opera)
Safari (from Apple)
Chrome (from Google)
ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in.

Image does not refresh when I undo

This seems only to happen when using my Wacom. A lot of friends have the same problem.
The viewport/canvas does not refresh when undoing a paint stroke done with my Wacom Intuos4 Wireless. But when I make a new paint stroke or zoom in or something else that requires the viewport to refresh it looks correct. I am using Photoshop CS5.1 (Production Premium CS5.5). I am running Mac OS X Lion on a MacBook Pro 13" 2011.
Anyone else having this issue? It seems like a nasty bug to me.

OK, I have done some testing and this happens on three friends computers. What we have in common is Wacom Tablets (different kinds, intous3, intuos4, bamboo and intuos4wl), Photoshop CS5.5, OS X Lion and Macbook 13" 2011.
However, another friend just bought a new intuos4wl for his Macbook Pro 15" late 2008 (MacBook Pro5,1) thats running Snow Leopard. So far this seems to only happen with wacoms + cs5.5 + lion. And another friend is running CS5 on a MacBook Pro 13" 2011 without problems.
I would say that the problem is PS CS5.1 in conjunction with Lion and Wacom tablets. Scratch what I said earlier about external monitors.

From your description, the group with none categories won’t fresh when changing flag in Category view. If I misunderstood, please point it out.
As you can in the View tab as below, there is Category as well as Flag: Start date or Due Date. It means that grouping per color categories is more or less different from that
grouping by flag.

Make sure your devices are also connected to external power or the wifi will disconnect after a few seconds. If they are and they still won't back up, it may be caused by a corrupt existing backup that needs to be deleted, or by data on your device that is causing the backup to fail. To troubleshoot these, try deleting your last iCloud backup (if you have one) by turning off iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then tap Manage Storage, tap your device under Backups, then tap Delete Backup. Then go back and turn iCloud Backup back on and try backing up again.
If it still won't back up, you may have an app or something in your camera roll that is causing the backup to fail. To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again. If the backup is successful, then the camera roll and/or one of your apps is causing the backup to fail and you'll have to located by process of elimination. Turn the camera roll On and try backing up again. If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again. If it succeeds again, turn some more apps to On then try again; repeat this process until it fails. Eventually you'll be able to locate the problem app and exclude it from your backup.

Call gets disconnected when lock button is pressed.

I use iPhone 6 and upgraded my device to 8.3 today. This happened to me couple of times now, I was in a call without a hands free got a text message , the screen lit up with notification and never got switched off. Now ow when I pressed on a lock button to lock the screen and continue on call , the call got disconnected .
This is very wiered. Any comments on this.?????

Sounds like you have a internal connection problem in the iPod. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of a local Apple store.

IPod Touch turns off when lock button is pressed.

My father accidentally put my dog's cage on top of my iPod Touch...surprisingly it was fine. Or so I thought. A few minutes later the volume started acting strange, which I think was a problem with the button. Somehow I fixed that after playing around with it. But when I pressed the lock button, the iPod turned off, and wouldn't turn back on, as if it had no battery life whatsoever. When I got home, I plugged it in, and thankfully it responded. I thought it was fine, until I tried to press the lock button again. It completely dies every time the button is pressed. Which I suppose is alright, as long as I never press that button again but that's rather annoying. Any ideas on what to do with that?

Report does not refresh when link to page

I have a report on page 1 with a column link to a report on page 2.
The link sets items on page 2.
If I use the 'Page in this Application' from the column link, the items on page 2 are set and the report is automatically refreshed.
If I use the 'URL' in the column link, the items are set but the report on page 2 is not refreshed. I have more than 3 items to pass via the link so I have to use the URL. The url syntax is correct - if I click a Go button on page 2 the data refreshes fine.
I have the same problem when clicking a tab that I have set to clear the page items - the tab clears the cache on the target page but the data in the report is not refreshed until I click the go button.
The items on page 2 are select lists and text (always submit when enter pressed).
How can I get the report on page 2 to auto refresh without the user having to click the Go button?

I can't post the pages (site reasons) but here's the debug.
All the item values are set correctly to what I want but at point 041 - I get the custom "no rows returned error". If I click the refresh button (essentially a submit with go) the date appears.
I am now using the link set up to go to 'Page in Application' with clear cache and 3 item variables set and reset pagination ticked and the request of Go (its the same result without the request and the pagination unticked).
Any ideas?

My power/lock button presses itself randomly?

My iPhone 3GS's power/lock button decides to click itself whenever an object or my hand is near the button or just the top of my phone in general. Also, this causes the phone to turn on itself after I have switched it off. Can anyone offer any help? Thanks.

Swing problem: table is not refreshed when i open it from jdialog

Hi , my situation is this one :
1. i have a swing form.
2. i have created a panel form where i have a drop down list and a table. wich are depndend with each other. When i choose an item to the drop down list the value in the table is changed.
3. i invoke this panel into the form with drag and drop, with invoke jDialog from button option.
4. First time i run the form and open the panel from button the drop down list and the table are working correctly.
5. i close the panel and open it again: And at this time when i choose an item from drop down list the table is not refreshed anymore. I have to run the form again if i want that this panel to work correctly.
Am i doing smth wrong? I dont have too much experience in swing , and the documentation for adf-swign are really poor .
Ps: Maybe i should explain the way i have created the drop down list and table in the panel . i am not using smth like execute with parameters for the view in the table. I have created a link between the view in the drop down list and the view in the table. It seems they work correcly if i run the panel for the first time.

To answer your question, Restore the iPhone with current iTunes on your computer. If fixed, it was software. If still problem, most likely hardware, and then make Genius reservation or set up Service and take or send to Apple for resolution under Warranty.

Overide on-error with when-new-button-pressed

Hi,
I have a big problem and not much time to solve it so posting on here hoping someone will know the answer. I have put an exit button on my form which calls a method that uses GO_FORM to return to a menu page.
I don't want to close oracle forms down completely so I can't use the exit_form command. However I want the close button to return the user to the menu without validating or saving the current form.
My problem is that I catch errors in a date field using an on-error trigger and this always fires before the when-button-pressed meaning my user gets an error before leaving the form.
How do I ignore the on-error trigger when my close button is pressed and not when exiting the field which contains the date.
I have tried setting the execution hierarchy to after on the on-error and override on the when-button-pressed but this seems to have no effect.

One solution would be to add a menu for the form. For some reason menu items and toolbar buttons don't cause the loss of focus to occur. If you used a menu to fire a trigger to close the form then you could set a flag that could be checked in your on-error trigger. If the flag was true(or whatever) then you don't perform your validation.
I'm usually angry that the toolbars and menus don't cause those triggers to fire, but I've had a couple cases similar to this where it actually works out for the better. Not sure if having a menu for, what sounds to me like, a dialog will look the best, but it should work.

Adobe Captivate 8.1 TOC not refreshing when published

I have Adobe Captivate v8.1. In my project, which originated in PPTX, the slides are not refreshing in the TOC in Captivate. I have used the 'reset' button in TOC but when I publish, it is not picking up the slide title?

PowerPoint is not the best about managing slide titles. Unless you created the content in outline mode, or laboriously added titles to each slide in outline mode, you may find that what appears to be a slide title in PowerPoint is not recognized as a slide title by Captivate.
The good new is, once you add the titles (either in Captivate or in PowerPoint), you should be able to see them in the TOC after refreshing it.
Just be aware, you'll loose any customization to the TOC contents when you refresh.
