945GCM5-F V2 how to tell if it is the 1333mhz version

I got this board from my son he upgraded his boss's Pc and this board was surplus to his requirements and my wifes PC needed a revamp.
It is presently running a e2160 which does not like being overclocked past fsb=230. From what I read on the chip/cpu 300fsb is common at stock cooling.
I was wondering 2 things
1 any reason why the Mb cannot take higher than 230fsb?
2 how does 1 identify the 1333mhz version. My details from the board are
bios 29/11/2007 v 17.7 I seem to remember
erp 200
model 945GCM5-F V2

Peacekeaper, I think you are confusing two things:
1) Processor Support or whether or not the board can support a processor that runs @200,266 or 333 MHz FSB Clock Speed naively
2) Overclocking
Even you your board is the 1333 MHz (333 MHz FSB) version, that does not mean that you can easily overclock an FSB-200-MHz Processor.
Now, if you want to overclock your E2160, simply raising the FSB Clock Speed is not enough. Stability problems are imminent as long as you don't readjust the memory frequency. On Intel Chipsets, memory clock speed is tied to FSB Clock Speed. If you raise the FSB Frequency you are also forcing the memory to run at higher speed.
What memory modules are you using and what is your current setting for memory frequency in BIOS?

The Kaspersky support forums mention that those extensions will be updated soon, so that they are compatible with FF25. In the meantime, we do not recommend that you downgrade your version of Firefox, but you can find instructions and download locations for previous versions here:

LR on your laptop is still a desktop version. It is just now able to upload to the cloud to replicate photos to either http://lightroom.adobe.com/ or an iPad that has LR Mobile installed.
I think you probably just want to change the LR 5 identity plate back so it doesn’t mention LR Mobile all the time. Hover over the identity-plate area, and click on the little triangle that appears, then choose Change Identity Plate.

Some gestures have been removed in Firefox 4.
You can restore the zoom feature by changing the values of the related prefs on the about:config page.

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.

Thanks for your help. What is really irritating is that Apple give a big hurray about what they have added as "new" in Pages 5 (most of it pretty useless) without telling you of the myriad things they have deleted. If they had shown the list your gave the link to, I doubt may regular users would risked going to Mavericks with its auto upgrade. My partner got the message in time and is sticking with the earlier operating systems and Pages on Mac and iPad. Lucky girl.
I have found a way to use my iPad to add chapters written while on the move to reports on my iMac Pages 4.3. If I write it on the new Pages on the iMac (don't seem to be able to revert there), the send the report as an email in WORD format (not Pages) and download it in the Text Editor, then cut and paste into the story on the iMac. Hardly elegant but it works.

Firefox 5.0 only has one bookmarks toolbar. How do I go back to the older version that let me have 2 or 3?

When I downloaded Firefox 5.0, I suddenly had only ONE Bookmarks Toolbar. With the older version, I had 2 and was going to add a 3rd one.
1 - Can I add additional Bookmark Toolbars to 5.0 and if so, how do I do it?
2 - If I can't do it, how do I go BACK to the older version? Thank you.

Are you launching Pages from an icon in your Dock? Installing the update does not change the Dock icons & it does not remove the older versions. Go to your Applications folder & launch the new Pages from there.

Numbers 3.2 has changed too much, it doesn't work with my project anymore. 1) The sheet panels used to be on the left hand side and easily reviewable and searchable, but now they are on the top and it's harder to find a specific folder without scrolling (too time consuming), 2) I used to be able to duplicate a folder within my sheet panel window by simply clicking on a folder and hitting Command D, but that doesn't work now so it looks like I'll have to spend even more time to recreate the same tables that used to be easily duplicated, and 3) I can't choose fill colors that matched my project anymore because there are only limited choices available now. And these are only the changes that I'm aware of. I am very disappointed and frustrated. Whatever the motivation was to limit Numbers 3.2, I want the previous version back. How do I revert back to the previous version I was using?

You can scroll more quickly between sheets if you don't use the left-right triangles, but instead move the cursor up into the bands with the "tabs" and drag right or left.
Also, if you have a lot if sheets for which you want a quick vertical list, then you can try the following have something like this pop up (showing your sheet names automatically) whenever you hit a keyboard shortcut (in my case shift-command-j):

Well, to paraphrase the old line, "What're you gonna believe, that email or your own lying eyes?"
The first thing I'd recommend trying is to power down your iPad (press & hold Sleep/Wake until the red OFF slider appears, then slide it to shut down), and then boot it back up and try again. You're resetting a bunch of state signals by doing that and this simple action (the first of a series recommended by Apple in your Users Guide) will quite often clear up these sorts of problems.
