9500 Comm - SMS Receive Date Incorrect?

Hi, Have had my Nokia 9500 for sometime now. Version Number is as follows. V04.51(00) 14-12-2004 RA-2 2Gb MMC with TomTom Mobile 5 and various other software. Have never had a need to upgrade the firmware as it has been fine, but over that last couple of months when recieving a Text Message in the 'Inbox' it will display the correct time. However when you open the message the time and date at the top is display as the following and I have no idea why its started doing this? Date: 01 01 0000 Time 00:00:00 Any idea's why it is behaving like this as I haven't? I haven't done anything out of the ordinary, I have a lot of messages on my phone, 1250+ but why now? Thanks in advance for any help. Shane

i already encounter that problem, what i did is, i just format the mmc and phone...and it seems ok...
following are the possible problems...
-software(third party)
-memory full(phone)
-call log setting..
try to format your phone and mmc..avoid using third party software...
Isn't that a bit extreme?
I mean having to format both the MMC & the Phone?
All the software I have has been working fine, then it started this problem.
After a while a few SMS Texts came through correct but then reverted back to the oddball date?
Memory isn't full either.
What do you mean by Call Log Setting? Not much there is there?

this is an annoying bug. To reproduce it,switch off tour phone and send yourself a SMS.Wait as long as you want and switch on tour phone. It Will receive the sms and display the incorrect received date.
please can you provide a fix for this?

Is your date and GMT time settings correct and do you have a message details option when you open sms?
If  i have helped at all a click on the white star below would be nice thanks.

  • How can i guarantee that comma (8'hbc) will be aligned to first byte of received data?

i'm now using the spartan6  gtp to transmit 32 data through the fiber(with 8b/10b encoding enable),when i send the data which includes the comma  (32'h090909bc),how can i guarantee that comma (8'hbc)  will be aligned to first byte of  received data .and i just can guarantee that comma (8'hbc)  will be aligned to even byte of  received data (attribute ALIGN_COMMA_WORD is set to be 2).

    Hi,
Please avoid posting multiple post. I have answered your query here - http://forums.xilinx.com/t5/Spartan-Family-FPGAs/how-can-i-guarantee-that-comma-8-hbc-will-be-aligned-to-first/m-p/644938/highlight/false#M32601

  • IPhone displaying incorrect email receive date

Forgive me if I have posted in the wrong community, however this is my first post. My iphone 4 (iOS 6.0.1) has recently (over the past three days) started sporadically assigning a xx/xx/00 date to emails rather than xx/xx/12. When I open the email the date is the current date, but the receive date is not. Not all emails display the wrong receive date. My husband's iphone 4 has also started doing the same thing today; I'm not sure if it is specific to 4s or if other iphone models are also experieincing this problem. I also don't know what is causing this, and therefore how to fix it, but I would appreciate any advice or solutions from others who may have had this problem.

    Hi,
My provider is telstra but I also have a private domain. I have 4 email accounts going to my iphone, three of which belong to telstra and one to my private domain. I have no issues with my private domain only one of my bigpond email accounts. The problem is also occurring on my imac. I'm yet to check my ipad. The date on each of my devices is correct. I changed the date and time on my iphone to manual but it made no difference. My imac still has the date and time set at automatic. I'm guessing from your line of questioning that this is more likely a provider issue rather than a osx or ios issue - am I correct?

    Hi Abdul,
Check if the data you are getting for the two fields in your data loading are correct. I think it has some illegal characters(I guess it has a trailing space). If possible try and correct it in the source system itself.
If you are doing full load for the master data, everytime the system is going to pull these values in and throw error. One other way of avoiding it will be to maintain routines to eliminate these.
The quickfix will be to correct it at the PSA level and load it again.
    Regards.

  • Error in receiving data with synchronized 5 USRP2 boards

I am trying to synchronize 5 USRP2 boards and receive data. It works when I choose 'Now' in 'apply timestamp' of 'niUSRP Set Time'. However, when I switch to 'Next Timebase Edge', why doesn't it work? It always comes to be the errer of 'A stream command was issued in the past'. Is it caused by hardware or software? How to fix it?
The test file is in the attachment.
I am also very sure that I have synchronized the boards with a signal generator and a waveform generator. The signal generator generates a 10 MHz signal with amplitude of -5.4 dBm. The generated signal then goes through an amplifier to have a peak-to-peak amplitude from 2.5V to 3V. After that, the output is connected to REF CLOCK ports of the receiver boards through a splitter. The waveform generator creates a square wave with Vpp = 5V, Vp = 5V and frequency of 1 Hz. It connects to PPS IN ports of the receiver boards via a splitter. All cables have the same length.

The challenge is likely the string input at the top of the VI where you select "on next time base edge. Use a comma separated list with each device that has external inputs to PPS. I.e. the first ip address in the list is device 0. So if I had an ip list of 4 boards and the first and third where attached with an external clock (with the other two MIMO cable teathered) then the string would say 0,2 .

  • I am iMessaging my family on an Italian number to Canada, will this charge as an SMS or data usage?

I moved to Italy and I have an Italian number with TIM. I have a data plan and calling etc etc. I have been iMessaging my friends and family, we all have iPhones. If I'm not in wifi will the messaging chage as SMS or data usage? And how will it effect the people recieving/sending me messages phone charges?

If it is an iMessage and stays as an iMessage, it is charged as data if cellular, or uses wifi data if on wifi. Remember both parties, sender and receiver have to have active data connection at the time for it to go as an iMessage.

  • SQL Service Broker 2012: the connection was closed by the remote end, or an error occurred while receiving data: '64(The specified network name is no longer available.)'

Anyone can help with the below issue please? Much appreciated.
We have about 2k+ messages in sys.transmission_queue
Telnet to the ports 4022 is working fine.
Network connectivity has been ruled out.
    The firewalls are OFF.
We also explicitly provided the permissions to the service account on Server A and Server B to the Service broker end points.
    GRANT
    CONNECT ON
    ENDPOINT <broker> <domain\serviceaccount>
Currently for troubleshooting purposes, the DR node is also out of the Availability Group, which means that we right now have only one replica the server is now a traditional cluster.
Important thing to note is when a SQL Server service is restarted, all the messages in the sys.transmission queue is cleared immediately. After about 30-40 minutes, the errors are continued to be seen with the below
    The
    connection was
    closed by the
    remote end,
    or an
    error occurred while
    receiving data:
'64(The specified network name is no longer available.)'

We were able to narrow down the issue to an irrelevant IP coming into play during the data transfer. We tried ssbdiagnose runtime and found this error:
    Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]

An internal exception occurred: Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
P  29830                                 Could not find the connection to the SQL Server that
corresponds to the routing address tcp://XX.XXX.XXX.199:4022. Ensure the tool is connected to this server to allow investigation of runtime events
The IP that corresponds to routing address is no where configured within the SSB. We are yet unsure why this IP is being referred despite not being configured anywhere. We identified that this IP belongs to one of nodes other SQL Server cluster, which has
no direct relation to the source server. We failed over that irrelevant SQL Server cluster and made another node active and to our surprise, the data from sys.transmission_queue started flowing. Even today we are able to reproduce the issue, if we bring
back this node [XX.XXX.XXX.199] as active. Since, its a high business activity period, we are not investigating further until we get an approved downtime to find the root cause of it.
When we get a approved downtime, we will bring the node [XX.XXX.XXX.199] as active and we will be running Network Monitor, Process Monitor and the SSB Diagnose all in parallel to capture the process/program that is accessing the irrelevant IP.
Once, we are able to nail down the root cause, I will share more information.

Moreover there is no field for Receiving Date in BAPI Goods Movement Header Structure.
Could someone please explain why the date is being reversed as 20.10.0422 instead of appearing as 22.04.2010 and the solution for this problem?

Please check if there is any enhancement existing for Updating this date field.

Do anyone know how to get received date of an email?I am using POP3 server. So while printing the date using getReceivedDate(), getting null pointer exception....So how to get the date?...Anyone know this using headers or something?I want a sample program in mail api of java....
    Thanks in advance...

There is no logic inside the getReceivedDate() method. It's a pre-defined method i have used.I read somewhere that POP3 server won't give information about date.So it is returning NPE.And there it was suggested to use Received headers or something to get the date of a particular email.I am new to the mail api.So anyone know how to use those Received Headers to read the date of an email?

  • How do you receive data from multiple people on a single port?

I am trying to make a server where it receives the data from multiple users and then send it back to them all- multicasting audio to be exact. I tried setting it up but when i open the RTP session i get "can't open local data port" if i have more than one used connected to me. Does anyone have a solution? I didnt find much on the samples page and the multicast example from http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jmf/2.1.1/apidocs/javax/media/rtp/RTPManager.html
didnt help either- i used the same ipaddress for the initialize and addtarget but i get "Local Data AddressDoes not belong to any of this hosts local interfaces". I am really in a pickle... If anyone can help me out that would be great!
EX: If A,B,C want to multicast they will all send to Server S using port 3000. Server S will create listeners for each of them using port 3000 and when received data it will send back to all of them at 4000. This is what i am trying to do... should i make multiple threads? would that help? thanks and please help!

To send to everyone, you can send to a multicast address (choose one from 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255), on a given port (2000). I don't have any code example here but it should very similar to unicast. As you said, you just have to register the Session and add a target with this same address.
I don't have any example myself, but you should find code example of both server and client around. It is a very common usage of jmf rtp.
I don't know how to mix several audio streams together (never had to do this), so I'm afraid I can't answer your other questions, sorry... The only way to know if it will slow down the transmission is to try. :)
