9650 Radio Companion App- suddenly stopped working error 201 need APN settings?
The error code directs me to the Advanced options/TCP settings and it asks for APN settings. It was working fine until about a week ago and I can't find these settings anywhere. The web site the help file directs you to does NOT list Verizon network. Has all the others though.
Any help appreciated!
Please contact your carrier as it sounds like something has changed on their side. Please make sure that they are not blocking you in any way. We need clarification here.
Please don't just state version numbers, also state which software. iTunes 10.7 requires OSX 10.6.8 or higher. Leopard is OSX 10.5.8. You have two alternatives right now. One is to stay with Leopard for a while (ultimately you should upgrade) and install iTunes 10.6.3 which is the last version to work with Leopard. This should work with iOS6 on an iPhone4. The other is to call Apple and order OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and upgrade the computer to 10.6.8 which will allow you to run iTunes 10.7. The caveat is we know nothing about which computer you run and if it even can run any system higher than Leopard.

If you want to try upgrading:
Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About this Mac" and "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present). If it says something about Intel or Core Duo or Core 2 Duo in the processor you can upgrade to Snow Leopard (assuming you have sufficient RAM/"memory"). If it says PPC or PowerMac, you cannot.

It would help when posting issues here if you would state exact error messages you see. "It's still not working!" while a description of the situation does not speed us to a diagnosis of the underlying issue. -
Why do my apps suddenly stop? I have plenty of storage 2gb & up to date with OS. Apps like Facebook, eBay, Netflix, TV apps, etc stop.
WWhen watching tv apps the screen shots freeze and voice off timing with picture. Yet my iPhone works fine so not internet connection.

Satellite L300 suddenly stopped working - new motherboard needed
My Sat L300 suddenly stopped working the other day.
It kept freezing to start with, then nothing at all. So, I kill-disked the HDD and tried to re-install Windows (XP).
During the install it threw up a message that some internal components had been incorrectly installed and needed to be reinstalled.
I was told to remove the memory cards and re-seat them.
That did not work. I thought that perhaps the HDD was damaged, so I fitted a new one, and started to reinstall Windows.
Once again, same message. One of my colleagues at work suggested that the Motherboard was probably U/S.
So I have been trawling the .net to find a replacement. Laptop out of warranty! I am told that some other serial numbered motherboards will work with this laptop. Don't really want to get a motherboard only to find its never going to work! My unit has an SPS number of: V000138330.
I am being offered one with an SPS of: V000138390.
Any ideas? Will this one work?
And if it does, will it give me the functionality that I used to enjoy?!
Sorry for the long sob story.

Do you have European model?
Has your notebook valid warranty?
Maybe I have misunderstood something but why you want to exchange mainboard if the warranty is probably still valid? -
Some apps stop working, and I have to reinstall them. So far Opera Mini, Gmail client and Nav4all have done this. I can't see a particular reason. Has anyone else experienced this?
I have an E90.Just this afternoon I was reading an ebook using MobiPocket Reader, and the phone crashed and rebooted itself, but then the program had become corrupted. There was an error message when I tried to start it, saying that the file couldn't be opened for security reasons.
I shut down again; then again & removed the battery for a while; finally reinstalled the program.
The phone shuts down like this fairly frequently, which is really a nuisance, as you have to be able to download and reinstall whatever has gone wrong, as well as waste time.
MobiPocket Reader does not include E90 in its list of phones, however I cannot see how the phone model makes much difference, since they all use S60. This program has worked for about 3 months without any problems.
The other two programs which have caused problems also started behaving oddly after some time of working normally.
Has anyone else experienced this with an E90? I think I could make a fairly good case that this phone is unfit for the stated purpose, it is so unreliable. I am not sure I can trust it to keep my data safe and accessible. -

I got a new Ipod Touch and sometimes the apps I've downloaded work fine but then some of the apps, after I tap on them, will load for a few seconds and show the splash screen but then will stop working and I'll end up back on the home page, and I have to re-install them from the app store so they will work again, Why does this happen? thx!

I had something similar happen. I ended up deleting the app and then downloading them from my computer. I have also heard that if you restart your ipod before running the app for the first time that may work. Apple though is aware of the issue. -
Airport Express suddenly stopped working Error (-15006) But Green Light On

I have had my airport express for a few years and I use it to stream music from my macbook to my hifi.
However all of a sudden i stopped being able to see the drop down for the speakers in the bottom of itunes.
I have reset the airport express many times and reconnected it to my network which sometimes allows the speaker dropdown in itunes.
However when I get to that stage it tries to connect to my remote speakers for ages then eventually it times out or i get the error (-15006).
When tht happens the drop down menu goes completley.
I have now upgraded to itunes 9.0 and it still happens.

Think I must have just finished reading the iPod nano article, where Apple has been slated for refusing to replace nano's that have surface scratches, even though they're still under warranty. It sounded like the usual story, consumer has purchased it, put it in their back pocket, sat down on it, put it through the washing machne and wondered why it was scratched. Funnily enough, I've kept mine in a old sock when not in use, and I've never been so stupid as to put it in my back pocket, clean it once a month and it's still as good as new.
Doesn't help your issue though, but an EU directive might. Not sure when it came into force, and I can't remember which articles it refers to explicitly, but consumer electrical goods sold in the EU must carry a minimum 3 year guarantee. I think that only applies to "white goods", fridges, washing machines, etc. But there was another part where they must have a minimum guarantee period of 2 years, for more general electrical goods. -

Accessing Gmail suddenly stopped working on both my Powerbook pro running latest OS and Mail versions and on my iPhone. I can access via the web. I get the error that my password or username is incorrect. I reset my password in Gmail and confirmed it works on gmail, I then changed it on my Iphone and Mac Mail. It still does not work. I deleted the gamil account on mail on my mac and reinstalled it and it still will not work
I too started having my password rejected in MAIL.app for imap.mail.me.com for my icloud email address. Can login to icloud with web browser fine. This has been happening off and on for several days.....if I wait 2-3 hours it will suddenly start working again, but then problem re-asserts itself ;-)

My iTunes suddenly stopped working and doesn't recognize any of my devices and gives me a AMD error. I've tried several times to uninstall all Apple programs and reinstall to no avail. I'm running windows 7 on a Dell laptop. It worked fine for years then I decided to update my iPhone 4S and it didn't recognize it or any other iPod or iPad.
Can someone please help ?I am having all sorts of problems with 9.1.1.Crashes and not only iTunes but I have to restart all the time.

Why has my 8x8 desktop app on my Macbook Pro running OS X Yosimite 10.10.1 suddenly stopped working while the app on my iPhone and the online service both work fine? Is this because of some recent software update by Apple? 8x8 support acknowledges issues with no current work-arounds? The 8x8 desktop app worked until early December, then quit. I've deleted and re-downloaded the app, but no difference.
The solution is :
1. Delete iPhone configuration utility. Just drop it to the trash
2. Run
sudo rm -rf /private/var/db/receipts/com.apple.pkg.iPhoneConfigurationUtility.*
rm -rf ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iPhoneConfigurationUtility.plist*
3. Delete the whole folder: /System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBEthernetHost.kext
4. Reinstall iTunes (just over the previous one)
5. Restart

Help???Just responded to this in another thread (note we used Captivate 7 so it might be a different error).
We found that when we created files with embedded swf files that existed ABOVE widgets in the timeline, when someone else tried to open our file it broke/we got the runtime error. The original person could still open it for a time, but eventually the cache would clear and they couldn't.
However, if we ensured swf files are BELOW widgets in the source files, it didn't break. In fact, if we found one that was breaking and got the author to move the swf file on the timeline, it would start working for others.
