970 Gaming - Freeze and screen off.

-MB: MSI 970 Gaming
-CPU: AMD FX-6300 6-Core Vishera 3.5 GHZ 95W
-PSU: Corsair AX760 760W Single +12V Rail 80 Plus Gold
-RAM: Vulcan Team 2133 TLD38G2133HC10QDC01 Running at 1866 Mhz
-HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM
-GRAPHICS: Sapphire R9 270 OC Edition 2GB GDDR5
-Windows 8.1
- BIOS 0.22 (latest)
-No overclock, everything running at stock speeds.
-Everything is brand new
The problem is randomly the screen goes off, the computer freeze, the lights and everything still on and have to reset using the button or turn off the computer. I don't find any pattern in the failure, this happens when the computer is idling, browsing internet, gaming or any task. I try stressing the CPU, GPU and RAM using different software like Prime95, RAMTEST+, FunMARK etc, but sometimes I can run the test for hours with no failures, or just turn on the computer in the morning and 5 minutes later boom, the screen goes off and I have to restart the computer and then I can continue using for 2, 5 or 10 hours without any problem.
I had the problem since the first day I built this machine, and every single day I use the computer it freeze at least once.
I already try:
- Change the PSU, try with 3 different PSU, check voltages.
- Try 2 different graphics card
- Try with different RAM modules, different configuration single, dual channel, 1 stick
- Try changing the voltages for CPU and RAM, try different speeds and combinations.
- Try with Windows 7, 8.1, Ubuntu Linux
- Try updating all the drivers, including different drivers for the graphics card.
- Reset BIOS.
No luck at all, the problem still the same with no change. No errors on the Windows log, no blue screen, nothing, just the screen goes off, and that's it.

I guess you mean it is at bios 22.0 (aka 7693vM0). You can try the latest beta bios 7693vM11

     A.) Download the attached archive and place it on your desktop. Do not decompress.
     B.) Download and install the Forum flash tool.
     C.) Insert your FAT32 formatted usb stick.
     D.) Make sure that all win 8 options are disabled. (Fast Boot etc) Also make sure the legacy USB is enabled.
     E.) Start the forum flash tool and select option 1. Then point the tool at the compressed archive we downloaded earlier. Then to your USB Flash Drive.
     F.) Boot to the USB 
     G.) Now follow the directions and let the tool flash
Beacuse of the random crashes try only with one stick, no overclock or manual set timings/ram speed and all USB devices removed.
