A/c assignmt X while doing a PO

Hi,
I want to create a PO with A/c assignment category: X but do not want to post it any cost centre. Our requirement is, it should directly assign to a profit centre because the finance people wants the costs to be adjusted into stock a/c. But when I select X type, I could only see cost centre but no profit centre.
Do I have to select any other option or any customiing required?

Hi,
I think I got the solution for this. I did the customising change for the Account assignment cat: X, so that the profit centre to be seen as optional entry. The account postings too seems to be OK.

Diagnosis
With the transaction entered, the balance for the transactions in group 10 in area 01 will be negative in this fiscal year. However, the balance of transaction type group 10, according to its definition, must be positive in each fiscal year.
System response
The system rejects this posting.
Procedure
Check the transaction type, the amount and the fiscal year in your posting. If you want to post a credit memo to an acquisition from the previous year, then use a transaction type for a retirement. If necessary, you can change balance rules after talking with your SAP consultant.

Check your config in OABN / OADB
The depriciation area 01 can allow you post values only postive .. in OADB
it has maintained Acquisition values Postive or zero values and net book
values has miantained Postive or 0 values. so based on this setting u cannt
post any negative values for this asset.

Error while doing ABGL Asset Credit Memo

Hi Friends,
I am getting the below error while doing Asset Credit Memo in ABGL. Please help me in fix this issue.
Balance for transaction type group 10 negative for the area 01
Note:In Asset Explorer Fiscal year start Asset value is 98,425.45 and Change is 4768.19. So total Asset value as of now is 1,03,193.64.
Now we are trying to do ABGL with 12,790.23 value (Transaction type is 105). System is giving the above highlighted error.
If we give the amount 4768.19 in ABGL transaction, system is not giving any error. If we give more that that system is giving error.
Why system is giving error even the asset has balance of 1,03,193.64? Please help me on this..

Hi,
If the asset has been capitalized during earlier years, use ABGF to post credit memo. ABGL is meant for assets capitalized during the year.

Error while doing "Visulaize Plan"

Hi,
Before i did Visualize plan many times without any problem.Now I am getting error while doing so.
I was able to run "Explain Plan" successfully.
I am on HANA revision 60.
I saved above error log and the log information is given below:

Hi,
To solve this you must update your studio. In lower studio versions (PlanViz) does not allow "unknown" XML tags sent by higher version servers. A fix for this issue was made so that PlanViz parser can simply skip unknown tags.
Please go to version 74, if possible.

Industry error while doing replication of customer from R/3 to CRM

Hi,
We have production system already implemented and going for roll out for another company both R/3 & CRM.
We have generated conditional objects while doing roll out phase. From then we are getting this error.
Problem:
Customers are not getting replicated to CRM. And in SMW01 the error log says
"Industry 300 not defined for industry system SAPS
Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN."
Since we are going for roll out we have done initial load of all conditional objects
like 'DNL_COND_A002' etc.
After running we did checked in R3AM1 - everything was DONE - in green colour.
But in SLG1 - Display log - there are several entries in Red colour.
Message text says -
"It is not possible to change client-independent Customizing objects
Diagnosis:
Change of client-independent Customizing objects is not permitted in the client in which the transfer of data for table T682 is executed.
System response:
As table T682 contains client-independent Customizing, data transfer is interrupted.
Procedure for System Administration
Provide users with the appropriate authorization to execute data transfer in a client in which changes to client-independent objects is permitted."
Now queues are pilled up with the industry error and don't know how to correct these errors.

Step 1:After completing Initial Download tranfer of data takes place from R/3 to CRM system in the form of Customers or employess.
Bulk data will be flown in the first step.
I f there are any errors ,we solve the errors and replicate them manually by using CRMM_BUPA_map.
Step2:There are few customers which are created daily in SAP SD or R/3 and these customers are transfered from R/3 to CRM .
So my question is Is this b'cos of Delta Download or Bcoz of some other Reason.
If so "Is there any specific name for this.

Error while doing the Usage Decision in transaction QA32

Hello Friends,
While doing the goods receipt for customer returns from customer, system generated a inspection lot with inspection type 06.
So in QA32 transaction, system is showing that inspection lot, but in same screen, against the column InspPlan: Material, system is not showing any entry.
Later on after analysis, i found that no inspection plan was assinged to the material, Plant for which that inspection lot was created. When i checked that inpection lot in transaction QA03, in Insp. Specifications tab, agaisnt the Assigned Specification section, system was not showing any entry in fields Group, Group Counter, Plant, Usage.
And against that inspection lot,status CRTD, PREQ, CHCR are active.
Because of which, when user is trying to do the UD against this lot system throwing the error message as Status check error.
When i checked again i found that status CRTD is throwing the error message.
Hence friend, i want to do the Usage decision for that inspection lot than how to do?
Now user has assigned the material, plant to the inspection plan in QP02.
Should i go to QA02 transaction, and in Insp. Specification tab, for fields group, group counter, usage, Plant, maintain the values?
Will this allow me to do the usage decision against the inspection lot which got generated when no inspection plan was assingned to that material, plant?

For Result Recording and Ud the inspection lot status must be REL as u told ur status is CRTD it Mean Some master
is missing in inspection lot,generally inspection plan for that u run QA02 enter inspection lot no go to specification tab
there a button assigned specification there click on that as u click on button u will find that plan for above material copied to lot and it will show u plan detail line group and group counter no.
then go to next screen Sample if sample management is active and click on sample then system will calculate sample size then save ur lot. it would get Status As REL now ui can enter result or take UD

Error while doing GR in third party process

While doing Third party process, at GR (w.r.t. inbound delivery) the following message appears Purchase order 4500000087 has no items and stops creating GR. But the P.O has the Item. Do have any clue?

Hi Hariharan,
In standard third party process you won't get the goods physically they are delivered by your vendor directly to your customer. In this process there's no meaning of creating inbound delivery I guess...
You can do statistical goods receipt ('ghost GR' as it was called by someone in SD forum) but even this GR isn't a must (it's based on your invoicing scenario).
I'm not sure but I'm afraid you cannot create inbound delivery for it if your settings are proper.

Short dump while doing subtotal in the ALV report

Hi All,
I am getting run time error while doing the sub total and total in the ALV .
error is "MESSAGE_TYPE_X" and
discription is "The current application program detected a situation which really
should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was

Checks after phase MAIN_SWITCH/STARTSAP_TRANS were negative!

Hi,
Upgrade tool is trying to start the system but system is not coming up. Try to start system manually and see if system comes up or not. If not then check logs in work directory for why system is not coming up.

Hi,
if you have done the PGI(Post Goods Issue), you can't change the delivery.
If you want to change the devlivery Qty, you should create the delivery with Partial Split (= X) and you can deliver the splitted qty with a new delivery.

You would have to use airplay within iTunes then, unless you want to use 3rd party software (ie Beamer)

"The obligatory parameter "C_GSBER" had no value assigned to it."
Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "SAPLFMRI_CORE" had to be terminated because one of
the
statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
What can you do?
Please eliminate the error by performing a syntax check
(or an extended program check) on the program "SAPLFMREAS ".
You can also perform the syntax check from the ABAP/4 Editor.
If the problem persists, proceed as follows:
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
date.

Run time error occurs when certain info objects are activated or if the patches for a certain standard program or tcode has to be applied. Please refer to the SAP Notes for the error mentioned by you and apply the related support package for the same. You can co ordinate wiht your Basis as well as Abap consultant to implement the correction.

how often had you restarted ME21N before you posted this message?
In best case this message appears only once, because the program / or dictionary was changed while you executed ME21N
If many times, then contact your ABAPer, because then he probably did not transport all objects that were changed, or the objects have to be regenerated in your system.
