*Compliant Web Browser - Standard
For the past few years, every major Web browser released has been built around a set of open standards designated by the World Wide Web Consortium, a non-profit organization charged with overseeing the continuing development of the Web. What this means is that one piece of code now looks the same on every modern browser, whether it be Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, or others. The majority of our users are using these modern browsers, so we can present content which is optimized for them.

The sites isn't updated to work with Firefox 8. You could use the User Agent Switcher to spoof an earlier Firefox user agent string.
But, eventually the site needs to be updated.

Please help! I have an ipad that I purchased in Australia and my iTunes account is Australian, but when I try and watch Australian TV shows on Australian websites it says that the content is not available because I am not in Australia. How can I fix this?
Are you using a proxy server to access the net?
Or another cause could be that your router thinks it's in its home country (probably china)
I just don't know how to fix it. There's a way but I don't know enough to advise.
You could try googling your router model and 'wrong country' or keywords like that and see if something comes up. -
my iphone 4 after update says that the accessories are not compatible. what should I do today makes iphone two weeks?

Hello I am using Ipad 4 and its charger is not working while I was using it few days before and it was working properly now it says that the cable does not support this Ipad Please Help me out.
Try a reset:
- Hold the home button and sleep/wake button down at the same time. When the Apple logo appears release both buttons then try and charge again.
If issue persists try:
- Another known working cable
- Check the charging port for any damage or debris
- You could also use a dry soft bristle toothbrush and gently brush it on the port to clean it of any debris that could be in there -
Hey. I have a problem. I updated my mac os x to 10:8 for I can not start Acrobat Pro, which I bought six months ago.
Proglamet says that the computer does not support Power PC. Help
When I try to start it says (program "Acrobat 6.0.2 Professional.app" can not open because PowerPC applications are no longer supported.)
Please helpThe version of Acrobat you have is a PowerPC application and will not run on Mountain Lion. You will need to upgrade/purchase an Intel version of Acrobat Pro, probably Version 9.
It might have been worth checking to see if the apps you run are supported on ML before upgrading. If you backed up your system before the upgrade you could always revert to your previous level. -
When i try to sync my ipad with the itunes on my computer it gives me an error message. " The sync session failed to start. How can i fix this?? I had to uninstall itunes on my computer because of runtime error R6034.
The new iTunes has a somewhat different look from the previous version. You can get the old look back if you prefer it by doing View > Show Sidebar in iTunes. Or you can adapt to the new look.

All the devices are upgraded to version 5 which itunes says is the latest version. It seems that when I change my mobileme account to icloud on the mac it does not accept it. When I open icloud on the systems menu it says I must move my mobileme account to icloud but I have already done that. All that seems to work is the find your devices app.

I tried to restore my iMac with my MacBook pro CDs but it's seem it got restored but it say this cd is not supported on this iMac, What could I do to take out the disk?
Also, if you have Lion on the computer. You have a recovery partition on the drive. On startup hold down 'Control' to bring up your startup menu. Select "Recovery HD". That's how you get to it. Lion's recovery partition acts as the installation discs that came with all previous versions of OS X.

I BOUGHT MY 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS A IPOD TOUCH FOR THEIR BIRTHDAY, THE SECOND THEY BEGAN TO PLAY WITH THEM THEY BOTH SET PASSWORDS TO ENTER THE IPOD HOME PAGE, WELL ONE OF MY GIRLS FORGOT THEIR PASSWORD AND NOW IT SHOWS THAT THE IPOD IS ENABLED... HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT THIS?
You will need to restore the device from the computer to which the device is synced. For information and instructions, see:
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212
If that will not work, you'll need to put the device into Recovery Mode and then try the Restore again:

Forum Tip: It is generally considered inappropriate to type all in uppercase letters in Internet discussions, as text that is typed all in uppercase is by convention considered to be shouting. Uppercase is also more difficult to read, so please use all uppercase sparingly and only when you really mean to shout, which we hope you won’t need to do here .
Also, please note that you posted in the iPhone forum.

Hi
I recently moved my itunes to a new computer by using a external hard drive.
However my itunes music is not all playable. over 4000 songs have a ! mark and when tried to be played or copied to ipod or iphone, it says that this song cannot be found and asks to locate it.
How do i fix this problem so that all my songs are available in itunesIt is probably best to start over. These are two possible approaches that will normally work to move an existing library to a new computer.
Method 1
Backup the library with this User Tip.
Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
Method 2
Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase and reload.
I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.
If you have an iOS device that syncs with contact & calendar data on your computer you should migrate this information too. If that isn't possible create a dummy entry of each type in your new profile and iTunes should offer to merge the existing data from the device into the computer, otherwise the danger is that it will wipe the information from the device.
If your media folder has been split out from the main iTunes folder you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a split library portable.
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library, or a backup of it, then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for advice on how to set up your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data. If you don't have any Apple devices then see HT2519 - Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store.

Keep getting videos blocked and a window saying adobe flash not available for this site. Is there a fix?
There are some browsers in the app store that do support flash. But you would be well served to read the reveiews and see if they'll work for you. They seem to have mixed results and compatibilities.
Adobe and Apple are at an impasse when it comes to flash. Adobe could never make aversion that Apple accepted, Apple wouldn't accept anything that Adobe made and now Adobe has announced that they're abandoning ALL mobile flash work....so those websites that depend solely upon flash will be needing to find a better way to accomodate the smart phone/mobile device phenomenon, because they're depending on what is not defunkt technology. -
everytime i try to restore from a backup from my old iphone 4 to my new iphone 5 it says backup is corrupt even though i do a new backup each time. both phones are on teh same operating system

Can someone tell me how to fix a problem I have with itunes. I keep getting a message when I try and play a song on itunes that tells me I cant play the song because it cant find the file. I have never had this problem before. How do I fix it, Please.
Have you moved, renamed or deleted the original files?
Has another programme on your computer moved, renamed or deleted the files?
Have you just created this iTunes Library?
Have you recently added the missing music music from an external hard drive?
If it's none of the above, what have you been doing recently? For example, have you been "sorting" your files in your file manager?
