I have an Intel I7 920 - and i keep getting this error
i read here (http://forums.amd.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=319&threadid=90533) that someone with AMD Overdrive Tool was able to pinpoint which core was faulty and was able to slow only that core and still keep overall stability
Is there similar tool that I can use with my MSI Eclipse - (BIOS 1.6)
the board is extremely stable and i can get it to run at 195x21 - however if i stress with futuremark or any other program it goes BSOD on the cpu test
cpu is cooled with a Domino ALC water and temp at rest is 35C and at stress no greater than 45
the guy at the amd forum sorta hit the nail with his description

Most of the time, that error indicates that your Vcore is too low for the overclock you're trying to run.

If i try to run some higher end games like battlefield 2 i'll just get this BsoD saying:

BIOS: 7641vH2
I've elsewhere of other systems with this problem fixing it with a bios update, but as far as i'm aware i have the current recommended bios for my MB/CPU combo. also my bios should be at their default settings since they were installed. i don't recall tweaking them at all

that interrupt is a CPU clock instability I'm guessing that your CPU is auto boosting its clocks! you will need to access BIOS and turn off the Turbo Boost!
then give it a retest and see if it keeps doing the A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval thing as your board has a max TDP of 95W and under basic frequancy its right at that level and the turbo may be over stressing the power delivery (under turbo that CPU will pull over 100W or more)!

Did you do the update via iTunes?
If you are only getting the logo will want to try to see if can get device in recovery mode and try the restore process via iTunes again.
If you are still unable to get the device to restore will need a repair

First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:

LR3 error - "a response was not received in time"

I have been using LR for a couple of years now and have uploaded many web galleries to my website. Recently, however, it is just not happening for me.
I have been trying for 3 weeks to upload 3 web galleries in LR3 - they range in size from 200 - 300 pics per gallery.
The error message I get is "a response was not received in time".
I was using the trial version of LR3 before buying but was told they could not help me unless I'd bought the software. VERY helpful and not exactly great PR!! As I was desperate with waiting clients I bought the upgrade anyway. That was a week ago.
I have spent 1.5 hours on the phone to the US LR support and as long with UK support (US was way better).
I have had return calls from LR and a promise to hear back from the engineers as the problem was escalated. That was nearly a week ago and I've not heard a word.
I am using a brand new iMac bought on 22 July and haven't done anything other than try to process and upload these 3 galleries so have huge amounts of memory available.
I have unlimited web space.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled LR twice.
My 8 year old pc can upload the galleries fine (although soooo slowly as it is inadequate for this type of work), so there is no connection problem.
As a work around I exported the galleries to the desktop and uploaded using 5 different FTP programmes. Filezilla seems to work best, but although the gallery uploads, not all the pictures appear properly - normally 10 - 20 pics are a problem. Even though they appear to have uploaded, only the thumbnail shows, not the large image. It is not the pics as if I reload a gallery it will be different pics that fail to show correctly each time - totally random.
I have been able to upload a gallery through LR of between 1 and 5 pics, but no more than 5 (proving the settings are fine), until today.
Today I managed to upload over 400 pics using an html gallery.
Next I tried uploading 50 in a flash gallery and this also worked, so I tried to upload 1 of my 3 complete galleries.
The first attempt resulted in an "unknown error message" - believe it or not I was quite hopeful as at least it was a different error message.
The second attempt resulting in "a file was truncated during upload" Never seen that one before.
The third attempt resulted in my now familiar error message of "a response was not received in time"
Desperate for help please.

In my experience, it is the wizz bang machines which always seem to have the problems! I must admit to sticking with my desktop (a Windows machine) rather than my Laptop (a MAC) when doing FTP transfers using LR as certainly with LR 2 the FTP in LR on the MAC did seem to have some hiccups. Perhaps using a separate FTP to upload the site is the best solution for the time being although the other problems you report don't seem to directly relate to the FTP. There were some more detailed postings in the past from MAC users on this issue and some about the BIN file problem on windows servers, so a search may help.

Aironet 1600 - A response was not received from the router or access point

I'm trying to set up a wireless network with multiple SSID's. The new network only has CISCO products (router, switches). For the moment I'm trying to connect to 1 SSID (Windekind.Gast). the SSID is visible but when connecting devices have te folowing error message in the log:

To make sure there is no dhcp problem I tested the swich port in access mode for vlan 30 which supplied an IP correctly. I'm really not seeing the problem and searched the web for days now! Any help would be very much appreciated!

thanks for the reply! 10.0.0.81 belongs to vlan 1. I changed the config as suggested but no luck.. (same problems are logged in the event viewer). the ap is connected to a switchport in trunk mode and vlan 1 is the native lan (untagged). the port also is joined to vlan 30 (and others).

if the song cuts off early try deleting it out of your library then going to the new "Purchased" feature and redownloading (its free). I had to do this with some of my tracks that didn't fully download (though they said they did). Once I redownloaded I had the entire song no problem.
Make sure you delete the file completly from computer...that way iTunes will see that it is not already downloaded and will allow you to download it again.

No. it was deleted and the trash was emptied, there is no record of it. If it was never delivered to you, there is no record of it.
Actually, there may be a record if it was actually delivered to you, but without a court order, you're probably not going to get access to those records.
Unless you or the sender are terrorists or pedophiles, I doubt you're going to be able to get a court order for it.

Hi there, I noticed I was no longer receiving Facebook messages in Skype, I followed some recommendations to unlink my Facebook account from Skype, which I did via the web interface, now I cannot seem to link it again. When I click the "Learn More" it just shows me how to sign in to Skype with my Facebook account. I don't want to sign in using my Facebook account. I want to continue to use my Skype ID and chat to my Facebook friends from there. Can this still be done?

Skype dropped support for Facebook because Facebook decided to change it's data sharing policy. It means that no 3-rd party application can' t connect to Facebook now. It's business as usual. Only thing is to hope that Skype can push Facebook to make some exceptions for Skype, in the name of Skype community.

It looks like your script is targeting the Finder - if Aperture is what is running the script, it will need the proper entitlements to control stuff outside its sandbox. You might try using the bundle identifier, which is usually the way to go since it can be trapped by a try statement, for example

Clock interrupt BSOD on P7N Diamond

I recently won a QX9650 cpu, it's great and eveything except I'm having some issues getting everything running smoothly.
I'm running the following hardware:
P7N Diamond
QX9650 Core 2 Extreme
1 - 2 GB Mushkin DDR2 1066
MSI NX8600GT1GEZ
Segate Barracuda Hard Disks, one is a 250 GB and the other is a 750 GB
I originally noticed the problem when I was installing Windows Vista, the machine had rebooted when trying to perform the Windows Expierience Index, I just assumed iot was because I hadn't loaded any drivers, and continued on. The machine rebooted several times and was very unstable. I, for some reason, assumed that there might be some driver issues or something. I loaded Windows XP, it seemed stable unless I tried to play mp3s, videos, or heavy disk access from you name it. At that point didn't think there was any hardware issues (obviously there is), so I looked here on the forums for any issues with the BIOS, and I did find that there were in some cases issues with playing videos, so I flashed the BIOS to 1.22 (which is currently a beta version). The machine seems to be much more stable than before. However still reboots at random. The thing about the reboots is for one, it doesn't blue screen, and the OS never reports of any errors, such as "Windows has recovered from a serious error," or anything. During the time frame that i thought i was out of the woods, i decided to load vista since i had so many problems, because obviously this isn't a driver issue, I loaded vista, all the way through no problems, and I finally got a blue screen that might give some clue as to what is going on:

The machine also performed a memory dump
A couple other things, the Mushkin memory that is supposed to be 1066 MHz memory is showing up as 800 MHz memory, could be an incompatible piece of hardware that could be causing problems? I am going to try a different stick of memory to test to see if that fixes it.
So basically considering my hardware, particularly the memory anyone with any knowledge reguarding the compatibility would be greatly appriciated.

GPU runs around 120 F steady, lil on the warm side, but I wouldn't say that it's overheating, but that's because it's the EZ version of the 8600 (a little cheaper because it's a passive fan).
CPU cores average 104 F idle and 120 F around 50% utilization
Plenty of air, got 3 120 mm fans, not including the CPU cooler.
I'm simply assuming this is just an odd case of faulty hardware. But because it repeated the same problem with different memory, and the nature of the error, I'm leaning towards the CPU. The error I'm getting the research I've done on it, leans towards the CPU or memory. But one way to be sure is RMA the CPU and it fixes the problem then we all know I had a bad processor, but heaven forbid it doesn't

I came up with one scenario where user has cancelled a po line which was not received but fully billed. This PO was having only one line.
This po was autocreated from purchase requisition. Now user wants to add again same line from PR. but this PR is not available in autocreate pool.
He thought might be PO line was billed so PR is not available in the autocreate pool so he cancelled the invoice created against that PO line. But still PR is not available in autocreate pool and PR shows same PO number associated with it.
Now question is in this scenario how same PR line can be added in the same PO? and
How to deal in this scenario when po has only one line and was fully billed without any receiving and it got cancelled then how we can bring PR in autocreate pool?

Thanks for the response and apologies for delay in reply.
It is confirmed that PO line is cancelled.
There are two question now one is how come system is allowing to cancel a PO line which is matched and billed?
second is if PO line is cancelled why related PR is not available in autocreate pool?
We did not checked the check box cancel pr at the time of PO line cancellation.
