I keep getting the "a copy of firefox is already open" alert and it's not opened. I have researched it and nothing is working. I have a macbook pro version 10.9
Try restarting the computer. If the problem continues, post back with more information about the specific error. Creating a screenshot of the error and posting it here using [[How do I create a screenshot of my problem?|these instructions]] might help (you could also use the Mac [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grab_%28software%29 Grab application] to create a screenshot in TIFF format, then resave it as a PNG to post here).

As stated, I just downloaded elements 12. Every time i open it up, it gets to the organizer home screen, then shuts down. After this, it will not reopen. I have made all the updates to my windows 7, and I have searched this forum and have yet to find an proper solution to this issue, and by the looks I am not the only person with this issue. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.
My post has been viewed 24 times, and yet have had no answers. I have always like adobe products, however if this is the type of support they offer, I will never purchase another product of theirs. The issue I am having is the same issue many others have had, and yet no answer. Poor customer service!

i have now installed too many tabs 1.3.3 to see if that will fix problem.
but yes each and every time i use firefox, not googlechrome, or ie or opera but only firefox 4 and having used tabs mix plus before i never had a problem.
but now with firefox beta and now the full release, the issue is still arising. evrytime i open firefox i close my eyes and wait for it to load... and load... when it does open, i open my eyes and lo and behold my tabs are gone.
thats it please help guys, i love firefox for many reasons i dont want to use opera.

i have many many crash reports and they all seem different. yet, whenever i search the support pages for help on those crash IDs it shows 0 results. alot of people are having the same problems, and i hope we ALL can get help on this. its getting really frustrating and annoying :(
i doubt it is from skype. i havent used skype in 2 days or so.

This only started happening about 2 days ago. I will have tabs open, go to bookmarks and click on one. It seems that it is not opening but I then discovered that there is a tab at my desktop bottom tray that opened instead that I can click on to open the tab. However, it will not open unless I first minimize my bottom tray whole Firebox browser.
That is the default action when you open a new tab. There are extensions that you can install to change it from a blank page to whatever you want.

after updating my iphone 4 i now cannot open picture texts from a samsung galaxy 2s. all i get is the text with a box with the picture file size and a question mark to the left of the box. I have downloaded Adobe camera raw 8.4 so that I can open raw files with pictures taken with the Sony a6000 camera. However it is not opening the images in camera raw. What can I do?
Close and restart Photoshop if you have not already done so.
In Photoshop, go to the Help - About Plug-in... menu then choose Camera Raw. What version does it say there?

My Mac was updated to Ÿosemite OS and since then the PS5 software doesn't open. I need help on this subject please.

I have been editing a document on my MacBook Pro and iPad, which has the newer versions of Pages. Now, I cannot open on My MacBook. It says I need a newer version of OS. However, I'm not showing a newer version being availabe!!! Can anyone help???
That is Pages for iPad v2.0, which Pages '09 v4.3 can't read.
You need to either stick with the older version of Pages on the iPad or get Pages 5 for the Mac which is only available if you are running OSX 10.9 Mavericks.
Unfortunately that is not the end of your woes because Apple has made iCloud convert the files to Pages 5 now, and Pages 5 has over 90 features deleted on top of doing a shocking job of converting older Pages files.
