I trace data On Instance DEV_W0 the had Error as below

Please Kindly verify the cuase and recommend in this issue .

You need to proivde more logs to find what caused.
Is you SAP up?

RFC connection from SAP Data services to SAP ECC

We have data services set up in linux machine. I am trying to set up RFC connection between data services and SAP ECC.
From data management console after creating RFC connection i am getting "RFC_bad_connection" error message. Username , password, system number, hostname and client is working from SAP GUI and has all the authorizations. SAP gateway and service is name is correct.
Did anyone had similar issue and what was the solution. Do we have start the RFC connection from linux data services machine, i didn't see any sh executable to do so.

Error "Cannot connect to 'AD' data repository. Your username or password may be incorrect." while login to ESSO Provisioning Gateway

I'm facing a problem while login into ESSO Provisioning Gateway, it throws error "Cannot connect to "AD" data repository. Your username or password may be incorrect.". My Provisioning Gateway version is 11.1.1.5.2 and it is freshly installed. It throws error while I try to set event log in PG setting menu. The symptom is really like document with ID 467150.1 in Oracle Support but my storage is Active Directory as had mentioned above not Oracle Internet Directory. Have anyone ever faced problem like thisOIM? Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks

I use only support.mozilla.org and never used any other websites. However, the same problem here. My ID and Password are not accepted. Had to create a new account with a temporary email to use Support - it would not allow me to use my main email, because "it is used by another account". Try to reset password - receive no email (even though there is a confirmation on the website that email to reset password has been sent). At the same time can easily receive a confirmation about User ID and account activation. Thus, the account is completely locked, and I can not use my email address for a new one. Please fix this problem.

Source system error - RFC connection failed

Hi Gurus,
I have installed ECC6 on my PC but not when i am trying to created the DS its not allowing me its saying appl comp hierarchy for source susyem "T90*" doesnt not exist.
so tried going to source system -> done a check for my source system then i got the following errors
Source system "T90*" is inactive
Entry in outbound table not found
Entry in inbound table not found
Basic type does not exist
Check failed for RFC connection T90CLNT090 ; check destination
can any one tell me how to fix this issue?

Hi Ravi,
Did you run appication component hierarchy in source system(TX-RSA9)
then activate your data source
then replicate in BW system.
Check here for BW connectivity with source system.

the entry sapmsDEV is missing in your "services"-file on the computer that hosts your SLD-Server/J2EE WAS. Windows locates it at %WINDIR%/system32/drivers/etc, unix usually at /etc/.
make an entry like that:
sapmsDEV   3600/tcp (in case, your Systemnumber is 00, otherwise replace the "00" with your actual systemnumber)

IDES Installation error (RFC connection error)

Would someone help me?
I have a problem while installing the IDES ,ECC 6.0 with MaxDB. (Linux)
The installaiton of CI is holding in the phase " Checking the DDIC password " and it seems a loop.
Looking through sapinst.log , there is some messages.
These messages are showing as a loop.

The window says "waiting for response" and the logon is over with a error,timeout.

1. Check dailog work processes through OS level
2. Check all profile parameters through OS level and change it according.
3. Then try for sap logon with 000 client and password.
After login into sap, check RFC connection within the system. using by tcode sm59.
4. Finally you can check also MaxDB services at OS level.

"logon failed" error when connecting to XML data source

I have an HTTP source that generates XML. I have a schema that describes this XML. If I save the XML to a local file it works fine as a data source with the schema. However, when I try to access the same data via HTTP, I get the following error:
Logon failed.
Details: Cannot open file
Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL: http://localhost:8004/report.xqy?Validate%20XML=0&Use%20WS-Security%20Config%20File=&WS-Security%20File%20Location
However, if I enter that URL in a browser it works fine. And even if I disable security on the HTTP source, it produces the same error.
I have tried a local HTTP source as well as the same source running on Amazon EC2.
Any ideas?

I am new to crystal reports, so I do not understand your suggestion. Both of those points look like they are related to Adobe Flash.
I am trying to create a report using the standard report creation wizard:
1) new, standard report
2) create new connection
3) xml and web services
4) xml data source
When using the sample from the SAP site, it works fine:

When connecting to my source from a browser, it works fine. When using my source as a local document instead of over http it works fine. It is only when connecting to my source over http that I get the failed logon error.

I have configured the SLD and JCO destinations also. But when i test connection system throws the error.

Installation Error RFC connection with ddic user

Hi
when i am installating IDES ECC6.0 iam unable to continue the installation
due to ddic password. i have tried with master and standard password but no use.
i have tired to logon to the system using sap* user . But it also failed to logon .
could any body help me this issue.

Hi Kumar,
When you delete the user SAP*, please make sure you also add the parameter
login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0 to instance profile (your need to restart the SAP instance)
As NW2004S, that parameter prevent SAP* login using PASS password.
But before you do this, please just try to delete the SAP* user first and login using PASS password, if that not work than you should add the parameter and restart the SAP.

Connection CLosed Error due to submit statement.

I have a Method which calls this function
CALL FUNCTION 'Z_SLOT_TRIGGER_PRODUCTS'
          EXPORTING
            iv_rspar   = lt_rspar
            iv_variant = lv_variant.
The Function module Z_slot_trigger_prouducts has a form in which there is a submit statement
Submit the slotting transaction to background & process the transaction immediatly
SUBMIT z_slot_products
   USING SELECTION-SET gv_variant
    WITH SELECTION-TABLE p_lt_rspar_tmp
     AND RETURN.
During the debuging i see that when it reaches this submit statement it is giving an error as below in the inbound queue:
ThISend: bad tm type / connection closed (no data)
Can anyone please help me with this error. Thanks in advance.

Check the documentation of the submit statement:
When the SUBMIT statement is executed, the system runs an authorization check for the authorization group specified in the program attributes.

Its simple, when the BWALEREMOTE user was setup in your system, the password provided was incorrect or the user ID with that password might have been locked.
Using transaction SM59 you can setup the RFC Destinations. So, go to SM59 check the user ID and give the correct password.

FTP Adapter ORABPEL-11407 Connection closed error.

Hiiii friends
I have configured the connection factory for FTP Adapter (not defined any connection pool). My BPEL process poll the ftp location to get the file.
But no bpel instance is getting generated and domain.log shows the following error. Can you help me in this issue ?

I am not sure what exactly is happening here. I have already established the successful connection with the same FTP server using different FTP clients.

sounds like the ftp server closed the connection. did you try to use other ftp clients from the same machine where the bpel engine is running?

Connection closed Error in Webdynpro - JDBC

Hi everybody !!
I have a WebDynpro Application that uses an Oracle database to display users. I'm using a Datasource configured in Visual Admin to connect WD and Database. Datasource properties are defaults properties.
My code to call the Datasource is:

To solve it, i have to restart de Datasource or the WAS Server, after of this, the application runs ok again, and so every day of the week. I've checked that the connections close OK when are completed using.
So, somebodu knows whats happening?

CPICER - connection closed(nodata) in sap

Hi Experts,
We have proxy to JDBC scenario. we are getting CPICER - connection closed(nodata) error in sap R/3 system of smq2. This interface was working fine Earlier.
In SAP smq2 we are unlock the queue then it is going but, recently coming queue is in running state for long time.
that queue is executing long time and executes standard program in sap r/3.
some times custome program is also having problem and it is running long time.

Cannot connect to Business Data Connectivity Metadata Store

I am trying to connect to an external data source (web service) that is hosted on another server through SharePoint designer.
I go to the external content type section->new content type-> External system "click here to discover external data sources and define operations"
Add connection->data source type ="wcf service"
enter url in the "service metadata url" and "service endpoint url"
Try to connect. While trying to connect, it gives me this error
"Cannot connect to Business Data Connectivity Metadata Store"
error details: "The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults(either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration
behavior) on the service in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs."
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This solution with New-SPTrustedRootAuthority helped me in the following situation (which is like the one in the topic):
I have a WCF service hosted on the SharePoint web site with dynamic binding. SharePoint web site is configured with host header (DNS alias) and SSL. Kerberous is enabled (this config does not work with NTLM only). I use Secure Store Service identity (Windows
type) when configuring BSC connection to the service. When I try to connect to this WCF service from SharePoint Designer to create an external content type, I get this errror: "Cannot connect to Business Data Connectivity Metadata Store".
These two steps resolved the issue:
1) Add SSL certificate of the web site where WCF service is hosted to the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" of "Certificates (Local Computer)"
2) Run the following command in SharePoint PowerShell console:
foreach ($cert in (Get-ChildItem cert:\LocalMachine\Root)) { if (!$cert.HasPrivateKey) {New-SPTrustedRootAuthority -Name $cert.Thumbprint -Certificate $cert } }
