Any Apps that have been downloaded with her Apple ID will remain Tied to that ID...
You should consider doing a Restore as New and start over with your ID...
Connect the Device to the iTunes library on your Computer, click on the Device tab that appears in iTunes and click Restore.

She should not sync her phone to a different iTunes library. Once solution is to set up Home Sharing, then in iTunes on her computer drag and drop the music from your library to hers. Then she can sync this music from her own iTunes library to her phone. (She will need to authorize her computer for the Apple ID(s) used to purchase any purchased music in order to sync it to her phone.) The Apple Store will offer to recycle it for free, you are better off selling it on ebay or elsewhere, I have seen decent looking ones go from $80-$250 here in Australia.

When I try to purchase the Minecraft- Pocket Edition app, I get the following message:
""A family member has already bought this item.
a family member has already purchased this item. To download it again for free, select OK."
(I press ok, then the error pops up)
"Could not purchase 'Minecraft- Pocket Edition'.
The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
my devices can launch and go through iTunes without issue, so I know they are connected to iTunes, it just won't allow me to download this app. This issue is present across my iPad, iPhone, and MacBook Pro, which are all running the latest operating system they can.You just purchase the app. Are you running into some sort of issue when trying to purchase it?

The company I work for has given me an iPhone, but I haven't been able to download any apps. I've created an apple ID account, it claimed that it had been verified, but everytime I go to download something, it verifies again and claims there's an error. I've tried this now with 3 different emails, and the message reads: go to the iTunes support page. I've emailed Apple, and they were extremely unhelpful. I was given the most vague responses by Bidyut from the iTunes Store Customer service team. I would just like to be able to use this phone since I'm paying for it.
It might be helpful if you told us exactly what the error was... If you don't give us specifics, the best you're going to get is vague responses.

MY wife has an Iphone 4 and I have a 5. To date we have used one apple account to manage music purchases/library. I updated ny phone to the new OS version and all her texting is showing up on my phone. I understand if i create an apple account for her I will not see her texts. Recently we bought a Mac and created a new apple account for her. How do I synched her phone with new apple account and get access to the music library under my account on the new MAC laptop before I update her phone to the new OS?
Going forward if I purchase music under my apple id and want her to have it on her device, how can I acheive that?You can continue to share an Apple ID for purchases.
Sign her in to her new account here:
Settings > iCloud > Delete Account (Keep on Phone if you want to transfer contacts, calendars, etc...) then sign in with her new ID
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > Apple ID > Sign out then in with new
Settings > FaceTime > Apple ID > Sign out then in with new

If you are saying that you both have iCloud accounts and use the same icloud ID, then yes, the contacts will be deleted. The idea is that all devices using the same icloud ID are kept in sync. You need to use different IDs. You can keep the same iTunes ID so you can share the songs and apps. But use different icloud IDs.

I went to download the free version of OS X Yosemite, and when I clicked the "free" button a message appears saying that a family member has already downloaded it and the only option I have is to buy it. Can I access the free version through family share? If i leave family share can I download the free version?

I send an email from my Iphone to a friend. My friend receives it on her Iphone, but as text message. She replies and it goes back to my daughter's phone, a completely different email and phone number. Why?
We went through my friend's phone and my daughter's email and phone number are not in it. I have never given my daughter's iphone number to my friend. Is it something to do with gmail or my apple id? My daughter (14) has been using my computer as her "base" for HER Iphone.
My friend does use her iphone number as an email address as well.
For instance: her phone number might look like this: (493) 305-3958
and her email address would look like this: [email protected]
If I Iphone/email my friend, she receives it as a text message. Then if she replies to that text message, it goes to my daughter's phone and not mine. It's completely crazy! We searched her phone contacts and did not find my daughter's phone number anywhere or attached anywhere to mine. Since when does Iphone emailing wind up in the text messaging area?
