Then try turning the device off and on again. I'd leave it off for 10-15 minutes, but that is up to you:

When Creative Cloud updated a few days ago (Win7) it reported I had no installed apps.
In Lightroom I keep getting messages that a new version is available. Installed it from CC and it installed without error, CC shows I installed it, but it simply fails to run.
How do I get CC to find apps installed under the previous version?
And how do I get Lightroom CC to run?
PeterI still don't know how to get CC to find that I have Photoshop CC installed, but running Creative Cloud, going to Preferences and signing out, then signing in again got Lightroom CC to work.
Since Photoshop CC is still working despite apparently not being installed things are now OK, at least for the moment. But I'm not feeling at all happy with Adobe. -
On checking my Orange Phone Usage, I find that most data access is free under the terms of my Pay As You go account, but daily there is a data access bill of £0.65 in the middle of the night when I am asleep. This has only been happening for the past few days since the iPhone software updated to Ver 6.1.3.

Camera not recognized. Was up to a few days ago
I've been using a Canon video camera FV-M10 mini-DV for live video (Skype/iChat) and also for importing video (mini-DV cassette) into Final Cut Express, After Effects or iMovie up until a few days ago. Then all of a sudden (my MacPro) nor any of the software can recognize my camera anymore. I can't recall if this came after the last security up-date from Apple a few days ago. But, I've tried everything. Both Firewire and USB connections using a few different cables. In Skype...(sometimes) it automatically shows the FV-M10 in the camera slot, but the screen is black. No, I checked if I left the cover on. Any ideas? Geez, I'd better check my Sony WS5 digital camera and see if that is recognized. Yes, both pics and AVCHD videos are seen using the Firewire connection. Anyone have any ideas? Please Help! Is this an issue with the new Apple Up-Date?

Most computers with front and back Firewire and indeed USB ports have different controllers for them inside.
A look in the system Preferences should confirm this (Listed as Buses at least)
My USB layout
Often Shutting down the computer with all periferals unplugged (cable wise) and waiting 15 minutes will get the ports and controllers to reset.
It may pay to try this.
Where the App is should not matter in this context. (It does for Updating purposes)
Is this a camera that can play back other media/Devices and convert it in to DV for onward Firewire connection to the computer ?
Sometime they store in one format and can output in another. This allows them to act as DV converters.
This may bear some impact on the settings on the camera.
You said the Computer has 400/800 ports.
Do you mean it has one of each ?
Or do you mean you are using an Adapter and running some devices at 400 and some at 800 ?
It is likely that the camera is neither (System Profiler should tell you)

Is there any chance the Scratch disk is nearly full and is sending lots of data back and forth to see what it can drop/lose?
Has the app that uses it been shut down recently.
Have you increased the number of Undos that it can do ? (This will store more Scratch data)
Have you stored anything else on that disk that is in use or takes up a large portion of the space ?

After MBA sleeps and you try to wake it up, screen does not refresh properly and only refreshes where the current mouse cursor is.
If you close the lid, and then re-open the MBA then functions correctly.
I also have an issue where the MBA will suddenly crash while asleep and then will require a hard reset.
Not sure if related though.
I just reset smc/pram - will report back if this does not solve the issue.

A few days ago my TV show and movie displays went whacky-the shows are no longer in alpha order, there are multiple listings of the same show, the pictures are random-including album covers. I downloaded latest version & no change. Any ideas??

I think mine are all still in alphabetical order, but :
* movies I deleted from my library and told "hide this purchase in the cloud" are showing up again. If I try to play them, I get the "cannot find the file in its proper location, would you like to locate it" error message.
* for movies that have "iTunes Extras," the extras show up as a separate item, with another copy of the movie artwork. Most of these I believe I had DELETED the "iTunes Extras" anyway.
* Items are showing up multiple times.
* A few MUSIC ALBUMS are listed in my Movies section.
* Some movies (I believe ones that I deleted off my HD but are still in the cloud) are showing random album covers instead of their proper artwork.
* Just rented a movie, and it didn't show up anywhere in my library. It downloaded properly and completely, was in a suitably labeled folder in my iTunes/Media/Movies section, but didn't show up in any section of the library (or via a library search). Had to manually find it and tell it to open the file using iTunes.
Running the latest version, even checked for updates. No other changes made lately since the last round of apple software updates. This was wonky before the latest small update to iTunes - now it's even wonkier. And it is very, VERY effing annoying. -
I can't log into my iTunes account on my iPhone 5s. I logged out a few days ago to trouble shoot because I was trying to redeem some iTunes cards but when i pressed redeem nothing happened. I then tried to log back in immediately afterwards. I was unable to do so. After clicking "sign in" at the bottom of the apps main page, it brought up another menu where I clicked "Choose existing Apple ID". After pressing this the menu disappeared and nothing happened. I tried this multiple times and received the same result each time. I tried the other available option of creating a new AP ID to log in with and that one worked perfectly fine. I am clueless as to why the log in for me is either not able to load or just completely blocking me from getting back into my iTunes account on my phone. Not only can I not listen to the music I currently have, but I cannot log in to purchase the new music that I wanted to with my unused iTunes gift cards

Hey there! So I plugged in my ipod to my computer and it didn't show up where it normally does. I need to update my song list. How can I make it appear? It doesn't come up in iphoto either. A few days ago my sis plugged it into another computer but I don't know if she synched it to the other computer, and frankly, she won't remember. Think about it... She plugged it in to another computer, she doesn't remember what she did (yeah, right), and now your iPod is not being recognized by your computer...
Also take into consideration how old is your sister, and how much does she know about electronics? -
I lost my iPhone a few days ago and I put it on the lost mode. I don't want to give up looking for it. If a person stole it, is there a way for them to get into it or is it locked? I don't want to give up!!! But if there is a way that they could get in and take over my phone with a new number without me deactivating the iPhone and activating a different phone with my number.
lost mode don't depend of the sim card. If you take your Iphone on Lost mode... anybody can use it with the original card sim or with an other one.
Did you try to localise it ?
But hope that thief don't make a restore of the Iphone... Call your Mobile Operator to try to block the IMEI Number. -
I opened iTunes and the cloud is not syncing up, so i cannot watch movies or tv shows over the cloud through itunes, however it was there a few days ago, now randomly gone.
Are you sure you bought and not rented them? Renting lets you to access the video for up to 48 hours.

First try one of these methodes:
Try to restart your iPhone
Hold the power button and slide to turn off, then turn it on
if you still have the same problem then try the second methode:
Reset Settings of your device:
Settings>> General>> Reset >> Reset All Settings
Make sure you reset only your settings and NOT any other Contents
if you still have the same problem, so it seems to be a hardware issue, take it to the nearest Apple Store.
