A Few important Questions or suggestions!
Well because ITunes is so popular I was wondering why i am having these problems, but maybe its just a ITune thing.
Problem 1:
I have folder where i put all my mp3 in. If i put a new mp3 in the folder why dosnt ITunes automatically look for any new mp3 everytime it starts?
Problem 2:
If my bro got mp3 on his ITunes and he is sharing his folder can you just look at his mp3 drag it to your libary and the mp3 goes straight on your computer?
Problem 3:
Everytime there is a new update you have to download the whole thing which is 30mb isnt there a update program where it only installs the updated files needed?
Problem 4:
When watching movies I find the audio video is out. The voices are about 1/2sec to slow?
For the last question
I have a good computer nothing wrong with speed ram and graphics!

Depends on the type of the movie you're watching, mainly, but you can try fiddling with the audio and video settings in the Quicktime Control Panel. Best way to test this sort of thing is to manually load the video into the Quicktime player and then fiddle with the settings there. iTunes uses Quicktime for all playback, so any settings you change in Quicktime get automatically used by iTunes as well.
And sometimes, the video files themselves are just out of sync. Try playing them using the VLC player from videolan.org. See how they play there to get an idea of whether or not the specific video is the actual problem.

Few basic questions about sharing and other stuff..

First of all I know where are "101" pages, but they are not giving detail information.
1.I know there are some folders where I can put files, web-sites and other in order to enable sharing.
What do I have to do to enable other users (from internet to)
- view my webpage when they enter my IP address in browser
- to access files which I want them to be able to acces (with user and password required)? I know there is sth like sharing, and windows sharing, but I give access to my all user folder, do I have to create new accounts on my mac?
2. It's kind of small problem, but can I run apps in finder using only keyboard (enter causes rename action)
3. Why doesn't safari keep addresses I used in addres field after few days?

Start Personal Web Sharing from the Sharing pane of System Preferences; if you have a router between your computer and the Internet, ports 80 and 443 need to be forwarded to your computer. The specifications will be similar for the production for abotu 25 - 30 users (10 concurrent), with RAM being a little bumped up.
One important question: I might need guidance on installing 32 bit planning or FDM on the 64 bit server - any known issues with this? Also any known issues with 64 bit Essbase working with 32 bit Planning?

For the web tier as you are running reporting and analysis and the other machines are windows based personally I would stick with windows 2003.
Is there any reason why you have one machine dedicated just to FDM, seems a bit of an overkill just for one product, it may be worth combining services server 2 with FDM, just a suggestion though

first, i can't buy apps. i'm with bell, and i can't buy an app for my bb style or the pb. i'm trying to use paypal but i get an error message saying it exceeds my modile spending limit. on the style i get an error number and sorry but try later. does anyone have experience with this?
second, is there going to be a universal search on the pb?
third, i'm looking for a waterproof camera that supports eye-fi (a wi-fi sd card for cameras that doesn't need mi-fi to transfer to android or apple) and can be charged via usb so that i can charge it and the pb with a usb solar panel or crank charger (ya, they put out 5V x 2.1A) while camping and transfer media to the pb for editing without internet... pending the release of a few more apps. any suggestions? (yes it's a very long trip, and no, i'm not returning to my own comp, i want to rely on the pb to update people. i'm also not a big fan of uploading every raw video i have to youtube for editing with my phone, since i currently use an olympus tough 3000 + tripod and a 16g micro sd and have had to do that already)The first problem seems to me to be due to a problem with your PayPal account, especially since its affecting both devices. Check your PayPal account settings, or try creating a new PayPal account altogether. Of course the alternative is to try paying directly with a credit card as you should have that option.

Before upgrading iPhone to 3.0 beta a few basic questions!
We have a few apps up in the store, and I want to upgrade them, so I suppose I need to upgrade my iPhone now to the beta 3.0 firmware.
Before doing so, I'd like to ask those who have gone before me a few simple questions.
(1) I don't have anything on my iPhone that is earth-shatteringly important. But if I need to, can I restore to OS 2 and get my old email settings and apps back?
(2) What does updating to the beta 3.0 firmware really mean? Will I get to preview all the core OS 3.0 apps, including the search features, new Camera, Mail and Safari apps, etc.? If so, that sounds like fun.
(3) What happens when I synch with iTunes while the beta 3.0 firmware is installed? Will normal synch still work?
Thanks for any tips or advice on this. I can't afford to get another iPhone device just to maintain my current apps.

I'm new to Java, but i've worked a lot with action script... it didn't help a lot :) Here are my few beginner questions:
What does: public, static, abstract, void... and other things mean in front of the class name?
How can i call variables from another classes: if i have one class that does one thing and stores the result in a variable, how can i use that variable from a different class?
How can i call the input window to enter the value for variable? I've tried with importing "io.inputstream" library, and used the "extend" thing, but i still cant call the input window?I came to Java from ActionScript too, and I must say having ActionScript as your first programming language does NOT make it easy to learn other languages. I was incredibly lost when starting with Java.

Can anyone help me with a few various questions about how to do certain things on the iPhone? Here's my questions:
- Is there a way to turn off predictive text? I'd like to enter in a phone extension for a contact. I create a new field for the extension number. Then enter in "EXT" but it comes out to "ECT". Also, is there a way to delete that field? Is there a better way to do extensions?
- How do I hide the keyboard when there isn't an option to hide it? This happens in the Mail settings area.
- Is there a way to keep the keyboard in all caps just for a single word rather than having to switch to caps for each letter?
- When I bookmark a website, sometimes the bookmark title is long so I can't see it all. I can click into the field but that puts the cursor at the end of the text string. Is there a way to then scroll left and see all of the words?

No, there is no way as of right now to turn off the predictive text feature. You must make sure to cancel the blue suggested word before hitting the space bar.
There isnt an option to hide the keyboard in any of the applications on iPhone. Im not quite sure what you mean on this one either.
There is a way to use all caps letters if you have enabled caps lock in the keyboard settings menu and then double tap the icon when typing. It will turn blue when it has been done correctly.
If you tap and hold your finger on a piece of text, it will pop up a little magnifying glass which can be used to scroll left and right. Its a bit tricky to find the right place on the screen that will make it move though. You will get the hang of it eventually.

How to import questions into Captivate 4 from a delimited file

into captivate.
All the questions are simple multiple choice, single answer, four selections per question.
I have hundreds - I'd hate to have to retype them all in one at a time.

I know this will NOT work for some of the more sophisticated questions, But for the simple Mulitple choice, true/false, fill in the blank. etc..
THIS WOULD BE A GREAT FEATURE..
It would also be NICE TO HAVE THE abiliy to PROFILE versions of the SAME Course WITH OUT REPRODUCING / DUPLICATING / REPEATING THE ENTIRE COURSE PRESENTATION.

LASTLY: if we can not export the QUIZ content. Can an excel spreadsheet LIKE INTERFACE be used to edit certain aspects of the questions.

to track down interactionIds and then maintain them in a perfect way.

Few problems/questions! (cover flow, album art...etc)
Ok I finally added my songs to my new IPOD (replaced my old one) and this is my first Ipod with video, color...etc. Its the IPOD Classic 80 GIG.
Well I am having a few problems/questions:
---Why when I hit "Get album art" does it ONLY get art for my videos? It doesn't get any for all 1,500+ songs! Is it because they aren't downloaded from Itunes? If so then why does it do it for the movies then? They aren't from ITunes either!
---With Cover Flow I updated the Album Art myself and have about 700 songs with art now. But I have two problems.
1. It won't display all 700 songs under Cover Flow!
2. It won't show them in order by song name! Can I change that?!? If not then how is it showing them by? What do I need to change?
---Are there any other video types supported besides that on Mpeg4 and that other weird type? If not why not? Its a pain to have to convert everything. Its almost not worth having this video IPOD if you have to go through sop much effort just to watch 1 stupid video. I mean I spent more money on extra programs now for music and videos then I did on the IPOD almost.
---Is there any way to transfer your music from one IPOD to another? I know some people say you can't but why? What about people like me who have music ripped from our own cds and NOTHING from ITunes? Cover flow on the ipod can only be done (as far as I know) on Album by Artist Name. On iTunes you can change it around

A few simple questions from a new Iphone user
Hi a few simple questions, just got an iphone 2g - 2nd hand so not really sure what to expect. Anyway I guess my first question is about mine sometimes being a little slow - when I look at contacts and sometimes when sending a txt it slows down/freezes a little - normal?
Secondly Edge - I havent used it much but when I have its been painfully slow, is this normal - is it always really slow - cause I had read despite not being 3g Edge was actually pretty fast - what exactly is data roaming by the way? I mean I have been switched off as basically I dont wanna use the internet till next month when they change my contract to one I get unlimited access on - is that right?
Im having a problems syncing videos to it - it just wont sync some but will others and Im not sure why - theyre same file type and they used to sync to my ipod touch but now they wont for some reason

Downloaded 2.0, synced phone with everything UNchecked. Installed 2.0. Synced with all the options checked to reload my data. The iPhone has been great. Noticed a little lag when I opened contacts. Installed the new upgrade, and everything is back, no lag.
Edge is Edge and nothing more. It is slow compared to a strong 3g signal. But is liveable most of the time. Heavy traffic can slow it down to barely usable.
My four wheel drive club has a web site with a large photo section. I was standing out in the middle of parking lot in San Jose, Ca and showing a friend some photos. It opens up a page of small picts to choose from. Select a print and it enlarges, He was amazed at how fast they appeard. Especially given the quantity of photos. -
After updating my iphone 5s to ios 8.0.2, I am not able to use watsapp and line properly, iphone automatically comes out of the apps after few mins. Please suggest how to fix it.
I had this same problem with what's app. There is a new update for the app on the app store which is compatible with ios8. Update the app, or delete it and re-add it. I found a lot of apps weren't compliant with ios8, but after updating everything worked fine.

I have my MEGA180 on order but I already have some important questions:
1) This unit provides dual vga outputs. If I install my own AGP 8x card, will the VGA2 output still work? I read in the manual that installing an AGP card will disable VGA1 (default) but it doesn't say anything about the 2nd VGA output connector. I require 2 outputs since I will be connecting to an LCD and my HDTV monitor (using a VGA to Component Video Transcoder)
2) Will there be performance hits by using the two vga outputs at the same time?
3) The on-board video card doesn't have any video memory. It will use your existing DDR memory. I will have 512Meg Dual Channel Memory. What kind of performance I can expect from the built-in video card (NVidia NForce Crush18) compared to other AGP cards on the market?

SlyThough I can not provide you with answers specific to the Mega 180, I can give you some more info.
1) No. As soon as you install an AGP card, the onboard video will be fully disabled from within the BIOS. This is an nForce2 chipset setting. So make sure to get an AGP card with 2xVGA (as most cards have nowadays).
2) No or not much. Using an nForce2 MoBo myself I haven't encountered performance loss using both VGA outputs.
3) There's no way to compare the onboard video to an AGP card. AGP cards will have a far out better perfomance then the onboard video. But compared to other onboard video solutions around, like Xtreme Graphics, the nForce solution is far better and has far better performance.
It all depends on what you will be doing with the MegaPC. If you're a gamer, get an AGP card. If you want to use it as an HTPC, keep with the onboard nForce2 solution. There's no need for extra here since the nForce2 chipset is great. Onboard sound from this chipset is also great. Try it out before spending $ on an AGP card you don't need.
