In my 1st ?, I typed in my em address incorrectly. Sorry. Anyway, How, should and can I access the internet through my wifi? I am getting the famous "not going to happen page". on this page is a suggestion about telling the firewall proxy to let me in> Help!
Did you change the email address associed with yur account? If you only changed that, your Apple ID address is not changed. See:

Have you rendered both iOS 7 and iOS 8 (both of which will work on your iPhone 5) out of the question entirely without trying every possible configuration? The animations can be disabled entirely, if that's the problem. And if the whiter-brighter user interface is the problem, there's reverse-contrast modes that darken everything. You can expose accessibility controls to gain immediate access to these functions to toggle them on and off. I guess my point is you may have decided against upgrading the OS based on an early experience with iOS 7 when Apple has since made changes in later revisions to address some of the usability complaints.
Now, Apple's instructions for downloading older versions of apps is to do so from the Purchased list, not from the app's product page.

I'm not techinal so please bear with me. I don't have the bar that allows me to type in a website. I did have a few minutes ago. When I make the page full screen and move my cursor to the top of the page, the bar drops down and I can use it. I've tried restarting my computer, didn't work. Help!
Well I figured it out, right click the arrow that makes the screen bigger and unclick the Hide Toolbar. I knew it couldn't be that hard.

Just a few minutes ago i tried to purchase from The Simpsons tapped out game, but there were a warning that my purchese was declined and i was asked to re-filled the payment info in order to compete my purchase. I did that but that wont work and the warning keep showing up. Whats wrong? help please.. Is there any correlation with the software update? A error message pops up when I try to click top singles "see all" saying "Your request could not be completed the item you've requested is not currently available in the US store" when a few minutes ago it allowed me to do so.
When I open the store in general (from my PC - Windows Vista), I get a message saying "Your request could not be completed. The item you've requested is not currently available in the Canadian Store."
On my iPad, Apps opens, but I can't browse new apps listings, but not their details.

LOL. in that case it is a update/upgrade feature for my smartband.
It have never done the vibration before. Band died on me a few times when I didn't pay attention to the battery level.

First, you don't have a 5+ year old 3GS. The 3GS has only been around for under 4 years. In fact, 5 years ago there were NO iPhones; the original iPhone (2 generations before the 3GS) came out on June 29, 2007 - not quite 5 years ago. The 3GS was released June 19, 2009.
That aside, you can sync multiple phones to one computer - see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1495. boogeyman is wrong. If you want to sync it to the iPad from that Mac, you need to upgrade it to at least 10.5.8.
If you want to copy the music to another Mac, you don't. Move the iTunes folder of the item in the Finder's sidebar over as you would any other folder. If you put it somewhere other than the Music folder, launch iTunes with the Option key held down and point it to that location.

A few months ago I purchased Snow Leopard, but realized too late that I already had Snow Leapord. What I need is Snow Lion upgrade. I did not open the software. Will they refund refund this or exchange it for the Snow Lion upgrade? Thanks!
All Updates to Snow Leopard are gotten from Software Update or from the Apple download site.
There is no Snow "LION". there is Lion and now Mountain Lion buit both of those are Download Only from the Mac App Store. You need to have Snow Leopard 10.6.6, .7 or .8 to have the Mac Apple store link on your Mac.
To get Lion you need to call the Apple Store, 1-800-MYAPPLE, and order it. They will send you a download code to your Apple ID Email address so you can download it from the Mac Appl Store.
Oh and when you call them to order Lion ask about returning Snow Leopard. -
I downloaded your update sent about 10 minutes ago. Ever since I did so, my computer started freezing up for a few seconds, and then it starts going again. This is annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do something to fix this. It started happening with your update.

A few minutes ago everything on my desktop stopped opening - help!
I am all of sudden unable to open any icons on the desktop with a double click or anything else. The finder in the dashboard won't open so that's no help. I installed Lion a few weeks ago and was so relieved not to have problems I had heard about. Maybe this is it? How do I fix it?
Thanks I did thatseveral times without any success. Just changed to a new mouse and things seem to be fine - at least for now.

After latest update a few minutes ago, Firefox won't open any web pages.
I was on a local web page run by a local server on my intranet. Firefox was not open. I opened it (the last time it worked successfully was a few hours ago). It did an update. After the update, it tried to open a Firefox web page - that failed. The local web page I was on would not open either. The web pages still work from Internet Explorer.
Can you start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> by holding down the Shift/Options key?
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

That's usually because a) you do not have a SIM card in the phone, or b) the phone was hacked to unlock it.
