A game I purchased no longer works!
I purchased a game several months ago and it worked fine. Now the game opens to the main screen and then closes out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times through Itunes. It is still not working!
Have you tried contacting the developer of the app, and/or do they have a FAQ/help section on their website ? Are there any recent reviews on the app's description page in the store saying the same thing ?
As well as deleting and reinstalling the app you've also tried a soft-reset of your iPad to see if that makes any difference : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I have and iphone 4 running iOS5.1. Since upgrade to 5.1, I can no longer make in-app purchases, receiving a "cannot connect to itunes store" error. I can purchase apps directly, or purchase from itunes, but not in-app. Worked fine before I upgraded
Supposedly, when you "re-purchase" them, the iTunes Store should recognize that they were previously purchased (assuming you are using the same iTunes Store account). That said however, I just sent off an email to the iTunes Store Support section because I WAS charged again for an in-app purchase.
I don't know if this was a fluke or a new policy by Apple to get their 30% of a $2.99 purchase since Apple is known to be: losing money, stock is tanking, no one is buying their products, etc. -

You can contact iTunes and ASK for a refund. Then make make an exception to their all sale are final policy.

In the future set the restrictions so that in-app purchases are prohibited and that a password is always required.

My new iPod touch 64 Gig has a problem after syncing with iTunes. My purchased apps no longer work. I touch them and they seem to try to open but they do not.
The only way I have found to fix this is as follows:
I delete one of the purchased apps. Then I go to the App Store and re-download and install the same app. After that, all my apps work again.

I am having trouble with iTunes on my Win PC and would like some help. It clearly appears to be a software or configuration issue. Essentially all my older music videos and TV shows all purchase from the iTunes store (anything older than 2012) simply will not play with iTunes (but will play with all other Win apps). Here are the details:
1) Running new PC with Win 7 ultimate
2) All media files in one location (iTunes folder) all new tunes and videos are stored there
3) I am running iTunes v10
4) Newly purchased music videos work - older ones (from 2011-2006) no longer play. Same with newly purchased TV shows but not older ones.
5) When file is selected in iTunes it simply does not play them (no crash, no sound, nothing) - itunes is still active and you can select other music, etc.
6) Videos play in Win player and any other windows app applied to them (sourced directly from iTunes to Explorer)
7) Problem did not exist in much earlier version of iTunes (or I would not have purchased them, duh)
8) Problem existed in last few versions of iTunes
9) Problem existing on last PC as well as this new one
9) ALL videos STILL work fine on my ipad and ipods - nothing wrong with those files themselves
10) I have searched online and tried: control panel selections with Quicktime (3D video setting), uninstalling itunes several times, uninstalling quicktime, etc.
11) All tests pass with iTunes diagnostic

apps I have purchased from apple no longer work because they have been upgraded and will now only work on 4.3........my ipod is 4.2 so how do I resolve this, my ipod is up to date with the updates it can accept
If you didn't keep any compatible copies of them, you can't use them without buying a newer device.

Can anyone help me figure out how to sync my ipod with my purchased music? I have used several computer and at one point synced my ipod with a computer that only had about half of my music. My other computers are no longer working. Not sure how to get my purchased music back onto my ipod?

Your previous purchases are saved on iCloud even if you bought them on another computer. If you can't find them on your current computer, you might need to unhide them. Go to iTunes preferences, and click on Store Preferences. Then click the box for "show iTunes in the Cloud purchases". Then click on OK, and everything you've ever bought from iTunes on that Apple ID will show up in your library. You will need to download them from iCloud first before you can synch them to your iPod Classic. To do this, click on the little cloud with the arrow in it next to your song, and it will download to your computer. When you have the music that you want downloaded, plug in your iPod and synch away. Hope this helps!

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Changing the library the Apple TV is synced with will delete all synced content from the Apple TV, but it won't delete purchased content.
You should be able to change the library, resync any content you want and transfer your purchases back to the new library. -

Your itunes purchases for music, etc are tied to your itunes account - any computer (up to 5) can be authorized with your iTunes account information. Enter your iTunes account name and password in the iPod - you don't say which version of iOS is on your iPod so more details can't be given until knowing that.

Multitasking no longer working in games or apps?
On my iPod touch, in iOS4, multitasking no longer works. When I first got the firmware, multitasking was working perfectly fine. But now, when I double tap home button while I am in games, no little dock with all my apps that are running pops up. And when I double tap the home button while I am on the home screen, the black bar that SHOULD have all my games and stuff on it doesn't work and I cannot swipe so I see my music controls. Please help, because multitasking is a big part of this update for me.
How about resetting your iPod Touch as described [HERE_|http://www.apple.com/support/ipodtouch/assistant/ipodtouch/#section2]. See if that brings the function back up.

Your iPod is designed to sync with only one iTunes library at a time. It will recognize the iTunes library on the Mac as a new library. If you sync the iPod with this new library, all content will be erased from the iPod and replaced with what is in the new library. So what you will want to do is copy everything from the iPod to your new iTunes library on your Mac first.
