Happy Holidays from PVII
Save time this holiday season with a free productivity booster from PVII
Equal Height CSS Columns
Learn how to make your CSS columns automatically adjust to the height of the tallest column in just a few minutes. This free productivity booster includes a tutorial, and a bonus 3-column CSS layout all decked out for the holidays with rounded corners and inset shadows!
Instead of using background images, CSS hacks, or CSS that is not yet supported by all browsers, PVII Equal Height Columns uses modern DOM Script to work its magic.
Go to Tutorial:
<http://www.projectseven.com/tutorials/css/pvii_columns/index.htm>
Key Features
Supports dynamic content height
If the height of any column ever changes, PVII Equal Height Columns will make all necessary adjustments—instantly. The script monitors your page every few milliseconds to see if the height of any column needs adjustment. Your column height will always be perfect. If your page includes a panel widget (like an accordion) that causes column height to change when you move from panel to panel, the system will adapt to the new height seamlessly.
Deploying PVII Equal Height Columns
Deployment is as easy as linking the PVII Equal Height Column script and assigning a class to a set of columns.
Nested Groupings
You can deploy the PVII Equal Height Columns script on your outer column structure, as well as column structures nested inside.

Something has changed on my iPod. When I sync it now it scrambles music between playlists. So, I will be listening to my jazz playlist when suddenly holiday music from another playlist is there. When I go to iTunes, however, the playlist is as it should be--jazz in the jazz playlist, holiday music in the holiday music playlist. I have two iPods--one is syncing properly while the older one is not. Any thoughts?

You are currently managing your music manually. You can either sync or manage the music manually, not both. If you want to sync, all the music currently on your phone will be erased and replaced with whatever you decide to sync to it.

I  want to create and then email holiday cards from my iMAC, preferably in spanish but english would be OK.  All I can find are IOS apps.  Are then any OS X apps to do this?  Thanks!

Two apps that I have that do different types of greeting cards.

And, if I remember correctly,  the free image editor, Gimp, has templates for different greeting cards, also.

  • Exclude Holiday hours from overtime hours and add into regular hours

In our current scenario any holiday hours are included in Overtime hours. We want to exclude these holiday hours from overtime hours
    Two examples:
In one week an employee works 35 regular hours, with 8 holiday hours, for a total of 43 hours. Currently, the employee would get 40 hours of straight time, with 3 hours of OT. The change required is that it should have 43 hours of straight time, with no OT.
Another example - In one week an employee submits 42 hours of time, with 8 holiday hours for a total of 50 hours. Currently, the employee would get 40 hours of straight time, with 10 hours of OT. With the change, the employee would receive 48 hours of straight time, with 2 hours of OT.
In summary any holiday hours should be included into regular hours not in Overtime hours.
Which setup changes are required to achive this functionalty?

You can exclude the holiday hours from the OT calculation by excluding it from the earning group setup.

  • How to remove the Holiday calender from factory Calender

    Hi All Good Morning,
I want to remove the Holiday calendar from Factory calendar,
I know the two ways to remove
1.Through request remove the Holiday calendar at DEV system, then move to production system.
Is there any impact on other calendar related settings If we move the request from DEV--> PROD System.
(My doubt is only changed settings will change or any other settings also get impact)
2.Directly change the settings through client open.
In this option we are able get the change option in Factory calendar at DEV and QAS systems but we are not able to get change option at PROD system.
Can any body help on this, which is the better way.
    Regards,
    Murali.

    Hi,
Many a times the holiday calendars are not in sync with DEV,QAS & PRD System, first check your system and see if they are in sync,
1-if they are in sync do changes in DEV and push request to PRD
2-if they are not in sync better do it on PRD Client, with help of your basis person, however before doing this kindly apprise your client of the same and then with his permission do it.
if HC are not in sync it may so happen that whatever is in DEV may get overwritten in QAS & PRD,hence check as suggested above and then do changes.
First remove(delete) HC from factory calendar and save
    Salil

  • Excluding holiday music from Genius mixes

I can't seem to stop holiday music from being included in genius mixes.  I've unselected all of my holiday music and set it all to "skip when shuffling" but it's still getting swept in.  Help!!

    Hello AZjoycej,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you have Genius Mixes in iTunes on your Mac and when you try to sync your device to iTunes and exclude some music from those mixes, the unwanted music is still synced over to your device. To exclude the music you do not want, you may need to remove the entire mix that contains that music you no longer want. Please use the attached article as a resource and follow the steps for deselecting the mixes and stopping them from syncing.
iPhone and iPod: Understanding Genius Mixes - Apple Support
To sync selected Genius playlists and Genius Mixes to your device:
In iTunes, select your device in the device list and click the Music tab (or button, depending on the version of iTunes being used).
Check Sync Music, and then choose "Selected playlists, artists, and genres."
Under Playlists, select the Genius playlists and Genius Mixes you want.
    Click Apply.
    Notes:
Genius Mixes can only be synced automatically, so you won't be able to add Genius Mixes to your device if "Sync only checked songs and videos" is checked in the iTunes Summary pane.
If you select any Genius Mixes to sync with your device, iTunes may select and sync additional songs from your library that you didn’t select.
If you choose to sync your entire music library, iTunes will sync all your Genius playlists and Genius Mixes to the device.
    Best regards,
    Joe

  • Function module to get holiday class from work schedule for current day

I need to determine what the public holiday class value is for the current day in a user exit.  Is there an SAP function module that can return me this data?  This would be the information that is displayed when pressing the work schedule button from infotype 0007

Function module HOLIDAY_CHECK_AND_GET_INFO is closer to what I need.  This function module returns an X if the day is a holiday.  I will create a Z program and instead of returning an X for a holiday I will return the THOL-KLASS (holiday class) value.

Similar in concept to jQuery Carousel, Horizontal Glider Magic sets the benchmark for quality, flexibility, features, automation, and accessibility.
Horizontal Glider Magic is a panel widget. Hidden content panels are made to glide horizontally through a viewport. Panel gliding can be operated by clicking trigger links and various other available controls or can be set to play automatically, like a slide show. Unlike generic script libraries, HGM was programmed from the ground up to do one job and do it as well as it can possibly be done.

    What they're saying:
"The PVII team is clearly ahead of the curve. While working with HGM it became immediately clear that there are limitless combinations available to display information. The horizontal slider accentuates this whole new way to manipulate content. It's a MUST HAVE tool that will change the way you think about Web design. It did for me!" - Michael Rizzo, Creative Director, Averill & Associates, LLC.

FWIW, and for your future understanding, you didn't actually have to *start* the database with the pfile in order to create the spfile.
In this example, I don't even have a database named fubar ...
    oracle:fubar$ pwd
    /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/dbs

    oracle:fubar$ ls -l init*

    -rw-r----- 1 oracle oinstall   35 Jan 31  2013 initorcl.ora

    oracle:fubar$ ls -l spfile*
    -rw-r----- 1 oracle asmadmin 2560 Aug 15 10:47 spfilekilroy.ora
    2013-08-15 10:52:39
    oracle:fubar$ export ORACLE_SID=fubar

  • How to Transfer Holiday calender from develoment to production

    Hi Guy's,
Plz do let me know the process to transfer Holiday calender and factory calender from Dev client to production client.
    Thanks in advance...

Changes to factory calendar data are not automatically included in a transport request (correction request).
If you want to create a transport request for your changes. You have to go back to the first screen of transaction SCAL then you will find the transport icon, the the truck icon (or select calendar u2192 transport).
System will display the pop box u201CAll public holidays, public holiday and factory calendarswill be transported. All public holidays, public holiday and factory calendars will first be deleted in the target systemu201D
When you do this, keep in mind that:
    1. all public holidays, public holiday and factory calendars existing in the target system are deleted.
    2. When you create transport request all the Changes which are carried out will be moved into next system (development u2013 QA u2013 production), Apart from this all the calendars will be over wriiten in the next system.
    3. In the Target sytem all Calendars will be deleted and the Changes in the transport request will be Copied into the Target sytem ( This will include the Calendars which are already exitsing)
    4. The transports are done between systems (development u2013 QA u2013 production) not between clients, one system can have several clients. all clients share some common settings, while others are client specific.
Once new transport request is created, release this TR by using transaction SE09/SE10 and inform your BASIS team for transporting.
Anyway, to transport the factory calendar changes or creation from development to production system, you should do this in production system directly with opening client (if possible). If this is first time and all factory calendars are new in SAP system then you can go ahead with creating workbench request and do the transport.
It is because when you do the transport of the workbench request, all table data will be transported, it is not only the changes what you have done so this could be dangerous that some other plants factory calendar might changed with this request.
Also check this thread: Factory calender Modification ?
    Hope this helps!

  • How to add a holiday calender from MacOSX to iCloud?

I have tried to add holiday calendar to iCal on Mac to get it to show up on iCal iCloud. Can't seem to get iCal iCloud to show the calendar. Any ideas?

Subscribed calendars don't show on the iCloud website. They are synced to other devices, but evidently it's the subcription details which are synced so that the device then subscribes directly.
There is a fiddle, whereby you export the calendar as an .ics file and then reimport it to iCloud. It will then show, but of course it won't update, so the exercise is only worth it for calendars where this isn't likely anyway. I suppose in the case of a holiday calendar you could just do it once a year.

  • How do i remove holiday music from my iphone

There has got to be an easier way to do this?!?
I have never synced my phone with a computer.
    I pay for music match.
I bought a bunch of Holiday music this last year, and I would like to temporarily turn it OFF until next year.
There is no way I'm swiping through each song in my xmas playlist to remove it.
    Please help!!!

If it syncs whenever you plug it in, then it's set up to automatically sync.
This article is for an iPod, but the same holds true for an iPhone. It sounds to me like you need to tweak the settings for automatic sync or switch to syncing manually. iTunes: Syncing media content to iPod

  • How do I stop holiday tunes from being played randomly from my library?

All my Christma tunes keep being played when I am listening to my library of music on shuffle/random.  Is there a way to move them out of te library so this does not keep happening?  It's weird to be listening to these songs when it's not Christmas yet!

Put them all into one playlist.
Select all the songs, right click - get info.
Select the Options tab and tick Skip when shuffling
