A laptop compatible with Adobe CS6 Master Collection

I need a windows laptop that will be able to run the full Adobe CS6 Master Collection, this will be mainly the only thing I will be running on this laptop. If anyone could give suggestions, that they know will run this software and runs smoothly, I'd really appreciate it!

It's a good laptop, only the screen size is very small. I will prefer larger or a separate monitor >21", which you can connect.

Preinstalled Adobe cs6 Master Collection has no access to product registration, how should I go about reinstalling?

I recieved a laptop from a friend that had Adobe cs6 Master Collection on it, seemingly activated (no trial timer in sight). the problem is, i plan on reinstalling windows and would like to keep this $2000 collection of software, but i cannot find the activation key (the product registration information is seemingly not available, along with deactivation and updates) , or anywhere to download an installer. how would i go about finding the activation key, and then where can i find a copy of the master collection to download and install with said key?

If the original owner did not formally transfer the license for the software, the key/ registration is most likely still under his/her ownership in his/her Adobe account, and you have no rights to use it nor to reinstall it on any machine you own, including the one you received. It will be the responsibility of your friend to deal with this.

Urgent Support Request! - Adobe CS6 Master Collection - Please Insert Disk

Our company has downloaded Adobe CS6 Master Collection for deployment on our master image this year.
When attempting to install using the files that we downloaded and ran off the hard drive the set up says "Please Insert Disk", this shouldn't be necessary as I have all the required files to install on my computer already.
I need a solution quickly to this as I have to get this master image completed and deployed within the next week or two and I have hundreds of machines to do it on.
It is a clean install and therefore there are no compatibility issues with previous programs, I have tried looking for the installs of the individual programs themselves in the folders to no avail, I had a similar problem with Autodesk products which I solved by installing the trial version then upgrading it to the full version immediately after install. I have not tried that with this problem yet as I'm sure there is a more efficient way to solve the issue. At least I hope there is. Please get back to me as soon as possible with this because I'm required to get this sorted within a very tight deadline.

Can I still purchase Adobe CS6 Master Collection Student and Teacher Edition?

Hi I was wonder can I still purchase Adobe CS6 Master Collection Student and Teacher Edition? As I am a student and I don't have the money to purchase the the full software for 2 grand. Also I don't want to get the creative cloud as I don't want to be paying say 250 dollars a year for the software.
Another question is how many devices can I have the software on? As I have a desktop which I will use for heavy work, and a laptop for light work.

I installed Adobe CS6 Master Collection for Mac, licensed it and updated it on twenty iMacs. This a University computer lab with many users. Sometimes Adobe software starts in trial mode as if the license key hasn't been entered. What could be the problem?

Could you please tell me how did you install Master Collection on 20 machines.
If you have installed Master Collection on 1 Mac and created an Image of the OS and then installed it on the 20 Mac's then you may come across with this kind of issue.
In Order to properly deploy the Master Collection please use our Deloyment Tool to create a Serialised Package and then use the same to deploy it on the 20 Mac's.

I'm trying to install Adobe CS6 Master Collection but this always comes up:
Adobe Support Advisor no longer exists so I can't download it???
Anyone know what I can do?

"Installer failed to initialize. File not found." or "Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to missing files."
first, rename OOBE Folder to OOBE.old.
to find OOBE:
64 bit win OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
32 bit win OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
mac os: HD>library>application support>adobe>caps
mac os: USER>library>application support>adobe>OOB
if that fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
if you're using a dvd to install:
copy the disc contents to a desktop directory and install from that directory.
if you're using a mac:
1. Try to Create a new user account in Mac with Administrator Priviledges.
2. Login to the New user, Navigate to Mac HD> Application> Utilities> Adobe Installer folder, Locate products like Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and un-install them
3. Navigate to User Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
4. Navigate to Mac HD> Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
5. Start the installation again.

How long i am allowed to use Adobe CS6 Master collection ( Students and Teachers edition ) ?

I planned to buy Adobe CS6 Master collection ( Students and Teachers Version ) but i have a some confusions.
1) If i bought the software with an adobe reseller ( a boxed product of adobe master collection CS6 - students and teachers edition ) and obtained a serial number with it, will i be able to use the software for more than one year or three years once it is activated ?

There is no serial number in retail boxes of S&T, just a verification code and that needs to be properly registered to obtain a serial number - now. After that you can reinstall and reactivate the stuff until the day the Adobe servers fall apart or run out of electricity or Adobe changes their policies.

Just looking at that link and I don't think this is my problem. It says:
Bootstrapper requires certain installer components to be in place to load correctly. Otherwise, it displays the error "Installer failed to initialize. File not found. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."
Run the Adobe CS5 Cleaner Tool and remove the product that you are going to install. See Resolve installation problems with CS5 Cleaner Tool | CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 (cpsid_82947).
But mine doesn't say "File not found" anywhere in the error message.
If it helps on my desktop when I try to install it an icon comes up for a second that looks like the dmg mounted icon with the word "core" underneath it.
I'm on a Mac by the way. Specs are:

I can't activate my Adobe CS6 Master Collection software, invalid serial id.
I purchased it through a intermediary company (surfspot.nl) on 06-10-2012. Why is my serial id invalid? Is it only a year license? If so, can I extend it somehow?

Suppose i have bought Adobe CS6 Master collection ( Students and Teachers Version ) and that after my graduation i encounter a problem whereby i have to reinstall windows and as a consequence reinstall Adobe CS6 Master collection ( Students and Teachers Version ) in order to continue using it.

Hi, I ask to buy 2 license key and media kit of Adobe CS6 Master Collection for my company.
The supplier is delivering only one license key with 2 media kit. Am i not suppose to have 2 different license key? I seem to be fooled by the supplier.

Can Mountain Lion run the DISC version of Adobe CS6 Master Collection?
I have a brand new to me, direct from Apple: June 2012 Refurbished 15.4-inch MacBook Pro 2.6GHz Quad-core Intel i7 with 8GB ram and Superdrive.
Before I purchase the full Adobe Collection ON DISC I want to make sure I can run it on this great new machine.
I have OS X 10.8.2 on the MBP right now. I will upgrade to 10.8.4 soon.
Note: I am upgrading from a Powerbook G4, PowerPC, no intel chip, running OS X 10.4.11 Tiger;

No problem. Never hurts to ask, and it's always nice to know software you depend on is going to work in a new OS before you go through the process of doing so.
I do use it every day in Mountain Lion for our in home business and it actually works better than in Snow Leopard. Well, not better, but noticeably faster when a 64 bit version of CS6 is running on a completely 64 bit OS. You'll notice CS6 snapping open to a ready to use state faster than in previous versions of OS X. Processes and filters also complete faster.
One thing to note though, if you have any third party plug-ins, they may also need to be updated in order to be used under Mountain Lion.
