Try the suggested idea above. I just disabled all the add-ons which were not compatible with FF 5 and did a FF restart. That fixed the problem. I then enabled each one, one at a time, with a FF restart until the problem came back. I then disabled that add-on.

You cannot stop it from popping up.
it will continue every few minutes until its installed.

I opened my Mozilla yesterday and noticed my email page format was different then after a second, I noticed all my emails were now appearing along the top of the page in the tool bar area below "Fine Edit View Go ...etc" I'm not sure what happened. PLEASE help me I'm sure it's probably an easy fix, however I don't know how to fix it :)~ Also they are oldest email first, and since I normally save them for 45 days before deleting, I cant seem to get to the most recent email first. Ugh.

This is what happens when you continually open messages in tabs but never close them. Pretty soon all you have are message tabs showing and you have pushed the Inbox off the screen.
Get in the habit of closing message tabs after you read them.
To get out of your situation now, right click one of the tabs and select Close Other Tabs. Then use the x to close the last one.

The problem now is that despite the errors appears all the time i open firefox, the good thing is that the plus signal now appears and i can open a new page in a new tab but that page opens at the same time in a new window!!! I mean the page appears in a new tab and in a new window and the errors are appearing all the time i open mozilla!What can i do to get rid of this???

Something called My Start has just appeared and it screws up everything. How can I get rid of it?

When I installed Firefox on my new computer, it came with a new thing called incredimail and My Start. It screwed up everything, making it impossible to restore my settings. I deleted Incredimail using the Control Panel but My Start continues to upload everytime I open Firefox. I can't find it in my list of programs or in my program file on my C drive. This morning when I booted up my MacBook Pro, I got a suspicious-looking dialogue box that says "Update Alert!" and something about downloading a utility in preparation for "the new version of OSX."
