A movie I purchased stopped downloading and said it was a corrupt file
I was downloading a movie but it stopped and an error message came up. It said that it was a "corrupt file" and that I could try downloading it again which I have tried countless times but I keep getting the same error message.

If you cannot resume or restart your movie rental download, try the following steps.
First, force close the iTunes app:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app's preview up to close it.

Look for a folder called "Downloads" in your iTunes Music folder. If there is such a folder, look for files that would be the partial download and delete those, so that the download starts over from the beginning. Then try again using the "Check for Purchases" command under the iTunes Store menu.
If that doesn't work and the problem persists, contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them.

As the title says....I rented a movie and started playing it, but it stopped downloading, and didnt finish within the 24hrs it should... Now I didnt watch crap and dont have a refund nor do I have a way to watch it, and worse yet no way to even re-buy it....

How/where or can I- store 75+ HD movies (not purchased from itunes) and have them all accessible from an ipad? Is their a cloud or other app. that would allow me to do this? What my wife wants to do is to be able to open up an app. and have all of her movies listed and then be able to click on any of them and watch them on her ipad. HELP!
The easiest way to do this is to import the movies into iTunes and sync as many of them as will fit onto the iPad.
If you want easy access to all of the movies without having to sync, you can find a file sharing website and upload all the movies there. Then, get a download managing app such as iDownloads, bookmark the links to all of the movies, and you can download them at will and delete them when you're done with them.
If you're especially tech savvy and want a solution that is less laborious, you can setup an FTP server (such as the Filezilla server if you have Windows) on the computer where the HD movies are located, and give it access to the folder where the movies are. Then get an app that can download to FTP servers (GoodReader is one that I use) and download the movies at will via FTP. This solution requires less busywork, but is only feasible if you are especially technically savvy. -
Movie won't finish downloading and won't go away!
My daughter started a download of a movie and was planning on renting it for a single showing. The movie has never finished downloading and everytime my ITunes syncs up when I start the computer, the downloading resumes and then I get an error message. I really don't want this movie anymore and I have tried to delete it, but it always seems to come back. How do I kill it once and for all.
Try reset your iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.

When it stopped and said error, what was the error? You are saying that you disconnected the phone from the computer and all you see is the USB showing on the phone? Then you need to reconnect to the computer and restore the phone.
