Hi,
I bought a new Nokia 3250 phone on June 1, 2006. Within a week, it started giving problem regarding Network.
I submitted it for repair to authorized service center. I submitted it Brighpoint (on Hosur Road, Bangalore). Job No : BAN0089491. They took about a month to repair it. After I got it back, within a day it again started giving problems. I submitted the phone to then again. Job No : BAN0008452. Now they say we can not give end date for repair!!!
I called Nokia Care center - 30303838 on 30th Aug. They called back on 4th to tell me that my phone will be repaired by 12th sep. 12th Sep has come and gone. Service center still says that they do not know when will my phone get repaired. I talked at 30303838 again. They said that they can not do anything else then forwarding my complaint to concerned department. They promised that Ill get a call back in 24 hrs. I did not.
What should I do? Should I buy a new phone as the phone which I bought does not work at all!!!??
Does this also mean that if I buy a product and if it starts giving problems right away, it becomes headache of customer to keep on contacting service centers to the product repaired?? Is the liability of the company limited only to provide repair?

Yes, I do have 'Include Book Documents (bookName)' ticked and it is showing the correct book name. Definitely worth checking for the obvious mistake

OK, restart in Safe Mode, this will clear some caches. It's possible one or more is corrupt. To restart in Safe Mode when you hear the start up tone hold down the Shift Key until you see a progress bar. Let it fully boot then restart normally and test.
Also I am assuming you have checked Finder - Preferences - General and see what boxes are checked in "Show these items on desktop." You can also mount an item in Disk Utility, simply highlight it and then look in the File menu for Mount.....

Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.

But... if the Device has been Modified / Hacked / Jailbroken... this will Not necessarily work.

I am Rohit from India but recently moved to new Zealand. I have been fan of lenovo since 2008 when I purchased first laptop Lenovo 3000 Y 410. after that I have recently imporated Lenovo vibeX S960 phone.
It was started and working well initially. but one day the message pop up about upgrade the firmware.
I have updated it to Kitkat 4.4.2. After that I have been constantly getting message " unfortunatly the process com.android.phone has stopped working".
I have tried factory reset few times but the error has not been removed.
I am annoyed by this problem.

try this: settings/appsswype to left until you reach ALL tab.scroll down to Phone icontap ittap on clear datatap on force stopreboot your device then try again with SSID code, if it still crash, only a factory reset probably will fix the issue.

Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.

This is normally caused by the Ask toolbar, uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:
* Check the Windows Control panel for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
* Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- Try on another computer
