A site keeps telling me to install flash 9 after I've already done it
I have 1 website where it keeps saying I need flash 9.
Firefox tells me to download it and after that's done, it says I
need to restart firefox. After I'm done, I go back to the page and
it asks me to install flash 9. I'm not sure what to do now.

Its seems to be a browser specific issue. Try a different browser like chrome or firefox, it should work.
For fixing IE or Safari, lets follow below suggestions :
Run the Flash Player Uninstaller as applicable for your machine(i.e.Windows or MAC) and remove flash player.

Restart the machine.
Download and Re-install Flash Player.

My os is windows 8.1. I use firefox. I play facebooks farmville 2. It keeps asking me to install the new 3d flash player which is already installed. I've followed your steps and nothing has worked. I cannot play farmville 2 on firefox because of the necessity of installing the flash player which is already installed.
Are you using AdBlock Pro or another ad-blocking or anti-tracking technology? If so, you should try disabling it.

Having a lot of trouble buying songs in itunes...when I click on a song I want, it asks me to sign into itunes (which i've already done) and next to the song is the price...but nowhere to actually purchase it!
I don't like the itunes site at all....find it very difficult to find and purchase from!

All sites are telling me to download Flash, but Adobe says I already have it.

If you have Windows 8 and you're using IE, you DO have it already. It's embedded in IE by Microsoft, and you can't... update, download or repair it here.
You MUST use Windows Update to update your Flash Player.
However, if you're using Internet Epxloder 11, then your problems aren't Flash Player, but the intentionally screwed up "User-Agent Strings" that Microsoft put in IE11. Sites can't recognize the browser, so they don't recognize any of the plugins, like Flash Player. So far, Microsoft has made NO indication that they have any plan to fix it soon.
Microsoft's recommendation is to use Compatibility View for affected pages, and "pretend" you're using a different browser. Trouble with that is... it's seen limited success at best, and you have to individually enable it for EVERY page that has problems.
I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.
Firefox (from Mozilla)
Opera (from Opera)
Safari (from Apple)
Chrome (from Google)
ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in. -
I have a MacBook with OS X 10.5.8 and I purchased a Mtn Lion OS up grade and it keeps telling me to install via the Mac App Store, but I can't get the Mac App Store installed on the MacBook it wants at least 10.6.6 so I seem to be stuck . Help

After I loaded Mac OS lion, it won't let me install my Sierra Wireless telstra. It keeps telling me to install it even though i already have. help please?
Check for new 64 bit software for the modem, other wise you I'll probably have to boot your Mac in 32 bit mode first.. And then every time you want to go online.
I have the Sierra wireless 306 and have their 64 bit lion software installed. Works well.

Hey there Rukia, I had this same problem too so here's what I did.
1). go here http://handbrake.fr/ and click the download for windows xp or later button.
2). install the program once it is finished downloading.
3). open the Handbrake application once it is finished installing.
4). click the source button at the top left and navigate to your .mov video.
5). Under output settings you should be able to change it to .MP4 if it is not already set as that.
5). after checking that click the start button right next to the source button.
6). at the bottom left you can see the progress of the conversion, once it is complete navigate to the file path under Destination:
7). Now you can watch the converted video with windows media player!
Recommended step 8). Uninstall Quicktime player because it can't play videos in its native format.

Unable to install flash player after uninstalling previous version
I am unable to download/install flash player and I had already uninstalled the previous version. I had been playing farmville and my aol emails just fine and they both stopped working and I was told to try "updating" my flash player. Well, I must have done something wrong because it uninstalled ok but now when I download it again, I get "did not pass the integrity check (1629.304.428)" I also tried to reset IE 8 with no help. This all worked until about 4 days ago and I don't remember updating anything within the last week so I am not sure what I did wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
