A song I bought didn't download due to it being corrupted and I've tried multiple times to dowload it again and it won't work, help?
I have tried to redowload the song but itnues keeps saying that I've got a corrupted file and to check for avaible downloads under store menu. I would like to be able to delete the song, with the corrupted file from my library and download a fresh one from itunes. BUT i don't want to pay any more money and tbecause the file hasnt downloaded all the way I cannot delete it. I want to be able to listne to my music so if anyone can help I would appreciate it.
Check that the ...\iTunes Media\Downloads folder is empty. Delete any files it may contain.
Delete the current copy and then download again (free) from your purchased history. If the problem persists contact iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history.

I recently purchased some information to be downloaded to one of my apps I never received the download and I was charged multiple times I reported the problem And it's been about a week my question is how long does it take to credit my account back. It's my money and I want it now.
It can take a while for your money to show up in your bank, but a week is a bit over the top. Try contacting iTunes Store Support to make sure the refund was issued.

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
I have purchased two movies on the store that at the time were unable to download, due to a full start up disc. I have now freed up the space and the remainder of the movies won't download. It gives me the error code 8003. I have a good network connection and the space for the movies, but cant seem to get it to work. Anysuggestions? It doesnt even let me delete the downloads and start again.
1. iTunes won't offer cloud downloads for songs that it "thinks" are in your library, even if it "knows" the files are missing. If you've exhaustively searched for the missing files and there is no prospect of repair by restoring to them to their original locations, or connecting to new ones, then delete that tracks that display both the missing exclamation mark and are of media kind Purchased/Protected AAC audio file. Don't hide from iTunes in the cloud when asked, close iTunes, then reopen. You can download from the cloud links or iTunes Store > Quicklinks > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer > All songs > Download all.
2. Why? Not sure, perhaps 3rd party tools or accidental key presses combined with previously hidden warning messages when trying to organize the library. There is a hint that using the feature to downsample media as it is synced to a device may also be involved, though I've not replicated it. Whatever the reason a backup would protect your media.

I have rented a movie on my ipad. It did not download due to not being on wifi at the time. I know I completed the rental because my gift card balance went down $3.99 plus tax. How do I find where to download the movie?
But now I can't find the actual movie...I go to iTunes to purchases and view movies , to downloads and searched the title of the movie...I can see an icon of it and it is in a separate place from other purchases but it says downloaded in faded lettering. Where is it?

when I click the download apps,itunes ask me to authorise this computer and I finish do it, it ask me authorize again and again
Delete the song from your Itunes music list, then redownload it, Itunes will ask you if you if you want to download it for free. This seems to be the fix for my problems.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS.I've never had this problem before... today I opened iTunes and it prompted me to download the newest version. I use iTunes all the time and have updated it multiple times with no issues. During the installation process it gave me an error message that said:

I quit the installation, uninstalled iTunes and rebooted my computer. I now receive a similar message with a slight difference:

I did not leave anything out from the error message. It doesn't point to a specific file, it just ends with "(x86)..." Every time I boot up my computer, this error message pops up on my desktop.
How do I repair this issue? I have found multiple suggested solutions but am unsure which one is the best, and I don't want to try a bunch of different things for fear I may make the problem worse. I would like to try and fix this myself if possible but I need to know if that is really possible or if I need to take my computer to someone for repairs. I have installed Premiere Elements 11 from a disc I bought from Amazon. I keeps asking me to re-install or if it does start stops a few minutes after I start a project. I have a windows 8.1 PC. I have tried numerous times to install the program and also to open it as Administrator as suggested by a friend but it still refuses to work. I need direct help from Adobe but don't know how to get to them on this website as they seem to rely on user forums to advise customers.

When I try to delete a song off my iphone by swiping right to left it doesnt delete, I even tried plugging the usb into my pc and deleting off itunes and i dont find an option to delete it, how can I?
Here's what I did:
1. I synced my phone to iTunes and under the music tab, I selected sync only checked playlists. I made sure I had none of my playlists selected.
2. After syncing I ejected the phone, and checked my music app. There now was no music at all on my phone.
3. Synced it again to iTunes and synced music how I typically do. When it was finished, I checked for the unwanted song, and it was gone.
Maybe this will work for you as well. -
I can't download the latest update 5.0.1 I've tried several times and it gets to the end of about 70 minutes of downloading and then says the server timed out. Had the ohone for a year and no trouble until now. Please advise what to do. Thanks.

Hi! I just joined the creative cloud. As a photographer I would like to download photoshop and lightroom. When I try to do this, before the download starts, I get the message: 'we are experiencing some problems, please try later'. I've tried multiple times for the last 3 days but no change... Any ideas?
