A suggestion to help the customer

With so many reps on The board tripping over each other answering the same question 3 times with 3 different answers in many instances, how about opening up the email option again and re-assign some the  reps to handle questions there instead of here.
It would help remove the redundancy clutter here, and offer your paying customers an avenue that many like to use for questions

  • HT4528 I have no battery life in my iphone 5 since the iOS 7 upgrade.  I have completed all suggestions to help increase the battery power and now I can't use my phone more than 4 hours without the battery dying. What is the solution?

    I have no batter in my iphone 5 since upgrading to ios7.  I have talked with verizon techinical support and completed all suggestions to maintain the battery. And by the way, these suggestions are annoying and limit phone use as well as require you to close out each application after use, also turning off wi-fi and blue tooth. I don't need this phone if I can't use the features for which it was purchased! Any ideas?  Is there a fix coming soon for the battery? Can I return my iphone for my old droid?

    Hi! I don't what's happened for your phone but, you can have more battery life with turning of Wifi, decries brightness, turn off location service and etc. also you shold use less Free+Much Ads apps becuase they use more battery than paid apps normaly.

    I guess it's not a normal issue. so connect to Apple Care or wait for a better answer...

    You have the display set in Extended Desktop mode. In System Preferences>Display on the MacBook screen there should be an Arrangement tab when you have the MacBook hooked up to the TV and both screens working. When you click the Arrangement tab do you see two monitors side by side? One of them will have a Menu Bar at the top. Just click on the Menu Bar and drag it to the second monitor. That will make the second monitor your main screen. You can now use your MacBook in Clamshell Mode with a wired or Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.  http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3131 When you disconnect from the TV your Menu Bar will automatically change back to the MacBook.
    Or if you want to work on the MacBook screen while showing it on a TV you can check the Mirror Display box on the lower left hand side of the Arrangement tab under the two monitors box.

    You may not really be connected to your WiFi network.
    Your router may not have given your iPhone a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the "i" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
    Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPhone (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
    If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc.

    Thank you for this response.  I have tried this but when I start enterring $ amounts some, such as $6.00, go in OK others such as $4.00 appear as a date ie 4 Oct 12.

  • Search help on the customer fields in quotation doesnt work

    Hi ,
    Added 4 custom fields to the BID and QUOT using the standard  CI includes ( INCL_EEW_PD* ) provided by SAP.  Enabled search helps with the value table for some fields  and with fixed values at the domain level for some fields .
    The fields contents get transferred properly from Shopping carts -> BID Invitation  -> QUOT ( Bid response).
    But while submitting the BID  when I try to change the value of the custom fields using the search help or directly the original value doesn't change. It happens with all the other fields.
    The search help or the value change works just fine with the BID INVITATION.
    I couldnt find any issue with the doc change BADI implementation.

    Which is the release of ITS?
    Different error-code are present in searchelp file.
    You can copy the "searchhelp.html" from the system folder to your internet template and customize it only for your internet service.

    Which version of Mail are you using as well as which Snow Leopard version you are using? 

  • Help in Customizing the HR Termination Workflow

    Hi,
    I am trying to customiz the HR Termination workflow.. Then I created custom functions that references this new custom workflow and added the custom function to the menu.. but not getting the expected results.
    I tried changing the process_name to the customized workflow in the parameter for the original function and that seems to work, which confirms the workflow customization is working..
    I just need to know, if there are any other pieces I am missing?

    Why do you want to extend/customize the core library?
    Finding the extact file in that.That does what? Without know what you are up to it is unlikely we will be able to other much help.

    PS.... I had a previous version on my computer that needed to be updated.... so I uninstalled it because I was having trouble installing the new version.... so even that did not help!!

    Take your iPhone to an Apple Store or authorized service center in the country where you purchased the iPhone and they will look at it and replace it under warranty if applicable.
    If you cannot take it person contact them to determine how to send them your phone.
    You can't expect them to replace your iPhone without first examining it.
