A t-mobile warning for prepaid customer with " gold member status "

I'm a member of t-mobile prepaid and i have gold status which is an automatic .10 an minute anytimes and is good for me since there is no contract and i get that  15% extra in refill with the regular refill
but there is a warning that t-mobile didnt want to tell or just too lazy but go to my t-mobile and make sure that they did jack up your rate if you have a " gold member status " because i when to my t-mobile and i notice instead of see my rate at .10 a min is jump to .35 a min that is a  20% they add it and " i was confuses and i was baffelled "  and why did that happen and i e-mail them about it because i knew is was a big big big mistake
and guess what today i get a called and they told me " is was our mistake and were sorry we blame this on a computer glitch tought you were not a gold member " so here $25.00 for your trouble and your .10 a min is back
so make sure if you have t-mobile prepaid and that your are a gold member make sure is .10 a min

Billing when closing service does run through the end of the bill cycle. The reason for this is that when billing is prorated, it prorates the plans as well as the charges. As an example, if a 10GB plan was pro rated half way through the cycle, that would only give you 5GBs for that period. If you had already used 10GBs, you would end up with 5GBs of overage. Having that run through the end of the cycle avoids proration and keeps things simple. Because we do bill a month in advance it also means that the final statement will already be out at that time and the current statement will be the final one for service. I definitely apologize for any misinformation on that, that should never happen.

    I will try to explain our need with an example.
    We received a requirement from our sales department who wants to manage a sales price of a specific item which is dependent from a fixed quantity in case the order is placed for a customer with different destinations (different ship to parties).
    The example is as below:
    Sales Price for Customer and Material A is 50u20AC per pieces for a scale of 10 pz.
    The condition type ZPR0 used is a copy of standard PPR0 and it has the following characteristics:
    calculation type Q Quantity
    scales basis C quantity basis and scale formula "0".
    We receive an order by our Customer for 10 pz and for two destinations:
    5 pz directed to the location MMM
    5 pz directed to the location BBB
    The customer is asking us to apply this price because the pre-requisit is satisfied but how can we determine automatically in the same order if the material A is present in several order items?
    We create an order with two sales order items and in each one we specify the destination in the partner roles. How can we set the condition type in order to redetermine the exact price considering the total quantity of material whitin the same order?

    Your question is not fully clear to me. But what I guess you are looking for a discount which will be applicable to only one order and not for the other orders even if those orders contain the same material.
    If I am correct, than yoy can do it by setting the condition Update. Suppose, you want to give Customer-material specific discount,i.e. condition type K005. Activate the "condition update" check box in the condition type detail screen first.
    Then, in VK31 ,create a condition record for K005 & save it.Go to the change mode (vk32) of the cond. record and now enter " 1 " in the " No.of orders" coulmn & save it.
    Now if you will create an order, this discount will be applicable only for the first one order only and next order onwards it will be deactivated automatically.
    Similarly,You can set it also in terms of quantity,if the condition is calculated based on quantity ,by putting the quantiy (up to what quantity you want it to be effective) in the "Max. condition base value" column.

  • Selection-Screen - Warning for similar screens with same info

    Hi Gurus!
    I have a small question regarding the screens. I have a program which splitting of the UWI's. This program has a selection screen  for entry of the company code , plant and date and two radiobuttons to show incomplete ones and all lists. Now the problem is that when this report is used by 3 or 4 people in the department and if they are working on the same plant say 0311, everyone has this screen opened and can make changes without the other person knowing that the other person is also doing changes . I want to make something in the repot that will give a message that this screen is already opened for this particular plant (warning message) which will make the other ppl aware that someone is already working on that plant , not only that evben if a single person has two screens of it opened with similar plant , also it should give message as that its opened for that particular plant. Is it possible please.?

    I used the enqueue and dequeue function module in my program to dis-allow two or more people to work on the same screen with similar input of plant ,and I am getting the error message too on the first screen itself that "selected plant si used by another user", but the problem is that its not allowing me to get into it even when I am the first user, I wanted actually it to happen with the second user or if I open up another screen and try inputing same plant and try entering then it should give me the message but its giving me message in the first screen itself and locking , not allowing me to get in.
    Kindly suggest what should I be doing to this happen in the second or thisrd ascreen and so on , but not on the frist screen.
    I put the logical lock after the plant validation happens , but for teh first user it should allowing him to go through the screen  and just give warning for other uses if they enter the same plant and try entering the screen.

  • Does a LIVE person ever pick up for Prepaid Customer Service?

    In 2013 I got a prepaid phone for my 84 year old mother and put $100 on the account. She passed away in late March 2014 and I have been trying to cancel the phone ever since. I went to my local Verizon store and was told nothing could be done until the account was 6 months old (June 2014). I went back last week and now they tell me I have to call Customer Service for Prepaid phones to handle the account. I CANNOT get a live person to answer the phone. The automatic customer service is horrible and it keeps hanging up on me. Can anyone tell me HOW to talk to a live person???

    Do your customers need to communicated with each other?
    Do your customers need to have access to Internet.
    To what device your Internet connection will be attached to?
    If the customers don't need to communicate with each other, you can get a larger firewall and use VRF lite on the switches/routers and  firewall context to separate each customer.

  • Incorrect warning for import directive with wildcard

    Some (all?) imports with wildcards seem to be getting incorrect warnings. For example, if I do:
    import flash.events.*
    I get a warning "The import flash.events.*" is not used locally, which is not true, since I am using ProgressEvent, IOErrorEvent, SecurityErrorEvent, etc. in the same file. This did not happen in FB 4.6.

    I created an account on the bugs site and no amount of searching (or using the direct link) will reveal this 'bug' entity.
    I too am having a similar difficulty (at least I think it is), though no wildcard character is involved.
    In FB7 I have a Mobile Project created fresh after installing FB7. The main application MXML type was selected within the wizard when creating the project, and that type was TabbedViewNavigatorApplication. I created a directory under the 'src' directory by the name of 'skins' and started a fresh .as file.  As quoted.  (actually, I'm going to post a screenshot as I'm incredulous that even in advanced editing mode, that a forum -> on programming and development <- seems to have no obvious way to insert formatted code and indeed ignores such tags when added in the HTML view of the editor     If that functionality is there, it's -far- from obvious or intiutive. )

  • Skype for android messes with pc client status

    I have skype for windows and on android phone. When I set do not disturb on pc after some time do not disturb is gone and status is online... this happens even faster when I open skype on mobile... 
    any ideas? seems that this problem accoured only recently because till now all was fine.

    Dear Sri Wa,
    You can use the transaction code FBL5N. Here in the initial screen, you can give the customer code and the invoice date.
    Then on execution, you can go into the report and change the layout (Cntrl+F8) and add the fields "Arrears after net due date", "Posting Date" , "Clearing date " and "Net due date" and any other field as you please.

  • Prepaid Customer - ByPass Credit Limit Warning

    We have customers who have a credit limit, have prepaid payment terms and will prepay their order before delivery....
    Is there a way to process the prepayment and bypass the credit limit warning? I tried using a A/R downpayment invoice, but the credit limit warning still appears....

    Credit limit validation merely takes the DocTotal into consideration.  Are you talking about the Warning pop-up or do you have a approval process also?
    I don't think the system behaviour can be changed for Customer with a specific payment term.

    Concurrent process generates xml output (version 5.6.2) .
    When it tries to publish it , the log suggests checking out the OPP log.
    The OPP log has a series of java entries for the request, including one of the type
