A table on a website I want to print has columns defaulted as narrow.
When trying to print a page from a website, the narrow columns make the information difficult to read and causes me to use more paper when printing. Need to know hoe to reformat the table to print normally.

HELP!!!You're right - it says '2 days ago' or '6 days ago' or 'two weeks ago' - eventually it shows the date when the message gets old enough. It's crackers, and I'm not sure you can do anything about it.

Can I use gpt or some other app to recreate/unerase a partition table? That is, how can I rebuild a disk's GPT/GUID partition table?) I don't want to do FILE recovery.
What happened: Instead of erasing a single partition off a disk with many partitions, the entire partition table was erased (using Disk Utility, w/o deleting the underlying files). Somehow the "Erasing a disk deletes all data on all its partitions." warning message was missed.
I have a copy of the output of df, with the number of blocks in each partition, from just prior to the erasure, so I should be able to recreate the GPT/GUID partition table. Editing the GPT with a hex editor is not feasible. Simply recreating the partitions with Disk Utility will overwrite the key filesystem tables on each partition, and I don't want to do that, plus Disk Utility doesn't allow me to specify exact partition sizes anyway.
Surely there's an app for rebuilding the partition table (other than emacs' hexl-mode!) for recreating/unerasing a partition table when the partition sizes and orders are known? I've looked at the advertising for a bunch of recovery software and none of them clearly indicate that they will do what I want.
I guess I can try using gpt on a copy of the reformatted drive I've made with dd, and see what happens. But perhaps someone knows of a tool that should do what I need, or knows if gpt is that tool or not.
There are answers and tools that will do FILE recovery - search for files and recover the ones that aren't fragmented or deleted. As far as I can find, they just look for files on the disk, and don't pay much, if any attention to the filesystem info or directory heirarchy, which in this case is valuable. Of course I could send it in to DriveSavers, or the like. But none of that seems necessary, and the scavenging file recovery apps won't do the job well,

When you import images, you should select the "In their current location" in the "Store Files:" drop down box. Have a read of the documentation for full specifics. Unsure how you can resolve your duplication; might be some work but next time have a read of the manual first
Information for versions is stored in the Aperture database (library file). The masters can be inside the library file itself, or they can be somewhere else. -

1. Firefox is the only browser that always give me trouble attaching files in gmail. I still use firefox for all browsing but for mail attachments, I use others. And yes, I have done the "Clear cookies, reset, reinstall, clear cache, etc etc etc... none worked for more than a few days. no such problem with other browsers.
2. Your new updated search bar (Top right hand corner) is nice but can be very irritating for the following reason:
I like to highlight - copy (a word or phrase) - and paste it in the search bar. was fine with the older version, but now as soon as I right click to past, the menu pops up for me to select a search engine. Very irritating since I have yet to paste the copied word or phrase. I rather paste it and then have the option to click on the drop down menu. If you see this as not something masses would want, please place an option in setting for us to stop the suggestion for search engines coming up automatically when we try to right click in the side search bar to paste.You can change the order of the boxes on the about:newtab page and drag an item to a different tile to pin it to that position or you can remove a website by clicking the close X to block that URL.
You can drag a bookmark or history item and drop them in a tile on the about:newtab page to pin them and have your own favorites sites showing.
Changes made manually on the about:newtab page are stored in prefs that you can find on the about:config page.
*browser.newtabpage.pinned stores websites that you have pinned to a tile.
*browser.newtabpage.blocked stores websites that you have removed by clicking the X button in a tile.
So you can reset those prefs via the right-click context menu to reset changes made to the about:newtab page.

My question was already detailed: If I post a Word document on my website, I want to share the link. Firefox won't let me do that. It forces me to download the document. It won't go to the link. How can I get it to do that? Can I?

Website Blocker wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this.
Every time my MAC Pro starts up there is the pop-up window "Website Blocker wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this."
I'm running Yosemite, but the problem also existed in Maverick. This happens even before any application is started.
If I type my password the window closes but will appear again at the next start up.
Did anybody see this problem before?I have exactly the same problem. It keeps asking for the admin password whenever I delete a file. Annoying! And guess what , after typing in the PW and deleting the file, the trash can is still empty! The deleted files just disappeared!!
So I checked my permissions, everything looked fine (i have perfect read and write rights), but i still used the Disk Utility to repair the permission, but it didn't solve the problem.
I read some article online, saying that BatChmod can crack it. I downloaded the file and tried it, well, it worked 50%, I now see the deleted files sitting in the trash can, but I still have to type in PW to delete files.....
This problem just came up today out of the blue, I'm not using any mobile disk or network disk by the way...
So anyone have any idea how to fix this annoying thingy?

When I was in a website and I wanted to print a page there use to be in the upper left hand corner of my screen a tab that said 'FIREFOX', I could click on that tab and I had several options, one was 'print' and 'print preview'. I use the print preview button all the time to see what the page would look like when I was printing and how many pages there were. I could then choose to print all or some of an article and adjust it to what I wanted to print. I no longer have that tab in the upper right hand corner. Now in the upper right hand corner is a tab for 'open menu', however in that menu is only a 'print' button. There is no option for 'print preview' and therefore I cannot adjust what I want to print. I also could adjust the margins, etc. from a view tab, that too I cannot find. I really hope there options are still available and how do I find them, where are they located?
In my updated firefox, the print button does NOT open print preview first.

After a search I click on the website I want and I get redirected onto another site
I type in info for a search and then click on the website I want. When I do this, I get redirected onto another website that has the same name, but is not the one I originally clicked on. How can I fix this ?

I have a specific website that keeps blocking me from going to website I want to view. It is called vnebo.pro or mobi. I also have a pc computer with Kaspersky and it blocks it. How do I remove it or block it from my computer? It only appears at my home, when I use my mac at other places I don't have a problem.

Col_a and col_b must have similar (if not identical) datatypes; for example, if col_a is a DATE, then col_b can be another DATE or it can be a TIMESTAMP, but it can't be a VARCHAR2.

Why table getWidth and setWidth is not working when resize column the table

i want to know why the setWidth is not working in the following code,
try to uncomment the code in columnMarginChanged method and run it wont resize the table.
i cont set width(using setWidth) of the other table column using getWidth of the main table column.
and i want to resize the right side columns only (you can check when you resize the any column the left and right side columns also resizing)

actually what i want is, when i resize table column it shold not automaticaly reszie when table resized and i dont want horizontal scroll bar, meaning that all table columns should resize with in the table size(say width 300)
if i make table autoresize off than horizontal scroll bar will appear and the other columns moved and i want scroll to view other columns.
please suggest me some way doing it, i tried with doLayout() no help,

Want to print the whole month with or without overtime for each employee

I have Oracle forms/reports10g R2, Below query returns employee overtime correctly but I want to add the whole month with it in simple words if one employee have overtime for five days in a month I want the query to return the whole month including five overtime days for each employee and let say if we have ten employees query return whole month for each employee either he have or overtime or not how can I implement this in report it becomes agony for me, anyone please suggest a solution.

Thanks for reply, I think I didn't explain as I should, I want to print Overtime report for each employee let say employee A123 did overtime for five days in DEC than what I want is to print report for employee A123 for the whole month means when I print report blank cell should come where A123 don't have data (I mean other 25/26 days).
