i just want to post a global thank you to those kind and patient people who have helped this stupid, brain-dead old duffer with his new BB and a humble apology to those whose feathers i ruffled with my grumpy impatience with it- I was wrong and broadly speaking it is great, although i could improve the instructions vastly- being a one handed cripple has not helpedeither my comprehension or my patience- end of mitigation

In Safari, I can get past an 'I agree' screen to access various contributor's websites linked to a blog.
In FireFox, I click the 'I agree' button but FireFox loops me straight back to the same 'I agree' page. I want to use the DownloadHelper plugin to download video clip content and such a plugin does not exist for Safari.

If you are viewing in Safari tap on the twisted arrow icon and tap on Open In... option. Then choose an App to open and save the file to. -

Hi, Thilina66. You say you have entered the country code but still cannot make international calls. I suppose you are adding the international access code before the country code. This internaltional access code (011 in the US, 00 in Europe, etc.) can be substituted by adding a + sign before the country code.
For example, to call a number in the UK from the US you have to dial:
011 44 7540 267898
or
+44 7540 267898
To call a number in the US from the UK you have to dial:
00 1 212 456 1470
or
+1 212 456 1470
Please check that the contact number in your address book is correctly written if you are dialing directly from the address book or that you enter the correct numbers in the keyboard if you are dialing from the keyboard. -

Im trying to download itunes and it just says thank you and no downlaod comes up please help
I had to re download itunes and i am on apple website but when i choose download it just says thank you for downloading and no download occurs does anyone know why?
What worked for me was to clear the browser cache and then try downloading again. Also, give it some time to download. I noticed that when the file was finally downloading, I still got the "thank you for having downloaded" page, even though the download was nowhere near complete yet.
(It didn't help to try downloading on IE instead of Firefox. Got the same "thank you" message on IE even though nothing was downloaded. I double-checked my downloads folder and I'm sure nothing was downloaded) -
i accendentaly deleted my iphoto when i empty my trash. i think 1 year ago. i want it back but they say its difficult. now i think i'll buy iphoto to apps. what do you think guys??? ty and god bless!
A bunch of totally different questions
iPhoto is an application and it is in your applications folder - is it there? It must be in teh Applications folder on your boot drive - it can not be on an external drive
The photos are kept in the iPhoto library (by default and highly recommended) - is that what you deleted? It can be anyplace by by default it is in your pictrues folder
Time Machine is a backup program that backuse your your Mac - you do NOT directly access its backup files but you use the Time Machine application to restore files - see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1427?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US for details
Your post is not at all clear as to what you have or what you want to do
If in fact you do have a copy of the photos on an external hard drive as you say you thikyou do them you launch iPhoto and import them to iPhoto (file menu import -- or drag them to the iPhoto icon in the Dock)
If you have a time machine backup of your iPhoto library and you want to use that then you launch TM and go to the time you wna tto restore from, select the iPhoto library and click restore
If the above does not cover what you have and what you want please post back with exact details of what you have and what you want to do

I am working on many projects and my bookmark folders suffice. I need to create new folders, but not "Smart Folders." After over 2 hours, I keep coming back to the same description of how to add new folders to existing ones. NOT what I want to do. This used to be easy, but the set up must have changed as I've been trying to do this all day with no success.
Also, somehow my gmail inbox appears twice in my bookmarks toolbar. Again, I am finding information that does not apply to me in help and former question files and links. How do I remove things from my bookmarks toolbar?

In the Bookmarks Library, in the left hand pane click on "Bookmarks Toolbar" to select it, now in the Organize menu select "New Folder".
If you have the capability to right-click, you can also right-click on the Bookmarks Toolbar and select New Folder.

All apps are DRM protected & tied to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be updated using another iTunes account/Apple ID, nor can they be transferred to another iTunes account/Apple ID. You'll have to contact iTunes support, explain the situation & request they add your apps to the download queue of your new Apple ID:
