A Urgent error in Start-of-selection

Question

Hi,Experts,
My report is  is working fine in dev and QA but in production system it is  going out of start of selection when I execute .see the code below.
In production also if execute se38 from menu program execute it is working but if
I click the execute button it is not working.
Please help.

You cant use MESSAGE in this event. Check by commenting this....
