A user has the authorizations in his UMR, but error still appearing

Hi all,
I have an issue with several issue in a company i am working for. The issue is the following:
When a user wants to do something SAP gives an authorization error for an authorization that the user has in his UMR. When i remove any other role, the user can execute the transaction.
I have seen the RZ10 looking for auth/auth_number_in_userbuffer but it does not exist!!!! what can i do????????

Firstly, auth/auth_number_in_userbuffer is obsolete. Check for parameter auth/new_buffering. The value should be set to 4. Also, ensure that the PFCG_TIME_DEPENDENCY job is scheduled and running every day.
Refer to SAP note 209899 for more information on the new parameter.

I created a customer configuration " MYCONF" under
http://host:50100/shopadmin/admin/xcm/init.do
and then i tried to connect to :
http://host:50100/shopadmin/shopadmin/init.do?scenario.xcm=MYCONF
i was directed to login page .
i enter login : WEBADMIN and its pass but i get this error :
An error occurred:The user has no authorization for Shop Management
In SAP CRM back end , i gave the WEBADMIN user the roles :
SAP_CRM_INTERNET_CUSTOMER
SAP_CRM_ISA_UA_SUPERUSER
SAP_CRM_ISA_WEBSHOP_MANAGER
restarted all servers .
but i still have the same error..
what happens?

Hi Blackman,
try logging with just your own CRM logon. It should work. The webadmin user is this the one logging onto CRM that you set up in teh XCM settings?). This should have the role SAP_CRM_ISA_ITSLOGIN assigned to it.
Then your user just needs the webshop one you assigned but you should have sap_all anyway right?

How do I find out which user has the permission to execute the startsap and stopsap? Do I control the permission on those script using windows standard authorization? For example: only allow certain user have the read and write permission?

Well to me this is really weird question..

If this is valid you do not need to solve problems who can and who cannot start/stop SAP, because if you want to prevent some users from shutting down the SAP you have really hard job to do - there are many ways how to kill the SAP (for example killing relevant process from task manager, killing of database, messing with services etc.) - yes, this is harmful way of stopping SAP, but we are talking about attack, right? I would contact some Windows specialist to help you disable all the ways how to harm the running SAP. But still after that - there are many files that can be modified/deleted so SAP will crash after restart - you need to protect them too, etc.
In case you take the first assumption as granted (and you really limit access to this server) you do not need to worry who can stop or start SAP - at the other hand it may be handy to be able to start/stop SAP from other users - for this you can run the stop/start script "under different user".
But to answer the question - to me this is question just of access control (but really never tried that myself):

Dear SRM Gurus,
We are facing an issue u201CUser has no authorization for function group SWRSu201D.
Hope the user has no authorization to access function group SWRS and this function group is saying that workflow substitution.
Can you any one have any idea what scenario are we using Workflow substitution?
Is there any Roles need to be assigned?
I would be appreciating if you could let us know more detail on this.

USR01 contains the runtime data of the user master records
USR02 is the table containing logon information such as the password
USR03 includes the users' address information
USR04 contains users' authorizations
USR05 is the users' parameter ID table
USR09 contains user menus
USR10 is the table for user authorization profiles
USR11 contains the descriptive texts for profiles
USR12 is the user master authorization values table
USR13 contains the descriptive short texts for authorizations
USR14 contains the logon language versions per user
USR30 includes additional information for user menus
USH02, USH04, USH10 and USH12 contains Users and profile and
authorization change history data.
Tables related with authorizations objects and authorization fields are as follows:
TOBJ is the authorization objects table containing the authorization
fields for each.
TACT contains the list of standard activities authorization fields
in the system.
TACTZ is the table which defines the relationship between the
authorization objects and the activities in those objects containing
the Activity authorization field.
TSTC is the transaction code table where authorization objects
and values can be defined.

I don't think common operating systems have an easy way to do that check.
If you have a limited number of files, implement access control yourself, instead of using operating system permissions. E.g. write a configuration file that contains:
# Syntax: "filename": "list of users who can access that file"
somefile.txt: fred, alice, bob
somedir/anotherfile.txt: bob, joe
Read in the configuration file and check against it when a file is being requested.

You music etc should not be affected by problems with the iTunes program, nevertheless it is always a good idea to backup your data.
You haven't said if there was any error message when you tried to start iTunes. If there was one please give it in full.
Also check to see if QuickTime works, iTunes can not work without it. If QuickTime doesn't work, it has to be fixed before worrying about iTunes.
Then restart your PC and open your Task manger and select the Processes tab.
Try to start iTunes, does iTunes.exe appear on the processes tab? If so does it disappear again or remain although the programs does not open?

You do not need the Setup Assistant; in fact, you do not need any software on an external hard drive. I have two LaCie's; I erased the drive as soon as I plugged it in. You will need to format it anyway because most hard drives come Windows formatted. So, if you only want to use it with the Mac, highlight it in Disk Utility and choose Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as the format and the GUID Partition scheme under Options. While doing that, it will erase the drive (and get rid of the LaCie software) - once finished, your drive is ready to use for Time Machine or any other backup plans you have for it.

Steps to be done to remove the device from the previous owner's iCloud Account, if you have already done this things then there might be something that you might have missed due to which the iPhone is still showing the Find My iPhone Activation Lock screen.

If the previous owner is with you and can access the device
Ask them to enter their Apple ID and password on the Activate iPhone screen (shown above) to remove the device from their account. You can then proceed through the rest of the device setup process.
If the previous owner is not present
Contact them and ask them to follow these steps to remove the device from their account:
Sign in to their iCloud account at www.icloud.com/find.
Choose the device from their Find My iPhone device list by clicking All Devices and selecting the correct device.
Click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
After the device has been removed from the previous owner’s account, turn it off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button located on the top right side of the device. Then restart your device and proceed with device setup as you would normally.
