Is Apps compatible with Windows Terminal Server

Is Apps (any version but most importantly 11i) and for that matter the Database compatible with Windows Terminal Server? I am working with a company who are trying to determine if their IT strategy with Oracle is watertight moving forward, and we have early indications that the answer to the above, is 'No', but it would be nice to have a definitive answer... Anyone know of any resources that I can look at to obtain the above?

Google Chat/Video Chat not compatible with Apple PPC

I have a G3 B/W Mac upgraded with a G4 Sonnet Processor. My unit operates on OS X 10.4.11 Tiger. Google states that the minimum Mac operating system for their Chat/Video Chat plugin is 10.4. But when I try to install their plugin, it states that the plugin does not support a Mac PPC even though it is operating on the minimum operating system. Does anyone know why?

For the "YayWho" on the Gmail Discussion who implied that the only reason we are complaining is because we want something for Nothing and Google is putting a lot of effort behind this venture. Old JVC Video camera, driver only compatible with windows.

I have an old JVC camera, i would like to transfer the video which is on mini DV cassette via usb to my macbook pro however the device is not recognised and the driver is only compatible with windows.

It would help if you give us the exact model JVC camcorder you have.
That said, nearly all miniDV camcorders (including JVC miniDV cams) transfer video via Firewire (aka iLink or IEEE 1394), not USB. And no drivers are required, at least not on a Mac. If you have a more recent Mac that has a Thunderbolt port (no Firewire port), you can use an Apple Thunderbolt-Firewire adapter to connect your camcorder to your Mac (although you may also need a 4-pin to 9-pin FW cable).
Also, on miniDV camcorders that have both Firewire and USB connections, the USB connection is almost exclusively reserved for transferring still photos from the memory card in the camcorder, not video from the miniDV cassettes.

Is Dreamweaver compatible with Windows Vista?

No matter what I do I can't insert text into Dreamweaver. I'm
beginning to think Dreamweaver is not compatible with Windows
Vista. I can type text into it but I can't write a document in
another program then insert it into a DW page. It just won't do
anything at all. I've watched about 4 videos on this and read many
things on Dreamweaver help and can't find it. I think it might be
easier to learn html than Dreamweaver. I can't find any good
Dreamweaver tutorials, even in Lynda.com. They all teach as if you
already know most of the program.

Where are you copying the text FROM? Which app?

Assuming video is not compatible with compiz-fusion...?

I'm installing ArchLinux on a extra computer at work... works great... but for the fun of it I tried running compiz fusion on it. I get this:

Am I right to assume that this means that the video in not compatible with compiz? Or could it be some settings that need to be tweaked.

Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10 are compatible with Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit. I have them installed on those operating systems and no problems. My video card is Intel HD Graphics.
But, a major question is what video card will be used? There is a major issue with Premiere Elements 10 users whose computers use a NVIDIA GeForce video card. It is fixed by rolling back the driver to about May 2013. This is a user to user fix. Neither NVIDIA nor Adobe has offered one. Is Photoshop CS5 compatible with Windows 8?

My computer died and I have to buy a new one which will probably come with Windows 8. Is Photoshop CS5 compatible with Windows 8? I can't seem to find a straight answer.

It is not officially supported as the OS was not available with CS5 was written. It will work on it however.
From what I have read Win 8 is a step down from Win 7 from a purely operational view. It also has an annoying problem with the screen blinking with many of the video cards. So see if you really like the features of Win8 before committing. Win7 should still be available but you would have to make it a special request.

Video Chat App won't launch

Hello,
Recently, my video chat app has stopped working. It will not launch, instead displaying a dialogue box that says, "error-services-failed (30000)"
It does not seem to matter which wifi network I am connected to. I have reset the device with no improvement, as well as upgrading to the latest OS.
Any recommendations?

Video Chat Not Working with one person

On iChat I like to do video chat but with a certain person It says: "Starting Video Chat with: name" then it waits... and says There was a communication error during your chat. But my video chat works perfect with other people? How can I fix this?

Most likely it the way both end routing devices do NAT.

NAT is not a Standard but is a description of what is being done and can be done various ways.
Not allow implementations by manufacturers are compatible with other manufacturers implementations.

I would like to know do you have a Surface Pro (running Windows 8) or Surface RT (running Windows RT). There is no such thing called "Windows 8 RT".
It is not compatible with the Windows RT operating system. So if you have a Surface RT, you would not be able to install and run the desktop app.
Adobe Reader Touch is a Windows Store app with "Modern" UI. It is compatible with both Windows 8 and Windows RT operating systems.

I had the same problems with video capturing with Windows 7 and Premiere Elements 7 and 8.
The problem is not with Premiere Elements, but with the Firewire driver in Windows 7.
