A website switched me from 64 bit to 32 and I'm worried Firefox 4 won't run as fast now... can I switch it back or is that not an issue?

I was on Sirius but before I could play music a popup told me I needed a 32 bit browser to play the plugin (at least I think that's what it said, I clicked too fast). I clicked it and Firefox restarted as 32 bit rather than 64 bit but now I'm worried that I just switched to a slower version of Firefox. Did I? Can I switch back somehow?

It sounds like you are using a program like Audio Hijack, which works only with 32-bit browsers. Running Firefox in 32-bit mode is not harmful, but it might be slightly slower than 64-bit mode.
If you don't want to run Firefox in 32-bit mode, you could try using a different browser when you run Audio Hijack, or you can disable Audio Hijack if you don't need it.

Only iTunes purchased music can hava a cloud icon and then only if the music was purchased with the account listed in Settings>iTunes and App Store on the iPod.
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

If you mean your iPhone backup, you can't see any files in the backup, you can only restore it to your phone. You can confirm that you have one by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage and seeing that your phone is listed at the top under Backups.

No Gecko based browsers load websites on Windows 7,but they do on Windows XP. Also Firefox process won't close and browser can't close or restart.

I tried to install firefox 32 and no websites would load and also the process would not close. I tried disabling ipv6 turning my router settings so there is only ipv4 connection and disbaled also dns prefetching and set network settings to no proxy. I uninstalled firefox and tried to reintsall after completely removing everything leaving no trace looking in appdate local and roaming folders and using ccleaner and IObit Uninstaller. Then Firefox would work for a little bit and load Google Facebook and Youtube when I tried it but it was very slow regrading to the instllation of Firefox on my Windows XP which was upgraded from 30 to 32. Uninstalled again and tried older versions of Firefox,K Meleon Lunascape and even Flock. Flock worked but it is going to be unsupported soon. To end,when Firefox loaded webpages the cpu usage jumped from 8% to over 30% and then the websites loaded after the loading circle icon appeared. Other browsers I have work fine. Right now I use Opera.

I managed to fix the problem myself. I did a scan threat scan with malwarebytes antimalware pro that I had and adwcleaner and quarantined everything the first softare found and cleaned with the second everything that seemed to be leftovers of old unisntalled programs. Then had to delete the kmeleon and firefox appdata leftover profiles. I only lfet the firefox light folders which are the folders of the browser I wanted to keep. I then checked for tweaks. I got windows to desfault settings checking if I have doen any tweaks with avg pc tuneup 2011,Tweak Me! and UWT 2.2 and used TCP Optimizer to bring the network settings to windows default for 9000 kbps download speed (after I did a network speed test). Now firefox light is super fast and xcloses normally.

Contacts can only be retreived if:
- a back up was made to iCloud/iTunes
- they were synced to iCloud
- you stored them to a mail account
- imported to a PC/Mac
If nothing is available in any of these options then I'm sorry but you have lost that data.

I wanted to put my photos from my iphone to itunes and realized my photo stream wasn't turned on nor was icloud on my cpu. So after fixing that, i still can not view any pictures on my itunes that are from my iphone.

Not only that but now that photo stream is turned on, it shows 3 photo stream albums, 1 called my photo stream that i made from my cpu,1 photo library, and 1 called photo stream. when i turn it off, it just deletes the photo stream album and leaves the others. what do i need to do to do this right? i just want what's necessary and to be able to view my photos on itunes or wherever it's suppose to be because i have way too many photos on my phone that i want to take off.

Photostream will only work with photos newly taken on your iPhone. It will not work with photos already on your iPhone. The idea of Photostream is to allow you to take a photo(s) on your iPhone and a copy will be extended to the Photostream album on the iphone as well as other devices(with Photostream turned on) and your PC (with icloud control panel installed and photostream turned on) so that you can copy those files into your local folder.
If you want to transfer old photos from your iPhone, connect it to your PC and there will be an AUTOPLAY popup window for you to select to import pictures to your local folder.
If the Autoplay window dose not showup, you can go to windows explorer to look for your iPhone and right click to select import pictures:

I am working on images in Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop, and when I try to save them, Firefox coverts them into Firefox images with a Firefox icon and then I can't edit them properly in Photoshop or Dreamweaver. How do I stop Firefox from grabbing my saved images? in English

I will try that, but it's pretty time consuming to have to check that for each of my images. I am a web designer and I work with a lot of images.
Is there any way to set that globally for all of my saved images?

I have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 running Safari 5.1.9 I have a problem loading VistaPrint website I am currently building. All worked until I updated Safari with this latest version and now I am sorry I did. I have not found issues with any other website.

Safari 5.1.9 and Java 6 are the latest versions available for OS X 10.6.8. To upgrade any further you would need to upgrade to Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8.4) through the Mac App Store.

FaceTime 1.1 deleted from Lion and now can't get it back! Help!

I deleted Facetime as thought it wasnt working and could just download it from the mac store. Now i realise it was apples servers messing it up and now dont have Facetime and cannot download it from the apple store as they only provide 1.0.2 version and Lion comes with 1.1 Can someone send me the App? or give me any help without downloading Lion again beause i have a very slow internet connection. I was told that i can use Lion recovery and use the Reinstall Mac OS X option i can do it that way but it will download it all again first but will that do a new install or just replace the current setup?

When I upgraded to Lion the only issues I had was facetime didn't work, and IPhoto would hang with the dreadful beach ball spinning. LOL!
I removed facetime three time installed Lion with the installer, booted from HD into recovery, and from a DVD without any problems. The DVD took one hour to install.
The problem with Facetime on my system was the host file (fixed), and IPhoto fixed itself after three hangs with a reboot.
The lion is running smooth now.

I started the CC (PS & LR) for Mac in October. LR keeps disappearing from the CC Apps group and shows up as "Install" in the uninstalled apps section. How can I fix this?

I started the CC (PS & LR) for Mac in October. Twice now the LR shows as "Install" instead of being one of my installed apps. The first time I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer support. He finally recommended deleting the app from my applications and then installing again. This worked for awhile but now LR no longer shows up as one of my apps. LR is on my Mac though and I have been able to use it, although I'm not using all it's features. Any clue as to why LR keeps disappearing form my CC apps?
