A12E1 How to fix this after I have called and went through all the steps they set up on the website?
Someone please tell me WHY i can"t download the cc installer? I have literally tried everything they told me on customer support (which is a very horrible place that provides no help) and I scowered all through the internet to fix this! No answer found!

For anything beyond that you will have to provide proper technical info about your system and otehr details, which you have not done so far.

Strange System Font in Dreamweaver. After I installed Dreamweaver CS4 on my Mac, it loaded this strange font as seen in the photo attached. Anyone know how to fix this? I have uninstalled/reinstalled many times to no avail. There are no other problems with w/ other CS4 programs, they all have the normal system font. I can't figure it out. Thanks!

Help!! When I open my gmail text is v. small.I have tried zoom Ctrl 0 still nothing. I would appreciate details on how to fix this. I have Windows XP Firefox 3.6.12 version. Please help me. It may be plugins causing trouble but I don't know how to disable them.To try disabling Plugins and extensions, Open Firefox in Safe Mode. Hi, I have been watching videos from my ipad via ATV2 with no problems for over a year. As of yesterday my videos just keep loading and don't play. I don't think I have done anything differently. Does anyone know how to fix this. I have tried unplugging it waiting 30secs and then plugging it back in. I have tried restarting, updating and reseting but nothing is working. It's quite frustrating!!!! Any suggestions????
I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

I have an iphone 4 started the problem saying no service, then when restarting asked to connect to itunes and became jammed in MDU mode, I connect to itunes and clicked on restore, it went through all the steps and nearly completed it gives me an error message saying cannot be restored error -1. Can anybody help me how to restore my iphone. or what to do next, some reseller asked me to go the shop where I bought to replace it for me as this error cannot be restored by any shop. It has to be returned to apple and get it replaced. The warranty already expired and don't know what to do.

while trying to access my local network I get the message..."The page could not be opened because server cannot be found." This, after updating to Yosemite and paying (again) for the server app.
It's absolutley scandalous that a company with Apple's resources can let this happen. They should have staggered the release by region rather than opening the flood gates. The upgrade itself took me about 10 attempts to download it, and then I thought I was home free. That was until it rebooted and won't activate. It's over 2 hours now.

My iPhoto has dumped all my albums. I have ran and re ran all the repair and re build programs, nothing is working, how to I get my photos back???
Just as an FYI: some people report issues where their albums are missing but their photos remain. Some mention photos going but the albums still present, just not populated.
There is no iPhoto 10.8.2. Perhaps you're referring to the version of the OS you have? Not especially relevant, the version of iPhoto is what's needed here.
I mention this should you seek help in the future.
For me: vague and incomplete would describe your attempt at seeking help. You're too lazy to give an accurate description of your issue, too lazy to tell us what you've tried to repair it - so we don't waste time your time (and ours) making suggestions you've already tried - and when asked don't respond except to abuse the person who tries to help you.

My sister bought a 16GB iPod touch 5 and went thru all the steps to set up but then realized it didn't have a camera. So we clicked reset and erase all contents and settings. This does mean her credit card info is erased right?? Thanks for your help.
Welcome to Apple Support Communities
When you erase an iPod touch, your information, apps and settings are deleted and iOS is back to factory settings. If she wanted an iPod touch with camera, she should return it after erasing it. Note that the iPod touch doesn't store her credit card information -
I went through all the steps to download the trial of Adobe Photoshop Elements 13. It says download completed, but nothing happened afterwards prompting to launch the program. I checked finder (MAC OS) and couldn't find it. Only have Adobe download assistant. How do I open and run the program?

Since purchasing the Note 3 in October i have had nothing but issues. I went through all the steps and eventually I was sent a different phone, which was working for the most part until the recent upgrade. Now I am back to the old issues, no service, it actually says not moblie network available, when everyone else in my family has coverage and are on my plan with iphones. I am missing text messages and dropping calls left and right. This is unacceptable for the cost of this phone and my service. I have did a hard reset etc. What else can I do??
Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps. -
I uploded the new itunes software and now my ipod touch is not getting reconized in my itunes. I went through all the trouble shooting support from apple. But I do have a avast antivirus on my computer i wonder if that is what is holding it up
