A3000- H can not connect with smartwatch 2 sony

My device is
A3000-H
firmaware version:A3000_130125
A3000_A422_013_026_140926_WW_call_Fuse
I install the application smart connect and the application smartwatch2.
The A3000 found the smartwatch 2 but the application smart connect have the device but it have not find the application smartwatch2 to make the right connect with the smartwatch2. At the list of application it is not the smartwacth2. It is only to the play store to uninstall it…
I check the smartwatch 2 to other device (Samsung) and work all ok, with this two applications “smart connect” and “smartwatch 2”
Can you help me, because I ask the sony and said the problem was from Lenovo.

Install QuickVPN client ,dont change compatibility mode..
Make sure the Windows 7 firewall is turned on.
Restart your computer then:
1. Right click on Computer Icon
2. Select Manage
3. Select Services and Applications
4. Select Services
5. Sort by Name
6. Look for and right click on IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules (Should not be disabled, if so, do the rest below)
7. Select Properties
8. Make Startup Type be: Automatic
9. Restart PC and try QuickVPN..

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    If it still has problems after trying the steps above, try resetting Winsock. It looks like it worked for a few people in this thread -> With iTunes 10.4 I can access iTunes store.

    Here are some things to try:
    Close itunes
    Check your internet settings.
    Control Panel – Internet Options – Advanced
    Check SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0
    Uncheck “Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)”
    Click Apply
    Click Okay
    Open itunes and try again
    And, you don't need to turn off the firewall, just add itunes and itunes helper to your security software firewall.

    You can't connect at all, or you have been able to connect and it randomly drops??
    I've been using Mail to check my Gmail accounts for a while now, and sometimes it will be delayed, but I've never had a long term probelm with it.
