A3D trial won't open

Hello all. I downloaded the trial version and it appeared to completely install and place the icons on the desktop screen. But the program won't open when I click to start. The hourglass appears when I click but stops after several seconds and nothing happens after that. There's plenty of memory available on my C drive (15 more gig's) and 512 meg of RAM. I had previously run the trial of Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro-----but that and my version 5 were uninstalled prior to downloading the A3D trial. Could my previous trial on 7 Pro be blocking me out of this new trial??? I have run virus scans, disk cleanup, defrag and restarts. Computer is a fairly new Sony VGN-A190 laptop running XP home edition with service PAK 2. All other programs and functions seem to be normal.

Adobe wants to sell a product for a over $1000 and says "thank you" if it does not work because it is buggy "this now cost you some thousand Dollar to rebuild your system"
That can not be true! There has to be somebody with a feeling for decency in bussines how is willing to help here!

InDesign Mac Trial Won't Open

Hi, I was attempting a Mac trial of InDesign, but it won't open without crashing. I deleted and re-downloaded and installed, but it still won't open. Just crashes after attempting to open. Can you help me?

We're seeing quite a few reports that the installer is failing to set the permissions correctly on the preference folders. Log in with a new user on the Mac and see if ID will launch.

InDesign 2014 free trial won't open

Trial won't open and neither will my account

I recently downloaded the trial for photoshop but it refuses to open. I had no probelms with the download but every time I try opening the program its tells me that I need to renew my subscription, and this is based on the adobe account of the previous laptop owner. It does give me the option to sign in to my account, but everytime I sign in it redirects me to a serial number screen. I've deleted all the previous adobe programs under the previous owner's account but that did not help at all, it still tells me the same thing. I am obviously missing something here. Any help would be much appreciated.

This won't work. You cannot have a trial and the same product serialized at the same time. Even flushing out the activation data as explained here won't help, as the encrypted activation keys are stil lstored on your system. Sorry, but short of reinstalling your operating system wit ha full format of the drive there is no realistic way that this will ever work.

InDesign CC Trial won't open files

I have been using the trial for about 2 weeks. We work on files off a server at work, and our server went down today. This caused InDesign to crash and when I reopened it, it would no longer open any files. These are files I created using the trial and was just working on earlier today, and now I get the message "Cannot open the file xxxxx. Adobe Indesign may not support the file format, a plug-in that supports the file format may be missing, or the file may be open in another application."
I have already tried the following:
Restarted my computer
Restarted InDesign
Ran Creative Cloud updates
Uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign CC trial
Had a coworker open the files on his CC trial (worked fine)
Can anyone help?

CS3 Trial won't open

I have installed and reinstalled the trial of Flash CS3. When
I open the app I get to the screen to enter lisense code or try.
Thats as far as it will go. I had PSCS3 Beta installed but
uninstalled it before this install. Any sugestions?

I am pretty sure if you install a trial version, then
uninstall it, then reinstall it, it will not
work - if it did there would be no incentive to buy it as you
could, in theory, uninstall/reinstall
every 30 days and use Flash for free. Did the trial time out
after 30 days of use before you tried
reinstalling?

Keynote trial won't open!

Hi
Can anyone please help? I'm trying to open the trial Keynote 3.0.2 that came with my 10.4 software, but it keeps unexpectedly quitting upon launch.
Has anyone else come across/solved this?

right click the Keynote file and select Get Info
in the; open with; dropdown menu, select Keynote 6.2
click the change all button

FCPX trial won't open

I got the Final Cut Pro X trial and the dowloader wont open. When i click on the application it says "The following Disk images couldn't be opened. Then it says the Final Cut Pro X trial under in a list. Whats wrong?

I believe there is a time limit on the trial version of PS CS3. It sounds like your copy has expired. It is probably time for you to uninstall the trail version and buy the new version or fall back to your old version.

InDesign Trial won't open

I just downloaded and installed the InDesign trial with no problems, until the very end when I hit the "Launch" button, it showed the pink intro thing for a bit and then just quits and says "InDesign.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." The same thing happens if I try and start it from the Start menu. I tried restarting the computer, and uninstalled and re-installed it twice.
Using Windows XP.
Any ideas?

licensing program cpsid_83578r3: Error, "Validate license at Pre-chrome" when installing- Creative Suite 5.
The first error popped up when I was downloading it the first time, but I've already uninstalled and re-downloaded it since then so I don't think that's it.
Searching for the licensing error gives me this page: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/install-log-error-validate-license.html which is pretty much not helpful.

Captivate 8 trial won't open at first and then won't download on Mac (10.9.4)

At first, the Akamai installer seemed to work and properly download Cp8. I tried to open it and it wouldn't open. I checked my application files and noticed it was Cp7. I uninstalled everything and tried again. Akamai just went straight to the 'download complete' message and prompted install (didn't actually install). Nothing. Captivate was not installed. I deleted the Akamai installer and tried again, same result (straight to download complete, install - though nothing had installed). I deleted all my cookies and browser history, same result. I tried in Safari, Chrome and Firefox (started with Chrome), same result. Very frustrated. Any ideas?

Do you have a PowerPC processor or an Intel processor?

Adobe Premier CS 5.5 Trial won't open. Invalid checksum

program downloaded, go to open and comes up invalid checksum. Nothing opens. Note: the download assistant kept trying to Extract for hours before this. Would never stop spinning.

Re-download. Invalid checksums mean the archive is damaged. Before downloading again, make sure your harrdrive is okay by running fcheck/ Disk Utility, defragmenting it etc. Also make any security tools behave. Deep-scanning archives by virus scanners may sometimes damage them.

My free trial download of photoshop elements won't open because of missing elements. I've already installed twice. What can I do?

I downloaded the free trial of Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 and now it won't open because it says there are "...missing files. Please reinstall." I've already downloaded it twice and it still didn't fix it. Is there anything I can do to fix it? TIA.

I just downloaded acrobat pro DC for the trial version and it won't open

I downloaded the trial version of acrobat pro DC on the 30 day trial. It installed fine. But when I click on it it will not open. If I try to open it from clicking on a pdf file it won't open either.
I only downloaded this, not the whole adobe suite. I am on windows 8.1. I only downloaded it today and still have the 30 days left on the trial.
I have tried repairing it. Uninstalling and reinstalling and restrarting my computer. No error message comes up when I try to load it. Nothing happens. HELP
