Question

I have HP Pavilion Desktop a4311f.  I want to upgrade the Video Card so I can add an additional monitor for my work from home job.  Not a gamer.  But I facilitate a course from home and need an additional monitor.
What would be the best Video Card to upgrade? (Not a Gamer) just need to add 2nd monitor
What would be the best Power Supply to upgrade?
Not the most tech savy so, just simple answers would be appreciated.  If it cannot be done, I would appreciate knowing that, as well. 
I tried this once before and hopefully I can get a more clear cut answer.

Let me NARROW your search, a bit. Since your motherboard already had nVidia GeForce chipset,
look at nVidua GeFirce add-on graphics cards from that same product line.
Focus on DESKTOP products.
GeForce GTX series targeted for Gamers, while the GT-series is for less demandung users.
