AAC Audio Not getting played

Hi,
I am having a .flv video file which contains AAC audio and H.264 Video. Both audio / video in that file gets played out successfully with VLC player. But when trying with adobe flash player plugin v10.0.22.87, only H.264 video is getting played out and AAC audio is not playing.
The AAC encoding was done using FFmpeg.
Can anybody please let me know a solution for playing out the AAC audio?
NOTE: The flv file is attached...

As you probably know... System Preferences has nothing to do with Logic.
Logic has it's own audio preferences do you have those set correctly?

Timeline audio not getting routed to audio out

First, thanks to all who have replied to my previous posts. I'm learning as fast as I can but there's a lot to learn...don'tyaknow!
I have several sequences that are exhibiting the same behavior. Audio plays thru my main monitors if I play the clip from the bin or from the source monitor window. However, the same clip will not play thru my audio monitors once placed on the timeline. The audio meters and the displayed waveform on the timeline show that audio is indeed there, but it is not getting to the speakers. I have a black magic Decklink HD Extreme 3D that is feeding 2 video monitors.   The video monitor that is being fed HDMI is playing back the audio on the timeline, but nothing else.
I have at least one sequence that plays audio from all Premiere sources, including the timeline, so I know it's not a hardware issue. I have used this "working" sequence to compare all audio settings with the "non-working" sequences and can find no obvious differences. Does anyone have an idea what might be happening.
I have checked for differences in:
Preferences
     Audio
     Audio Hardware
     Audio Output Mapping
     and Playback

To the best of my knowledge, BM sequences will only play audio through the BM hardware.

VIDEOS FROM CAMERA NOT GETTING PLAYED

I donno wots rong with my N900.BUT there are videos in the mobile…..that don’t get played……
MP4 AND AVI VIDEOS……
Even there are instances where,,,,, the videos taken from the same camera don’t get played on the device……..

Read this article related to your issue. You may be trying to sync the High Definition (HD) version of the TV Show to your device. The iPod classic does not support HD content. You'll want to download the SD version instead.
iTunes: May be unable to transfer videos to iPhone, iPad, or iPod
To prevent HD versions from being downloaded in the future head to the iTunes Store, click the Purchased link, and then select TV Shows and remove the tick mark next to Download HD when available. You should be able to download the SD version now from under this same page.

Behringer Q502USB Mixer - audio not getting thru to Garageband

Hi folks, I just purchased a Behringer Q502USB mixer to use with Logic and Garageband. I have updated the audio In within system preferences and in that dialog box, I can see the virtual meters responding to the audio input I'm providing. However, once I go into Garageband or Logic, after I select that device as the Input for the audio track, the audio is not being 'heard' by the software so the VU meters do not register and my tracks are silent.
I double-checked Behringer and no additional drivers are required, so I'm sure I've got my bases covered from that perspective.
I just wanted a simple mixer for putting in some scratchpad songs late night on my laptop with an old keyboard and drum machine and I thought this would be a plug-and-play no-brainer, so any guidance would be appreciated.

Did you try, Garageband > Preferences > Audio/Midi and choose the interface.
Logic Pro X > Preferences > Audio > Devices, after choosing input click apply change

Audio not getting to logic

OS 10.9.1 - MBPro 13" / Logic 9. I'm using PreSonus AudioBox 22VSL and system preferences can see audio input. But I can't get any audio into Logic 9! Help! driving me nuts!

As you probably know... System Preferences has nothing to do with Logic.
Logic has it's own audio preferences do you have those set correctly?

Cisco Unity Connection, personnal greeting is not getting played

In CUC 8.0.3, for my extension I enabled "Alternate Greeting" with my personal recording. After when i test dial the number's voice mail (from DN call forward all to VM), system plays the Alternate greeting with system's default greeting (i.e. the extension <ext.no> is not available...) instead my personal recording. However when I check the VM box settings it tells my current greeting is Alternate Greeting followed by my personal recorded message. Also in the CUC page (users -> Edit greeting (alternate)) also " My Personal Recording" option is choosen.
Could anyone pelase suggest if any other configurations I need to check?

Just to update, Earlier I recorded in English (United States, option 2), when I try to record a greeting in English (United Kingdom, option 9) it works and the sytem playes the correct personal recording message (Alternate greeting).
In the server's system settings -> general configuration, system default language (&TTS language) is set to English (UK), Recording Format is g.711 mu-law.
Now again I tried overwriting the Alternate greeting in different language but still only the English (UK) greeting is played. I tried changing language setting in the Edit User Basics page and in the Alternate greeting's page but it doesn't help.
But when I test it in media master I can hear all the recorded greetings based on the language is selected. So does it confirm it is due to codec issue?

Audio tracks only playing the reverb portion

I'm having an issue with recorded audio tracks not getting played through the output properly. The only audio that I hear is related to the reverb effect on the track. I have been working on this project for a few days and it just started happening this morning. Everything was working fine before I saved it last night.
Example - I have a vocal track. I see via the track mixer the audio is playing but I barely hear any sound. I just hear reverb. If I turn the reverb plugin off (Im using the default GB reverb), I don't hear any audio. It's as if there is a hidden "send" track for the reverb, and the audio track is getting routed to the send track, but not the master track. That's why I only hear the reverb. Since the GB interface is so simple, I don't see a way to edit this or even check it. It's just my guess based on using other DAWs.
If I create a brand new track and drag the audio from "the bad track" - the audio plays. I have to re-add all the plugins I was using to the new track, which is annoying, but at least I have a workaround. I just don't understand how this happened. I seriously did nothing in between the time it worked and it stopped. Last night, everything was good. I hit save and closed. Then this morning I woke up to resume my work, and nothing was playing.
If anyone has a solution for this, please let me know. Mixing is already a time consuming process. I don't need to add more time to the process.

I'm using Garageband 08 - Version 4.1.2

Since this was pointed out, I've left the "ducking" section as viewable. I just noticed that when I dragged a new .aif file into a new track, it triggered all of the other tracks ducking to be enabled - upwards. The yellow arrow. The new track was ducked under, downwards, or blue arrow.
I'll continue to keep an eye on it for any other patterns.

You require 3G for video streams to play.. Normal GPRS (2G) will not work..
Even if your Service Provider activates this facility your phone should be compatible too.Nokia X3 can handle EDGE so if you want to go for the Data Plan with Higer rate (cost) first confirm if Video stream will work or not.. because with EDGE also the stream may not be as smmoth as you want...

First, back up all data and then uninstall "DivX" according to the developer's instructions.

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with sound on your iPhone. I recommend the following steps for an issue like this:
Verify that the volume is set to a level you would normally be able to hear.
Ensure that there is nothing plugged in to the headset jack or the dock connector.
If the iPhone is in a protective case, make sure that the speaker port isn't blocked by the case.
Make sure that the speaker and dock port aren't clogged with debris. If necessary, clean it with a clean, small, dry, soft-bristled brush. Carefully and gently brush away any debris.
If an audio issue occurs when using a specific application, try testing other applications to see if the issue persists.

I was working on a project a few days ago and now I'm not getting any audio or visuals out of it. In the project file the screen went grey. Not sure how to fix this. I'm new to iMovie, but the program seems easy to use and my Mac is new. Any help?

I used to use Movie Maker and it would be able to handle lots of file uploads and big projects. I figure iMovie can do the same since it's newer and it's on my iMac. I was working on a project for a few months, it was working fine up until about a few days ago when the project file just stopped working. Not getting any audio or visuals and the screen went grey. I hope to not lose the project file as I've spent a lot of time on it. The project will still show up in iMovie, but it won't play. Other project files will, but this one won't for some reason. It's my first time using this program and I assumed it would be fine, but now it's causing me big problems. Anyone else run into a similar problem?

Have you tried adjusting the "Audio Out" and the "Dolby Digital" settings in settings > audio and video? It may be worth trying several combinations of these settings, although typically it is the "Dolby Digital" setting that causes most problems for users.
Also make sure that you have correctly mapped the input port on your sound system to the output, if you are unsure about how to do this, refer to the manual that came with your sound system.
Have you tried playing various content sources (i.e. podcasts, music, iTunes Store video, other video etc), do you have the same problem with all types of content? If you use optical you might also check that you can see a red light at the end of your optical audio cable. Is your optical audio cable plugged straight into your sound system, or does it go through a switch or other device?

My iPhone 4 (iOS 4.3.5) can't play my protected AAC Audio files

When i try playing an older song i have purchased in iTunes, of the "protected AAC audio file" type, my iPhone just skips it. And this is on both my new acount and my old acount. I made two playlist to test this issue, and the older "protected" files does not work, but all the new "purchased" files work fine.
I should think this is a software problem, and more people are experiencing this, but i couldn't find any ohter threads with this issue...

How to get the length of a audio file without play it ?

Now I know a method to get the length of a audio file by play it:
1 Create a Player, and add a ControllerListener
2.Start the Player
3.In the ControllerListener's controllerUpdate method, use getMediaTime() by receiving a EndOfMediaEvent
However I think this method is not convenience, if I don't want to play it how I can get the length of the audio file?

I tried getDuration() before, but it always return a same time, I think maybe I didn't realize the player.
