AAM does not show latest CC Apps

AAM (7.0.0.324) does not show latest CC Apps. Trying to download directly from the CC Site fails because, it opens AAM an nothing happens. Deleting OPM.db doesn't have no effect at all. So, how can I get the newest versions?

I'm curious too. I just spent some time chatting with an Adobe agent and was told to deactivate my software and then re-download etc but if I was always under the impression that, through the creative cloud, upgrades would be automatic and painless using the application manager (one of the big advantages of the cloud in the first place) - but the cloud application page has info links to new cc products and download links to CS6 apps - weird.

Approved App Does Not Show in the App Part Section.

Hi all,
I have successfully add an App from the SharePoint App Store to my SharePoint Site which was developed using SharePoint 2013. The added app was successfully Approved then when I try to add that app using the App Part to a web page I cannot Find it
in the App Part section. I looked in the Site Collection Features & Site Features I couldn't find the app to activate. I don't think I have done some kind of mistake. So then what else I have to do to add that App part to the web page.
Could someone try to solve this matter?

Adobe Creative Cloud does not show all my apps as registered.

Adobe Creative Cloud properly shows my Adobe Photoshop CS6 as registered. However, it does not show my Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, or my Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4.4 as registered. How can I get these programs to be properly registerd as "MY APPS" in Adobe Creative Cloud? I am running Windows 8 and have had photoshop for a number of years. I installed Acrobat XI Pro in December, but it has never been recognized in Adobe Creative Cloud as registered.

I'm not sure why Acrobat XI is not recognized. It is on my system. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
You can uninstall through the OS
Control Panel > Programs & Features
and then reinstall it through the Creative Cloud app or https://creative.adobe.com/products

TIFFs does not show in Preview app or DVDSP

I'm rendering TIFFs for subtitles using Belle Nuit.
The TIFFs (either TIFF-RLE for Final Cut Pro or TIFF-DVD for DVDSP) are generated just fine.
But they do not show when using the default Preview. Preview Inspector just says "No document"...(!)
I can view them just fine in Photoshop, QuickTime player 7 or other apps.
And the TIFF-RLEs works just fine in Final Cut Pro (but I can't look at the TIFFs beforehand using Preview).
Now, the problem really is that DVDSP does not show the TIFFs/subtitles at all - and that's a problem. The STL Graphics file works just fine. The TIFFs are placed on the Track just fine, but they do not show at all.
What might have happened? Checking one of the TIFFs, I have read/write access to the file.

Problem solved - semms like Apple did a change in the system-wide TIFF importer, that caused the TIFFs generated to be seen as 0x0 pixels in size.
The maker of Belle-Nuit have solved the issue in the 2.1.0b1 beta.

CC app has a yellow and blue shield on it and the app does not show all my apps.

When I click on the app, it does not show all assets I have and does not show the listing of all the assets and their status. How can I correct this? Vij

Creative Cloud Menu does not show installed Lightroom App

I'm wondering if there is something I can do to fix the problem. Lightroom does work as long as I dig through menus to find it.

Did you have a stand alone light room ?
You need to uninstall the stand alone Light room from the Computer. Then you can follow these links:

AAM Does Not Recognize Installed CC Apps

A couple of weeks ago, I mentioned a problem where the AAM did not recognise some apps as being installed when they were. I was concerned that I would miss out on updates because of this, so I removed the AAM and installed it again, at which point it did not recoginse _any_ of the installed apps, so I went ahead and installed them again. At this point all was well, and the AAM seemed to be in sync with what was and what wasn't installed.
Then yesterday there was an update for the AAM, which I dutifully installed, and I am right back where I was before!
InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat CC, and Lightroom 5 all show as uninstalled, whereas they are working perfectly. Is there some way I can get the AAM in sync without reinstalling everything again?

Please launch CC desktop/Select preferences/Apps and check the language selected for installed Apps. If your CC apps are installed in English and in CC desktop preferences there is some other language selected apart from English then go ahead and change the language as per the language of installed apps and see whether you find the apps showing as installed again.

Recently my pc crashed and the hard drive had to be replaced. Now my ipad 2 cannot sync with the pc as it does not show all my apps etc. Now I cannot install iOS5 without losing apps. What can I do?

I have paid apps on my ipad and if I update my software to iOS5 I will lose all my apps. Surely, there is a way to restore the itunes account that I lost when my pc crashed. I really don't want to lose all my apps and start from scratch.
Does itunes archive my items, like blackberry and amazon? It would really be unfair to re-purchase all the items I had previously purchased because my itunes account was lost when the pc crashed.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
You can transfer itunes purchases fom an iphone: Without syncing : File Transfer Purchases
or you can redownload them. Open itunes store, click Purchased, under Quick Links.

Creative Cloud app (installer) does not show all installed apps - do I get updates?

with the installer, I've installed CC-versions of several apps (InDesign, Lightroom, PS, Premiere etc). They all work as expected, and start registered to me etc.
When I now open the Creative Cloud app, I see only "Photoshop CC" listed under "Your apps".
On the "Home" tab, I only see one activity; namely the update of "Creative Cloud" 12 minutes ago.
1) Do I get upgrades for the other installed apps regardless? (nothing over the last few weeks, at least - been like this for some time)
2) How can I get the installer in sync with installed versions, without reinstalling the individual apps? (takes time, have done it once already, sigh!)

On my first install, I accidentaly got localized (Norwegian) versions of the apps (due to installer defaulting to OS language/locale, I guess). Locale also affects keyboard shortcuts, and that confused me so much (muscle memory since Photoshop 3), so I had to *reinstall*. (Searched forums, no way to change locale except first change in Creative Cloud installer, then reinstall all apps).
Anyways; I did this, got English versions (with English shortcuts, phew!), and I had the reinstalled apps in the Creative Cloud app for quite some time. At some update, they got lost.

Cannot Add Approved App To A Web Page - App Does Not Show in the App Part Section.

Hi all,
I have successfully add an App from the SharePoint App Store to my SharePoint Site which was developed using SharePoint 2013. The added app was successfully Approved then when I try to add that app using the App Part to a web page I cannot Find it
in the App Part section. I looked in the Site Collection Features & Site Features I couldn't find the app to activate. I don't think I have done some kind of mistake. So then what else I have to do to add that App part to the web page.
Could someone try to solve this matter?

First, are you sure the App contains an App Part? Not all Apps are written to have app parts. Second, did you add the app to the site collection from Add an App in the Site Contents page? Apps that are added and approved from the Store
are added to the App Catalog for the Web Application. You would normally add them to the Site Collection from there after they are approved.

Nokia suite does not show latest software version

Today while browzing Nokia site happened to see new phone software version. When I checked through Nokia suite it was showing the software version that was already installed in the phone.
Do anybody else who own a 701 came across this anamoly

IMovie iOS edits video from the photos app.
So you need to get video into the camera roll or a photo album.
There is numerous techniques in this forum how to do this, and what format the video needs to be in.

New to CC premier pro does not show up in APP list, neither does AE.

I'm not sure what you mean by "is the license per CPU." Did you mean per OS platform? Anyway, the license is very flexible. Unlike prior perpetual license versions, which were platform-specific, CC allows you to install on both Mac and Windows. I'm not sure whether it specifies how many computers you can install CC applications on, but you can have it activated on only two systems at once.

Time machine does not show latest backups

My Time Machine backup to an external NAS (WD Mybook World Edition) runs without any error on the GUI, but when I look into the Time Machine finder history I can only see backups which are 13 days old (June 1st).
