HR ABAP - to get payroll data after payroll run
Hi,
there is a Weekly payroll area, Now after the payroll run every week - I need to get all the wage types starting with '7' for the pernr s.
For this i first find out the date (current date - 7 days) and then pass it to FM : HRAR_GET_PAYROLL_PERIOD to get the payroll period - Is this step correct ?
then i read the RGDIR and then the payroll results using FMs. Is this the correct way to do.
Also if i need all the wagetypes starting with '7' is it fine if i read only the RT table.. is there any need to read any other ?
Any help with the correct flow logic ..This FM returns correct results, but to be 100% sure do a small test:
- go to se37 -> run this FM to test it
- as you have weekly payroll, there should be around 4 such periods within one month, so you should be getting 4 different BEGDA and ENDDA for different date
- enter dates like 01.07.2009 - BEGDA ENDDA should be 01.07.2009 - 08.07.2009
then 09.07.2009 - BEGA ENDDA should be 09-07.2009 - 16.07.2009
etc
- for all above results there should be same PABRJ PABRP, but these are of no interests
- if you get something like above, this means that FM works fine
Now when you get RGDIR, filter it to get only data where FPBEG = BEGDA and FPEND = ENDDA. This way you will work only with the period you want.
Also if i need all the wagetypes starting with '7' is it fine if i read only the RT table.. is there any need to read any other ?
I usually work with this one, also CRT (Cumulative RT) can store WT. My functional guy, however, says that sometimes they might appear in some other tables like BT, but this I am not sure about.

but i want get changed data only, not all data.
how to get changed data?
Edited by: Ki-Joon Seo on Dec 27, 2007 6:04 AMHi,
To get only the changed data in the ALV grid of a WD, you need to capture the "ON_DATA_CHECK" of the ALV grid.
To this please do the following in the ALV initialization of the ALV table settings :
lr_table_settings->set_data_check(
IF_SALV_WD_C_TABLE_SETTINGS=>DATA_CHECK_ON_CELL_EVENT ).
You may also do this:
lr_table_settings->set_data_check( IF_SALV_WD_C_TABLE_SETTINGS=>DATA_CHECK_ON_CHECK_EVENT)
The above two ways would depend on when do you need to check for the changed data. If you want to check the data as soon as it is entered, then use the first method. Else, use the second method.
You need to register an EVENT HANDLER for this event.(You may do this in your VIEW or Component Controller).
In this Event handler, you would find an importing parameter R_PARAM which is a ref type of IF_SALV_WD_TABLE_DATA_CHECK.
The attribute T_MODIFIED_CELLS of this interface IF_SALV_WD_TABLE_DATA_CHECK will contain the modified cells of the ALV with the old & new values. -

164Hi Hardeep,
Looks like the transformation and DTP need to be activated again.
The error is RSBK (299) - 'Invalid program status'. So please activate the transformation and DTP possibly activate the DSO's too.
It should then work.
Thanks

Get infotype data in e-mail/sapscript - Dynamic action-
Hello,
we developed a dynamic action sending a mail if an employee leave the company.
We can catch data in infotype 0000 and 0001 in the sapscript used in the mail, but we would like also fetch data from other infotypes.
We tried to generate an ABAP code from an ad hoc query, but it was impossible to get the return tables in the sapscript.
Are there other solutions to get infotype data in saps scripts?
Kr,Hi ,
you can follow the below solution .
1. Create a custom report for the leaving/terminated employees by using the action in infotype 0000 with field massn, massg.
2. you will get all the employees from table pa0000 who are laving between a date interval .
3. by using the personnel numbers from pa0000 get other infotypes information.
4. create a smartform/script for your requirement.
5. using the program you can send the data to the employees.
another way .
if you know the name of the script you can create some variables for the other fields from other infotypes in that script and you can populate the variable values using perform in program command using a custom program in that script. -
Hi All,
I have one requirement like i have statement : "data: text type c length 1" i need to get only data type "C" into one variable.I used split it will not work for my requirement .Can anybody please suggest any other abap syntax to get the only data type.
This is very urgent.

HR get Simulation Data IT 553 "calculation of Service" for imputed times?!?
Hi guys!
what i need are the calculated times for a person.
How these times are calculated is quiet complicated and defined in customicing.
when you add an Infotyp 553, you can go to simulation.
There you can get the Data "Table of inputed times".
Is there a way how i can access theses Data in my Abap report??
ThomasHi ,
sorry , i am unable to understand ur question , any how u can try FM HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION , u can test in simulation as well , for this u need to pass Export params NOCOMMIT = 'X'.
plz ref documentation of this FM inSE37 , and search in sdn for sample programs.

Getting partial data in PI from ECC using proxy
Hi Consultants,
I am working on Proxy to SOAP scenario. I have developed almost 20 scenarios. All are working fine as expected except 1 scenario.
This scenario is troubling me and the problem is, in inbound message of PI, I am not getting whole data which is showing in proxy test in ECC system.
Can anyone help me in solving this issue?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
NaushadAbhishek,
I am filtering messages by date not by status. And I do not have authrizations to see the Integration Engine configuration.
So, I have requested basis team to change the trace_level.
It is priority for me to resolve this issue and I guess it is proxy issue. But I am not sure and I am not able to findout where is the issue and what is the solution.

Naushad

ECC SXMB_MONI response payload and the PI SXMB_MONI inbound message payload is same. But there is a difference between ECC SXMB_MONI payload and the ECC SPROXY payload. If any one face this kind of issue then please provide me your inputs.
As this issue is in ECC, I will log this query in ABAP Development forum.

Getting all data for ESS Pers, Address, Bank & Family screen from SAP 4.7
Hi,
I need suggestions on a weird situation that we have in one of the ESS/MSS project.
Following are the systems that client has: -
1. Enterprise Portal 7.0
2. SAP ECC 6.0 -
> (all JCOs in ESS/MSS DCs point to this system.. so in short this system is mapped to Portal)
3. SAP 4.7 -
> (they are maintaining all data for Pers, Address, Bank & Family here)
4. Infotype data for some infotypes (such as 0105) are synched between these two SAP systems.
Now, there are some standard + Z fields added in infotypes in SAP4.7 system.
To display Z- fields on Portal, here is what is already done: -
- Z - RFC is written in SAP ECC6.0 that calls SAP 4.7 to get the data.
- Standard ESS WD DCs (pers, addr, fam & bank) are edited to call above RFC to display Z - fields.
Now, Client wants : -
- to display all data from SAP4.7 system on portal (standard as well as Z fields).
- use ECC6.0 system as a middle box between EP & SAP4.7.. There will be RFCs written in SAP ECC6.0 system that will call FMs in SAP 4.7 and return the data
Now, I don't understand how do I change standard WD DCs that has some standard ARFC models (HRXSS_PER*) written in them.
Any ideas on how to proceed on these objectives?
Please help.
Thanks & Regards,
AmeyHi Siddarth,
Thanks for reply.
So I have following alternatives ? : -
Option-1 : Sync data between ECC6.0 and SAP4.7 for these Infotypes at regular intervals.
(No changes @ ABAP & WD code)
Option-2 : Enhance standard RFCs (such as HRXSS_PER_READ_P0006_FR) in ECC6.0 system to get data from SAP4.7.
(Changes @ ABAP side only)
Option-3 : Create custom RFCs in ECC6.0 and import them at WD side and set data in 'SelectedInfotype' node?
Then what do we do about standard RFC calls that are already present in these DCs?
I am a bit skeptical about this approach.
(lot of work in both ABAP & WD side)
Can you please comment? -
