ABAP in MM: Create PO output program.

Hi,
I have been given a project to create an Output program for PO.
Can somebody give me the steps or documentation to create ABAP output program.
Tcode ME9F will be used to print the form.
Below path will be used to update PROGRAM, FORM ROUTINE & FORM .
SPRO>IMG>Materials Management>Purchasing> Messages --> Forms (Layout Sets) for Messages --> Assign Form and Output Program for Contract.
Can somebody give me the steps or documentation to create ABAP output program.

You can create module pool program for both ABAP and ABAP OO(Object Oriented).
The thing is in OO u have to declare classes,objects and methods.
Procedure oriented approach
1. Emphasis on tasks
2. Large programs are divided into smaller programs known as functions
3. Most of the functions share global data
4. Data move openly around the system from function to function
Object oriented approach
Emphasis on things that does those tasks
Programs are divided into objects
3. Data structures are designed such that they characterized the objects
4. Functions that operate on the data of an object are tied together in the data structure
5. Data can be hidden and cannot be accessed by external functions
6. New data and functions can be easily added whenever necessary

OAF: Creating PDF output without calling concurrent program.

Hi Everyone,
i want to Create PDF output in OAF.
I wil be having one button “Convert PDF” on my OAF page. On clicking on that button my page should generate pdf output without calling concurrent program(Because running a concurrent program may take much time sometimes.).
How can I do that?
I have never generated pdf outputs so plz help me to get out of this.
What are the possible ways to get this?
Any example?
Any suggestions wil be really useful.

Creating/Triggering Output Type from program

Hi,
When I am creating Inbound Delivery using VL31N tcode, an Output type associated with it triggers automatically. But my problem is that I have stopped the triggering of Output type automatically while saving Inbound delivery. and want to create mannually through program.
Is there any FM or any other way to do through program.

Creating a XSLT program to delete some part of text in XML file

I have a DMEE which generates an XML file . This file conatins the text " #<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-16"?> " in the output file. My requirement is to create XLT program to remove this text before output.

How to use standard classes to create custom modulepool program like ME21N

I am at the Starting Point of doing a classical dynpro program via Abap Objects which address all controls with MVC Architecture .So i debugged the standard ME21n transaction to find out how i can start with. I came across this interface which has no Attributes and Methods.I wondered y .Thats y i posted a Question .I also seen a lot of Standard classes

I think all these classes serve the purpose of embracing the basic ones and are used specificalty in MM module.
If you want to create similar module pool program with nice expand/collapse buttons in relation to subscreens please refer the some tips [here|expand/collapse button functionality on module pool screen;
Also there are transactions like BIBS, DWDM which you can follow the examples from. I think SAP has covered all GUI controlls there so you can create really complex programs with various GUI controlls independently of module used for.
Of course you can still stick to classes you mentioned but I think the better is to learn some standard approach of creating such screens, then if you feel more advanced go for using module specific ones if you really need that.

I have an issue, when i have multiple users executing F110 using the payment programs for DME output. program SAPPAYM that when a user tries to create DME output, that nothing is created.
it is as if the first person who creates a payment proposal then blocks the subsequent users from creating output.
we have found that the only way around this issue is to get one user executing a payment run at a time.
Only by getting all the other suers off the system and deleting any payment proposals can we produce the output.
any ideas??

Using APT ActiveX methods to create a labview program for BPC 203 3 channel Benchtop Piezo controller

Hi Everyone,
I am really very new to Labview and i am in great need for some help.I am assigned a task where i am supposed to create a labview program to control or moniter a BPC203 3 channel benchtop Piezo controller. I created a program with the help of the instructions provided in the APT-Labview guide provided by Thorlabs.But th program doesnt run . Whenever i try to run it i get the same error which says that "Control HW Communications disabled".I have attached a snapshot of the error message.So i tried to create a small program in labview which would read the volage output.Even there i got the same error message.I suppose there is some mistake on my part which i am not able to correct due to the lack of proper knowledge.Could anyone please help me to solve this problem.A slight elaboration would be highly appreciated.Also i think the error lies in the use of invoke node with the get Voltage output method. I am not sure whether the parameters i have provided to the invoke node are correct.Any help of any sort would be highly appreciated.

I had the same problem today. However, I noticed that the piezo controller has 3 channels with separate slots and they are packaged in the same box. Therefore the whole box has a serial number, probably something like 71822280, and this is written with large letter. Now, in order to communicate with any of the channels, this does not help, but one needs to communicate directly with the interested channel and they have thier OWN SERIAL NUMBERS.
For example channel 1 (my X direction in the nanoMax stage) has serial 91822281, Y has 91822282 and Z has 91822283. So try looking if you have the right serial number Hopefully you found out this yourself but this might help others, I took me3 hours to get this thing working when I started to plug-in the cables and everything.

Create an Output of the PO Notification

Hi all,
I'm creating a custom program (in SRM GUI mode) which needs to trigger an output to the vendor similar to the action perform on the web. But then I'm not sure is there a function module to do it?
I know that the controls in SPRO is pointing to CL_PD_PO_PROCESSING_BBP under method PROCESS_BBP_PO_MAI but I'm not too sure how to call it in my program. My program is pretty simple, input the PO GUID and execute. The program should triggers and output to the Vendor similar to the ones perform on the Web whereby we click on Order and Send Immediately.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot.

I would like to create a program for creating vendor automatically by uploading a text file, where the text file contain the vendor information.
Can I ask are there any ABAP function for creating vendor? I have searched a function BAPI_VENDOR_CREATE, but I don't know how to use it.

Hi,
BAPI_VENDOR_CREATE is a online BAPI which calls the XK01 screen internally. There wont be any import or export parameters for this BAPI. If you have to upload from a text file, you can try with either of the options
1) Use the standard program RFBIKR00 to upload the vendor from the flat file. check the documentation of the report for details
2) Create a BDC recording on XK01 and upload the vendor from the flat file

Thanks for replying.
In my scenario i have one custom zinfoobject which have lots of attributes.
So, i have to create hierarchy for this zinfoobject with three nodes. one node/charateristic is present in this zinfoobject as attribute. which will be the first node of hierarchy.
Then second custom infoobject is external not present in attribute list. which will be the second node of hierarchy.
Third node will be for which i am creating hierarchy.
So basically need solution for this first.
some one will load hierarchy info in some table and then will create view on top of that then i have to create datasource on top of that and write a program to load the data from that view in this hierarchy.
Need solution for this abap program also.
