ABAP short dump error while creating an invoice

Hi All,
We are creating a delivery(Unit is EA) for the material for which the Unit Conversion is maintained as 1CS = 48 EA. So while creating a delivery If I maintain the delivered quantity is less than 24, I am not able to create an invoice.It's throwing an ABAP short dump error BCD zerodivide run time error.
If I deliver greater than or equal to 24, then the invoice is created without any issue
I have checked if there is any CMIR record but no record is maintained.
Can anyone help me out on this?

Error analysis
A RAISE statement in the program "CL_CRM_ELEMDESCR==============CP" raised the

Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
program, processing was terminated.
Short description of exception condition:
For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use
Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called
|    function module from the display of active calls.
We have added custom fields in the service application. these custom fields with Z-structure & data elements are included in BSP structure CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES in development system.But the same Z structure & custom fields are exist in the production system but not included in BSP Structue CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES.
This may be the reason resulting this ABAP dump error in PCUI while creating Service order.
How these Z structures can be included in the BSP Structure CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES in production system?
Helpful answers would be rewrded max points as it is high priority issue.

Thnaks for the reply.
            I have enhanced service application using transaction EEWB to add new custom fields. these fields are there in Z structure created by the system in production system. All the transports are moved to target system. Problem is that Z structure( contains custom fields) created while doing EEWB is not included in BSP structure.
I f transports are missed to move to target system, Is there any other alternative to solve this problem?

Ago, The creation infopackage have been deleted in the past , today, I created a infopackage, while I update mode selected u2018initialize delta processu2019, then click save button , the system prompt u2018Deltas already loaded for request REQU_D64R47LDUSZHY9CBIB86WMLFJ init.selection; no 2. initu2019, I canoti save it for my setting. Why is this?
Then I have search cause in SDN, and I have reference OSS Note 852443 to do .
Note 852443 have mention some table: RSSELDONE、RSSDLINIT、RSSDLINITSEL、ROOSPRMSC、ROOSPRMSF.
I have to delete that request of record using se16 in these tables: RSSELDONE、RSSDLINIT、RSSDLINITSEL.
in my BI 7.0 system, ROOSPRMSC、ROOSPRMSF is no any data.
I was no found delta queue in RSA7.
Now . Dump error while creating or double click the info package, how can I change this?
Please let me know the solution.

Please make a try with the following but I am not sure whether it will solve your problem.
Go to FS00, give the G/L account which has the problem and select "Control Data" tab. Here punch as asterisk in the field "Tax category" and save.
Now try to create the excise invoice.

8I 681 Error While Creating Excise Invoice

Dear All,
Am getting error 8I 681 error while creating excise invoice,when i analysed since in the document flow the delivery document is not there, only J delivery will be allowed in creating excise invoice.
Our client wants item level milestone,so in oder to activate that i have assigned the billing plan in the item category.But when i assighn the billing plan the system will not allow to put the billing relavance delivery relavant.So i made oder relavan in the billing relavance.So i create an oder and with that reference delivery.But when i create billing i have to refer the oder number,since in the item ctegory i have made oder relavant billing.So the result is in the billing document flow the delivery document is not flowing.Henceforth i could not be able to create J1IN.
But this was not happening in the sand box,but only in the quality since it is superior.when we debugged we found only J(Delivery) is allowed to create excise invoice.
Please help me to solve this issue,is there any possiblity to make the delivery document flow in the billing document.If it is done it 100%possible to create the excise invoice.
Please share your ideas to solve this issue.....

In our case delivery is there,but when we create the invoice the delivery document is not flowing,since in the itemcategory oder relavant billing.We have billing milestone at the item level,for activating that i have to make the billing relavance as I.Other wise the system is not allowing me to select delivery relavant and billing plan.Please help me to make the delivery document flow in the billing document.Then this 8I error will be solved.
I have alsochecked the update document flow,everything is perfect.

Form routine CONVERT_ITAB_RFC is incorrect in transfer program

System Response
The IDoc processing was terminated and indicated as incorrect. The IDoc
     can be reimported at any time.
Procedure
1. Go to the transfer rule maintenance for your InfoSource
         ZFIN_TR_FLQITEM_FI and the source system DA_M_10 and regenerate the
         transfer program using the function Activate. Remove possible syntax
         errors on the basis of your conversion routines.
2. Restart the processing of this IDoc.
3. If the error occurs again search for SAPNet R/3 notes, and create a
        problem message if necessary.

Hi.......
Goto RSA1>> then to source system tab (on left side) >> double click on the desired source system...........Then on the right side you have the Datasource tree..........there search the datasource and activate.......Also u can Replicate the datasource again.......and activate the Transfer rules using the program : RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL
After this operation when come back to source system (R/3).........I think the error log line will be disappeared from SM58......... Then repeat the load.........
Also u can try to Activate the infosource once...........in RSA1.........before repeating the load....

follow the steps below (May Help you)
Goto Monitor screen>Status Tab> using the wizard or the menu path >Environment -> Short dump> In the warehouse
Select the Error and double click
Analyse the error from the message.
1.-->Go to Monitor
-->Transactional RFC
-->In the Warehouse
-->Execute
-->EDIT
-->Execute LUW
Refresh the Transactional RFC screen and go to the Data Target(s) which have failed and see the status of the Request-->Now it should be green.
2.In some cases the above process will not work (where the Bad requests still exists after the above procedure).
In that case we need to go to the Data Targets and need to delete the bad requests and do the update again

Dump Error while Creating the Info Package

Hi,
I have created Customized ODS and used Generic data sources.I have loaded full Upload to ODS. Created Info Packages for Init delta and Delta for delta loading. I have ran Full Upload and while I am trying to run Init, I am getting the error.
While I am trying to open the Info Package, I am getting Dump error message.
Dump error Message :
What happened?
    The current application program detected a situation which really
    should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was
    triggered on purpose by the key word MESSAGE (type X).
While i am trying to Create New Info Package, the systems gives the Dump on the System
Please help on this issue.

Hi,
Actually, when we want to have delta loads in future, then we can just have one infopackage with init delta infopackage, so that when it runs for the first time, it pulls all the records and from next time onwards it will pull the delta records only.
But as you have done the full load with infopackage, now just create a delta infopackage, no need of init delta infopackage, this is the reason, its giving dump.
Hope it has given some insight.

Check the ETT Table (Excise accounts assignment table) in the config have assigned the relevant gl accounts for TType - CEIV Update all the gl accounts in the table.
Verify the node--> Specify Excise Accounts per Excise Transaction --- debit and credit account names to the TType -- CEIV
Credit -- CENVAT Suspence
Cr         RG23 AT1
Cr         RG23 BED,RG 23 ECS,
Dr         CENVAT Clearing
Dr         PLA BED, PLA AED, PLA SED
Dr         RG23 AED, BED, SED
Same should be assigned for Sub-Transaction Type '01' for CEIV Type.

I am using the EHP5 IS-U component. I am getting the below dump error, when I am trying to create Business partner in T.Code: FPP1.
**Error in the ABAP Application Program**
**The current ABAP program "ISU_BUPA_EVENT_DINP1==========FT" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.**
**The following syntax error occurred in program "SAPLES02 " in include "LES02U14 " in line 30:**
**"The data object "BUS0DIINIT" does not have a component called "MUSTER_KUN".**
I have searched SAP notes, but I am unable to find any suitable notes to resolve this issue.
Could anyone help me to resolve this issue.

Please don't go adding fields. Aren't we talking about SAP-standard structures here?
Have you actually checked (in transaction SE11) that the structure ISU_EKUNINIT is included in the BUS0DIINIT?
If it is, and the field MUSTER_KUN is missing, then you should raise an OSS note.
If the structure is not included, you should also talk to OSS. Your ISU installation might be incomplete?

I am trying to load data from PSA to Info Object (0Material_Attr) via DTP, I am getting error and itu2019s giving the short dump.
Runtime Errors UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
Exception CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE.
"UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION" "CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE"
"SAPLRRMS" or "LRRMSU13"
"RRMS_X_MESSAGE".
In Job overview, job is getting cancelled, with error message
"The object name is not allowed to be empty".
ABAP/4 processor: UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION.
We have done the following steps, even then error persist.
Transaction RSRV > All Elementary Tests > Master Data > Compare Number Range and Maximum SID for the characteristic 0REQUID.
If the system reports an error here, correct the error using the "Correct Error" function.

Error while creating vendor invoice by FB60 Urgent!!!!!!!!!!

While creating an vendor invoice by FB60 . the system is giving me an error message that this account cannot be directly posted to. Its an recon . Account. The user wants me to set it temporarily for some invoices and set back the GL account later on. Could anyon esuggest me. Its urgent please.

the acct 12501550 which is advance payments is an accrual acct which is not a recon a/c
check the gl seetings
in Type and Description tab
make sure its a balance sheet acc
in Control tab
remove the recon. account for acct type , i.e., leave the field blank
generally , the line item display is clicked and sort key are filled.
in Create/bank/interest Tab
check the appropriate FSG and make sure to uncheck the post automatically field.
and try to post it after the changes, it shoud work.
