Abismal service! Wont even offer appology or respo...

Question

Thought I'd put this out to the group to see if I am being unreasonable.
7 months ago, my partener and I signed up with BT in a rural house, telephone and BB. After waiting for a couple of weeks the due date of installation came and went and no broadband. Heard nothing, but when I called a few days later was eventually told that the exchange was full and BT could not provide broadband. Waited a week to see if things changed... they didnt.
So I CANCELLED (thats important) BT broadband and moved to plusnet, who although should be also using BT wholesale, came and installed the broadband fine. I was a happy man as could work from home again.
Then two weeks later, my broadband stopped, after a BT engineer came to check the line we found that broadband had been switched back to BT!! BT obviously saw it was indeed possible to offer broadband and that I must want it with them. Without my permission they switched me back. (Bare in mind I am in contract and paying plusnet now).
I phone BT to rant a little and ask nicely for them to stop the broadband and they cannot provide a MAC code for transfer in the first month, I raise a complaint to BT on the customer care number (IMPORTANT). So I end up waiting using BT broadband and paying plusnet until I get a call from BT moaning that I am not paying for there service. Again I explain the problem (By this time I was a regular caller to BT priority care team to ask for broadband to be moved). It took multiple calls (I estimate 7 at least) to get things sorted and my broadband back to plusnet. I again ask whether my complaint has been reviewed, I get told that it 'should have been' and it has been raised again and I will hear back shorthly (I never did) however I was where I wanted to be.
So yesterday I get a letter from BT welcoming me to my FIRST months bill for phoneline and BROADBAND!! aaarrgh
The calls start again, where should I go from here, I DO NOT WANT BT BROADBAND. I have been charged multiple times and spent over £50 on calls to BT and been charged for broadband again. All I can think is I have a new account setup to remove all my previous complaints that were not responded too on my account. Does people think I am doing all I can to get this sorted? Who do I go to next, the ombudsman??

Probably easiest to read my thread however, currently I am being charged over £100 for a bill when my previous bill that was changed was being (and still is) paid by direct debit. I have credit of £99 on that account.
On this new bill I have been charged a cancellation fee for broadband (please read my thread) and then CHARGED for the broadband I guess the cancellation fee is for.
Please please help me.
