Abortedjobs missing in RZ20

In RZ20, under SAP CCMS Monitor Templates, Background Processing, Background, the entry Abortedjobs is missing. Is this entry only there when there are (or have been) Aborted Jobs or should it always be there? I am runnig ECC5.0 SP13.

  • CCMS Deleted MTE Classes

    Hi there,
    i'm on R3 4.6c.
I accidently deleted a Part of an Monitor Tree with "Option 4" which not only deletes the MTE Klasses from shared memory, but also from DB. (Hint: 392272)
    Missing Nodes:
RZ20->SAP CCMS Admin Workplace -> Entire System -
    >
    --> SID -> Application Server
    --> SID -> R/3 Services -> Dialog / Update
I can identify the missing MTE Classes in the RZ21 "Overview of MTE Classes".
    E.g. all
    R3ApplicationServer                      SAP-DEFAULT
    R3ApplicationServer                      SAP-DEFAULT_OLD_001
    R3ApplicationServer                      SAP-DEFAULT_OLD_002
    R3ApplicationServer                      SAP-DEFAULT_OLD_003
    R3ApplicationServer                      SAP-DEFAULT_OLD_004
    R3ApplicationServer                      SAP-DEFAULT_OLD_005
    are missing.
If i want to reset an empty MTE Class, like the Application Server, i get an error:
"Operation not possible for the following nodes
    Knotenname (MTE)   Typ
    Application Server Virtuell  "
(I agree with that error, because the Class Definitions are missing )
I found no way to transport the missing class definitions from another System.
    Any Suggestions?
    Regards
    Manuel

    Hi Bidwan,
thx 4 your answer. I opend an OSS which give me the same solution as you say.
The MTE Classes are created by the SAP Kernel, if they are not existant.
An reboot of the App Server solves the Problem.
I was confused by an Hint where SAP is talking about MTE Classes in Shared Mem and on the Database.
If you used "Option 3 or 4" to delete MTE Classes, they where deleted from the shared mem AND from the DB.
So i thought an restart of the App Server only get back my shared mem objects, but not them from the Database.
I was wrong. The SAP Kernel is my friend :).
    Lesson learned
    Regards
    Manuel

  • RZ20 - Missing sub-tree entries in CCMS_Selfmonitoring

    Hello,
Please could some let me know how to restore missing monitoring sub-tree entries in RZ20 in a Sol Man 7.01 system ?
Due to an error message displayed when trying to start a ccmsping agent on a satellite system I found SAP Note 517533 which advised the following steps to refresh the System Component Repository (SCR) : -
    Repeat the SCR upgrade process.
    Here is the procedure:
        1. Start transaction RZ20.
        2. Open monitor collection SAP CCMS Monitors for Technical Experts.
        3. Open the monitor CCMS Selfmonitoring.
        4. Open the branch CCMS_Selfmonitoring.
        5. Choose Extras -> Activate maintenance function
        6. In the CCMS_Selfmonitoring branch, delete the subtree labelled 'System Component Repository' (Edit -> Nodes -> Delete -> Option 4).
        7. Switch to transaction RZ21.
        8. Choose Techn. Infrastructure -> Method execution -> Activate background dispatching.
I carried out these steps in the Solution Manager environment and when I ran step 6 a number of entries vanished from the RZ20 - CCMS Selfmonitoring - CCMS_Selfmonitoring subtree.
I then did as the note suggests and made sure the CCMS background dispatching job SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP had ran (it does every 5 minutes) but the tree entries have still not re-appeared.
For example, in RZ20 - SAP CCMS Techincal Expert Monitors - CCMS Selfmonitoring - <SID> - CCMS_Selfmonitoring only the following subtree entries are present:
    - Tooldispatching (long running tasks)
    - Tooldispatching (central system)
    - Central Performance History
Previously the CCMS_Selfmonitoring sub tree looked more like our other Solman systems with entries such as: -
    - Tooldispatching (long running tasks)
    - Tooldispatching (central system)
    - Central Performance History
    - Startuptools once per system
    - Runtime
    - Availability Monitoring
    - SapmssyT
    - CCMS Agents
    - System Component Repository
    - XML_SelfMonitoring
    - GRMG_Self-Monitoring
To find a resolution I've searched multiple SAP notes and Google without success.
Please can someone advise how to get these entries back into the monitoring sub-tree ?
    Thank you.

    Hello Jansi
    Thanks for your responding.
I can confirm that no Technical Views have been changed.  Even when I change them for testing the missing tree entries do not return.
I have carried out the steps as described to reset the entire self monitoring node but the entries that were present are still not present.
    Any further suggestions ?
    Thanks,
    Dave.

  • Data missing under J2ee monitor templates in RZ20

    Hi,
We are trying to setup Central monitoring from solman, registered ccm4x and ccmsr agents poining to SOLMAN,
The J2EE monitor template does not show data related to "APPLICATINS" "LOG FILES",it is blank  locally ,Is anything else required for getting the data.
Both solman and satellite system are on EHP1

    Hi,
You could try the following SAP note for that:
1081694 - CCMS: Local system missing from "SAP J2EE Monitor Templates
You should also check that you are using the latest SAPCCMSR and also the latest libjmon library.  See the SAP notes:
1453112 - CCMS agent and kernel: patches 2010
    1033491 - CCMS monitoring for AS Java (NetWeaver2004s, 7.00)

  • RZ20 - Oracle MTE missing

    I am running Oracle 9.2.0.7
Under "SAP CCMS Monitor Templates" - "Database" there is no Oracle monitoring set.
How do I get the Oracle alerts?

    Hello William,
the most common reason for the missing Oracle MTEs is a not running Background Dispatching. You should check if it is running (rz21 - Technical infrastructure - Method execution - Activate Background Dispatching). Another fast way to check this is to search for the job SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP is running each hour (preferebly without errors

  • One line item missing from PO created using Shopping cart

Hello Team, we have raised a shopping cart with 6 line items, having the same vendor and account assignment details. Once the shopping cart was approved the PO was created but the 3rd line item was missing in the PO. When we checked in BBP_PD, the 3rd line item is still showing as item in transfer process. Can anyone please throw some light to this issue. All the line items were approved.
    Thanks.
    Richa

    Hi Richa,
Is there any error in RZ20 for that shopping cart?

  • System Monitoring setup: missing database

I would like to set up System monitoring functionality for satellite system in SOLMAN.
    The following problems occurred:
    1) Missing database component of the system in System Monitoring set up
Usually the system has the following components in System Monitoring set up:
    a) SAP Application Server
    b) Server <servername>
    c) Database <SID>-Database
For my satellite system the Database component c) is missed.
How can this component be activated? The satellite system has MaXDB
    2) Missing system entries in tcode RZ20
I miss the entries of the system e.g. Shortdumps Frequency, AbapErrorInUpdate, Shortdumps in tcode RZ20.
How will the system values added into the RZ20?
    Thank you very much!
    regards
    Thom

    Solved!
You just need to maintain the DB in SMSY

  • MTE Node Collection Missing

I'm currently working on setting up our CCMS alerts and I've noticed that some of the MTE nodes do not have data or analysis methods assigned to them. I can see that on my CEN some are missing but if I go to another server which the CEN is monitoring, they appear. Can anyone tell me why?

    Hi Connie,
There could be 2 reasons why you don't se a data collection method for specific MTE's:
    1. The MTE doesn't use an active datacollection method. In that case the application that has to monitored is supplying the monitoring data itself.
    2. Someone deleted the methods from RZ21 and RZ20. In that case you have to recreate/import them again.
    With regards,
    Michel Bal.

  • Availability, Heartbeat Performance attribute missing in MTE Node

    Hi,
We have registered our CCMS agents with Central Monitoring System and they are working fine. Our collect and analysis RFCs also working fine as well. But when I am going to RZ20 > SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors > CCMS Selfmonitoring > <CEN SID>> CCMS_Selfmonitoring > CCMS Agents > <SAPCCM4X.Hostname.00> there Heartbeat and Availability MTE classes are missing. For some systems these are working fine. Please help.

  • CEN (/rz20) MappingErrors for /Applications/KM Collaboration/SCF/Service Co

    Hello All,
at the CEN (CentralMonitoring System) i see in the
    /rz20
SAP J2EE Monitor Templates - CCMS Selfmonitoring - MoniInfra_HOSTNAME - CCMS Connector - Mapping errors an issue
"Invalid configuration group for node /Applications/KM Collaboration/SCF/Service Connectors".
Does anybody know what error this is?
    Thanks for help!
    Martina

    Check under system administration->monitoring->Knowledge M
whether you see all green symbols for the 4 categories of KMC components. They should all be green; if not then please open a OSS message. The problem you've posted most likely is caused by a missing connection to a CCMS which is an optional component for the java stack; the sp14 stack should work regardless of this problem.

  • Applciation Monitor (RZ20) not recording messages

    Dear SRM 7 Experts,
We are implementing SRM 7 with ECC EHP 4.  We transfer Preqs from ECC to SRM via PI and Central Contracts from SRM to ECC via PI.  The problem we have is that the Aplplciation Monitor in SRM 7 (RZ20) is not recording any interface errors when replication of Preqs or Central Contracts fails.  What are we missing?  Is there a background job that we need to run to make RZ20 record messages?
    Thanks and regards

  • RZ20 Alerts

    Hi All
I am using FM 'SDF_CCMS_CON_GET_RZ20_ALERTS' for getting alerts. But i am not getting message text  for local errors.
In Rz20 ,i am having local error also.

    Puloma,
In the daily operation of an XI system, blocked queues are found in different ways, though the first way is the most popular:
    1) The CCMS (transaction RZ20) issues an alert that a queue is blocked
    2) The end user in the receiving system complains about missing messages
    3) The performance of the system (messages per hour) drops
Go through the SAP Notes 824039, 634771

In CEN (F41), under the RZ20 transaction, I do not see the R3H instance.
Do you the this strange behavior?
    Thank you,
    NikeeHello,
I would like to monitor the Remote ABAP instance (R3H) on to the CEN instance (F41).
I have created RFC connections to R3H from F41, and also installed SAPCCM4X agent on R3H as an alternative connection to F41.
In CEN (F41), under the transaction ST03G, I am able to see R3H instance global workload data.
In CEN (F41), under the RZ20 transaction, I do not see the R3H instance.
*****Somehow, the R3H Remote ABAP system Entry is Missing*****
Please let me know what I am doing wrong here...

  • Partner application configuration is missing error on SSO login page

We have APEX 3.1.2 setup as a partner application and an application within APEX setup to use SSO for authentication. Following a link to the APEX application redirects to the Single Sign-On page, as it should, but it also shows "Error: The partner application configuration is missing or expired." I type in my password and username, click the Login button, and (if I entered my username and password correctly, of course!) then the APEX application is shown. So, I cannot figure out why we're getting the no_papp_err error and I have not found any solutions to that issue on Metalink or anywhere else on the Internet. Any ideas? I'm concerned that we have a misconfiguration somewhere that is causing this error and will affect any other partner application we setup in the future.
We're on Oracle Portal 10.1.4, SSO 10.1.2, and SSL is setup on both infra and mid tiers.

Did you try checking the partner application entries on the SSO-login server page?
please login as orcladmin or some other user with membership in, i beleive, iasadmins group. verify that for this partner application, what you see here corresponds to the application URL. it looks like your login page call may have issues. so check for login url too.
also check the ORASSO.WWSSO_LS_CONFIGURATION_INFO$ for entries corresponding to Apex application.
