Thank you @Merik for your reply. According to the form I submitted, it looks like I need to have a budget of over $10,000? When I filled out the form the first time, I selected 0-$10,000, and received an automated response that I needed a minimum budget of $10,000 for a campaign. This confuses me a little as I'm not trying to run any kind of marketing campaign, I simply want an account with my business name, and not my personal name. Do I have this correct, do I need to pay that much just to get my business name on my Spotify account?

How are businesses handling the "APPLE LOCK" on company cell phones when an employee leaves and their phone is unusable because the euipment was set up on the employee's personal Apple Account with their ID and password? When an employee leaves a business and the company has purchased the equipment, the company should have the rights to reissue the equipment and Apple should provide an alternative to unlock the equipment from the employee's personal APPLE account and password so the company (that purchased the equipment) can reissue the line and equipment to another employee.
If you can prove ownership to Apple, they may be able to help you.
The best way of handing things would be strong policies requiring that the equipment be turned in in a usable state. i.e. not activation locked. Failing this, the employee should be charged the cost of the replacement phone. Held from their final paycheck if required. -

That does happen. It depends on how hard the server is being hit, as well as the connection speed of your system. If you are on a windows system, you will want to disable any antivirus or firewall software during the download.

They cannot access your account using it. They could potentially extract your media and from that learn the email address of your Apple ID. They would need to crack the password by force. The device itself doesn't have any access to your account and cannot be de-registered for it.

Yes, I understand. That number can't be used for SMS, however, The iPad has no built in SMS capabilites, only iMessage. The only way you can get an iMessage to show with a phone number is if you have an iPhone tied to the same Apple ID. Otherwise, the iMessages will show up with your Apple ID.
If you want to SMS from your iPad, you will need an app such as TextFree. -

When you do this, make sure they don't have iTunes set to automatically open and automatically sync when an iOS device is connected. -
If someone else has set up an ICloud account using my email address and Apple ID but has chosen his name for the mail name, can I get rid of his name in the [email protected] and put mine in there? How did he manage to do this? - he would have to have known your password if he was using an existing Apple ID. You should change it immediately to something strong and unguessable. That will prevent him accessing the account or using the email he has set up (assuming he hasn't changed the password and locked you out).
You can't change the primary @icloud.com address once set up, though you can create additional addresses as email aliases: if he's given this address out you will get his emails but you could set up a Rule to trash them.
You might to better to create a new ID and iCloud account anyway. To do this you wil need a different non-Apple email address (you could use a free GMail one); or you have the option in the iCloud prefs pane to choose an @icloud.com address and make that the ID. -

FS00 > Control data > open item management (must be checked for recon accounts)
but if you have already posted with this account is not possible to make it as recon account, if is the case, you must delete it and create a new account (open item management checked) and report the postings from the first to new account.

I would say let him fess up and give him a chance to mend his ways, but there is at least one app that goes for $900 (according to another poster's request for a refund). You may end up $1000+ deeper gone.
Change the account number which will close the current links and freeze/prevent charges under the old number. As I understand it Apple gets grumpy when charges get rejected, and you need to jump through hoops to get a payment method reattached.

Can you put two iphones onto one Apple account? I want to be able to share music and apps in my family, but don't want to share messaging, face time. How do I do this?
They would have to sign into their account in Settings>iTunes and App Store to make a purchase with their account.
I do not understand what you mean by:

On your Phone and the other devices you can go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and turn off Automatic Downloads. Automatic Downloads mean that if something is purchased on one device, it will automatically be download on other devices that use the same Apple ID
