#1 When Will Apple ever Update Apple Mac App Store? cause it's starting to look like it's getting old even though it's working great but i think there needs to be an Update on Apple Mac App Store, they should make it look more like Apple iTunes in the Very end, that would be a good idea.
#2 in Apple Mac App Store they have a Papular Puzzlers Brain-Testing Games part of the Store, ok when you click it & or see it the Backround has a Red Maze of Some kind of game, what is the Name of that Mac Game or iPhone Game or both? cause i really wanna see what that game is, i realize they don't have that game in the link in Papular Puzzlers but there has to be a Certain Red Maze Game with that backround there using i know there is a game like that but don't know the name of that game so does anyone here know the Name of that game that Papular Puzzlers has the Red Backround Maze ? do you know the game name? or they just made a Design that way & thats it?

I Have a Problem I Bought Real Racing 2 for My Apple iMac Computer on The Apple Mac App Store & Today I Made a Mistake & Downloaded The Real Racing 2 in HD on Apple iTunes for The Apple iPad Version so I Contacted Apple iTunes about it & They Reinbursed me back The $12.99 For The Apple Mac Version of Real Racing 2 instead of Reinbursing me The Real Racing 2 for Apple iPad now they messed up i told them I Have Real Racing 2 for My Apple iPhone & Apple iMac Computer & I Don't have an Apple iPad, I Wish i was a person that never makes mistakes I Want to keep Real Racing 2 for My Apple iPhone & Apple iMac Computer & They Reinbursed me for The Real Racing 2 for The Mac now what do i do? Depends upon to whom you are speaking. There is the iTunes Store, sometimes called the App Store, from which Apple vends apps for iPhones, iPads, and iPods. Then there is the Mac App Store, MAS, also sometimes referred to as the App Store rather than the Mac App Store where Apple vends software for Mac computers.

I Have an Application on My Computer that I Use it's Called Pixelmator & I Bought it on The Mac App Store a few month's ago when they 1st released The Apple Mac App Store & now Pixelmator needs an Update cause it say's it in The Mac App Store but when I Go to Update it, it say's that i should try again, there is an error, message comes on is what i mean so i go to search it in The Mac App Store & i'm not able to find it? I Think they Removed it from The Mac App Store, can they do that? Well, yes, there are rules for the App Store and yes, they can stop offering something or if they offer a newer version, your old one won't update because they won't offer it any more. There is a downside to using the app store: stuff is only available as long as it is showing there.
So, I just did a search there and you are right: there are no results. So, the only thing I can think of is for you to go to the website of Pixelmator and ask them about it.

Nor is it hidden in the iTunes Store.

Mac App Store download scheduler?

i am recieving a 5k iMac for Christmas this year, I have a question about the Mac app store. I have satellite Internet and my unlimited period is from 3am-8am. Is there a way to have the Mac app store start downloads at 3am so I wouldnt use all the daytime data up? If the App Store doesn't have that feature, is there a third party program that could make it possible to download things from the Mac aop store during those times? Thanks.

You might look into the Automator app that comes free on the Mac, perhaps you can create a workflow that will accomplish what you wish to do.

Accidently deleted Mac App Store

How do I get the Mac App Store back when I am on Mac OS X 10.6.7?

I don't think that someone would just accidently delete the Mac App Store.If you just took it out of your dock,then it's in your applications folder,but if for some reason it's not there because you deleted it,then you probably need to just wait until the next firmware update of snow leopard releases until your system can be patched up by it or you can try to get the application off of a download,but I don't recommend because of the reason that it would be a third party download and I think that the Apple Mac App Store has extensions installed on your Mac partition.Try finding the application online and see if you can get it via a third party,but again,I don't recommend it and hopefully you didn't "accidently" delete any of it's extensions either.

About Apple ID and Mac App Store Purchases...

I was wondering if someone could give me some assistance for this question. Ok here's the situation, I want to use iCloud in my Mac however, I can't use it because it requires my Apple ID to be in an e-mail format (i.e. "[email protected]"), and my ID is in user name format (i.e. "deltaforce"). I know that you can change your ID into email format by logging into appleid.apple.com. the problem that I have is that I have made multiple Mac App Stores purchases and I don't want to lose them if I update the ID. I was wondering if the Mac App Store will still recognize me as the owner of my apps under the new ID.

I have now spent many hours on this APPLE ID issue and still no luck from apple. I paid for an Apple ID for 10 Years with my .mac account which did not have the email address format. So now I bought an IPAD and had to convert to the email address format - OK no problem except all the APPS and Music purchased under my original ID ar NO LONGER linked to my @mac.com address. Where did they go? I have 3 other macs trying to sync and now nothing works! Type " apple ID issues" into Google ( Google - not the apple support search window) and the first thing that comes up is many people with the same issue - click on the "Apple ID verification problem" and you will see over 6000 people have used this trail to figure out what happened to their Apple ID. Come on APPLE - Read you own posts and help us. I did not change my account you did. I am a loyal 30 year apple fan and this is the most PC thing you have ever done. The apple Experts at the store are telling me I have to pay for tech support help to fix your server issues - - Come on!!! That would not work anyway - - Just read all the people who have tried at this link and you will see that many people have this issue and the tech support does not know how to fix it.

How do I complain about a broken app sold in the Mac app store?

I bought Viewfinder from Connected Flow Ltd originally from their website. It stopped working under Mountain Lion which hindered my usual workflow.
I was excited to see that it was availalbe on the App Store and subsequently bought it again (some AUD$20 worth) because I figured it must be compatible if it was being sold. The version I have is 1.1.1(41) and it's totally useless full lock and freeze EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.
The app is no longer in the app store and the vendor is non responsive to all inquiries.
Can someone please advise what the process is for recovering my money for goods that aren't fit for sale?

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove may not be the one named in the update notice. For example, the App Store could prompt you to update "Angry Birds" or "Twitter," but the hacked app could be "Final Cut Pro." Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you must carry out a systematic search with Spotlight.
1. Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
2. In the Finder, press command-F to open a search window, or select
          File ▹ Find
from the menu bar. In the search window, select
          Search: This Mac

          Other...
A sheet will drop down. In that sheet, select
          Raw Query
as the criterion, then click OK or press return.
Now there will be a text box to the right of the menu of search criteria. That's where you enter the raw search query. Click in that box and paste the text you copied earlier by pressing command-V.
3. The search window will now show all the App Store products that are installed. Compare those search results with the list of your purchases from the App Store. To see the complete list, you may need to unhide hidden purchases. If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
4. At least one of the apps in the Spotlight search results is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash, after quitting it if it's running. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
5. Quit and relaunch the App Store. Test.
If you find these instructions confusing, ask for an alternative method.

Mac App Store Won't Sign Me Into My Apple Account

Today, I was going to download and install an app from the Mac App Store. So, I opened the App Store, found the app, and clicked download and then install. Of course, it popped up the box to sign into my Apple account. I typed in my e-mail and password and click "sign in". It began its little turning-circle "loading" icon on the little box (not the beach ball). But nothing ever happened. After 15 minutes, I forced quit App Store and tried again. Again, same thing. I did this a total of three times. So, I decided not to touch it and just let it run its course. Well, it's been at least four hours now, and no change. Still "signing in", but nothing's happening. Has anyone else had this problem? Because I can't find anything anywhere about this on the discussions site. Help! Please!

Go to Settings > Store and sign-out. Sign-in again using your Apple ID. Of course this won't help if the apps were purchased using your friend's ID.

What is the full text of the message that you are getting ?
Messages about countries usually refer to the country that you have on your iTunes account. You have your correct billing address on your account, and you are in that country ? If you can't log into your account directly on your phone to view/correct your address details (e.g. via Settings > iTunes & App Store), then can you do it via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com ?
