About credit card

Hi, I had registered my credit card a week ago on Apple.and then that day  I remove all information about credit card off my apple acount.but today i learned that  2 dollars payment has been given off my credit card.but I never  buy any paid apps.Each time I was looking up my Itunes on pc , but there was always a 0.00$.so I do not know what to do now.please help me.check it . what happened and where is the 2 dollars?

    Well the term "hotlined" I have never heard before. In any case many states (like NY) just passed regulatory powers to the State Public Service Commission of which it may be called something different in your state. You could file a complaint with them. Or file a complaint with your state attorney generals office, they also take on wireless providers.
    The problem here is the staff you speak to are poorly trained, in days gone by it took one call to them and they pulled up your account and see the error and had the authority to remove any errors. They did not remove legitimate account actions, but used their heads instead of putting a customer off or worse lying to the customer.
    Its a shame you have to go through what you going through.

  • A serious complaint about credit cards and Adobe

    I have just upgraded to master collection, and this has not been easy nor has it been clear. various people have been involved and none have been able to clear the matter. I was originally quoted a price which turned out to be connected to an "educational offer". One Adobe staff member took my credit card details yet they didnt send any further communication about the order. I am suspicious about this. I managed to get our IT company to circumvent the process and spent in excess of "the quote". I have not been able to log in to the area they suggest to escalate the problem due to it being"unavailable" since October (screen shots available).
    I feel that there is something not altogether correct or legal about what is happening here, and am currently discussing with UK Police Fraud Investigation about this, as you simply cannot take credit card details and not respond. Apparently the site has been down since October 16 2012, today is November 9. How am i supposed to respond?
    Having been a customer for 2 decades I see how matters are out of control and desperate with Adobe.
    I have given you (Adobe) several hours of my time trying to sort this problem and yet there is no resolve as yet. No one called me back (as promised) - probably due to the fact that my contact number was (and has been for years, even after correcting numerous times) WRONG. Indeed, I gave Ranbir (Adobe agent) my correct number several times, but zero response.
    I have paid you over the odds, I would like an answer. I am glad that I didnt invest in any of your other "schemes"
    I am also intensley annoyed by your lazy, off hand customer services department.

    Firstly, what a relief to have an understanding mail/response regarding this, thank you.
    OK, the main point lies with the order on 10/16/2012, which was verbally placed (credit card details etc) and we were given the (again verbal) delivery date of "2 days" which wasn't confirmed by email.  It became impossible to have this situation understood, and also worrying that we'd handed over details like that in good faith to Adobe.This phone conversation took place on the morning of the 5th November with a view to completing all the upgrades on the Friday due to work schedules.
    As we could not get a response from anyone within Adobe, I was forced to purchase "on the day" in order that we didn't suffer major interruptions to our work. We contacted the UK distributor (CU), and explained this situation  and they could only agree to selling to us at retail price, which we had to do, thus incurring courier costs as well as the huge amounts of telephone time - unproductive. Repeating time after time the same things, and being promised a "call back".  I established a relationship with one operator who managed to inform me to send in my receipts to consider "some kind of compensation". These i have submitted 3 times now.
    Thats whats happened in a nutshell, and it really hasn't been anything near a good experience, I am sad to say. I now have a fully paid upgrade CS6 Master Collection, but at a considerably higher price (in more ways) than i expected, and the concern over credit card information is a huge worry!
    The addresses and contact information etc problem,  has been a persistent, decade long, "repeating exercise" which, hopefully now will be resolved , as everytime our company has to upgrade, its a real chore - which it shouldn't be. You probably have seen all our Photoshop licenses, and see how far back our history goes.
    I have to say, I felt completely defeated and negative about the whole experience, and seriously welcome a simple discussion/resolve to it

    If it was an unauthorized charge, particularly one that doesn't appear in the Purchase History in your iTunes Store account, you should contact your credit card company and report the charge. Otherwise, go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. Note that the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final, so if you wish to ask for a refund for something other than an error in the store itself, a refund is by no means guaranteed.

    If you do not live in the U.S. you may not have the option to remove a credit card from your iTunes account. But if you do have a credit card listed in the account and it has been verified, you aren't charged for free apps anyway, so I'm not sure why removing the card matters. But you can try this.
    Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID. Tap you ID. Tap View Apple ID in the next window. Enter your Password. Then go to Payment Information and see if you can remove the card in there.
    If you already created the ID and you are trying to use the ID without a credit card, you are stuck now. You have to enter a credit card and then you might be able to remove it.
    If you wanted to create an ID without a credit card, you did it incorrectly. Read this.

    The following cards have balances I'm working on paying down to zero!
    Express $547 limit $1300 I went a lil coo coo for my birthday

    The store cards and Credit One should all be paid to zero as soon as you can. These cards all have terrible interest rates, and they encourage you to buy things you might not really need. These can be kept in a sock drawer indefinitely, and only brought out if there is something you absolutely positively cannot do without, or there's a 50% price reduction bonus for using the card.The Credit One can be (should be) closed as soon as you can.When talking about "credit cards" always put the store cards and Credit One is a special place in your commentary, to make sure everyone knows you understand they are not real credit. The real credit cards, you only have three, for a total available credit limit of $2,500. These should be used for regular daily spend, groceries, gasoline, pharmacy, if you have room on the card. Because the available credit is so low, you likely will be getting near the credit limit on each. Be sure to pay the statement balance by the payment due date, and earlier if you are approaching the available $500 or $1,500 limit, depending on the card. The comment about letting only one card report, well, that is for times when you really want to groom your FICO score for some major application, not for every day. For typical months? these card limits are so low it is not much of an issue right now if you let balances report on them. You want to build credit. You do that by reporting balances on the cards you do have, using them, and getting credit limit increases on these three real credit cards. You should check on the Capital One website for your account, to request a Soft Pull Credit Limit Increase. It has quarterly rotating categories of 5% cash back which includes things like groceries, gasoline and restaurants. It is one of the basic no annual fee cards that provides good rewards. If you have not yet, you should try to find your FICO credit score. One place is to pay for it here, to get an accurate reading. From that, you can get a good idea where you stand in your likely credit applications. Are you planning on any purchases such as a car or mortage in the future? Those plans should be considered as you look at your credit history and plan next steps in working with these cards and potentially applying for new credit cards. Finally, before applying for other cards, it's a good ideal to search and ask questions around here to get a better perspective on what is available, benefits and gotchas with any cards (like Credit One gotchas). Good luck!

    The credit card transactions supplied by credit card companies via data medium exchange are non-SAP data. You first need to transfer this non-SAP data to the SAP system. You can start the transfer of the non-SAP data from Travel Management using the Credit Card Clearing function.

    The credit card clearing report RPRCCC00 (Credit Card Clearing) reads the data records in the data file supplied by the credit card company. The credit card transaction data is already checked at this point. The data checks include:

    ·        Assignment of data records to the personnel numbers in the SAP system
    ·        Check of requirements for automatic processing
    If the program can assign the credit card transactions to a trip (automatic assignment) and the system is set up to allow this, it creates a credit card document in the trip from the data in the credit card transaction. The program then saves this trip. At the same time, it saves the data record of the credit card transaction with the assigned trip number and the transaction number for the assigned personnel number in the INBEL table of cluster TC in the PCL1 database (storage for credit card trips added to trips). If the program cannot assign the credit card transaction to a trip, or if the receipt requires additional information, it saves the credit card transaction for the assigned personnel number in the receipt buffer (table CCBEL for cluster TC in database PCL1).

    All CC Apps ask me to update my payment info and warn me that my subscription will cancel in X days. I've  updated my card info days ago and my card is waiting to be charged!     I am trying quite diligently to create an account for use in the app store for free apps. I know the method everyone speaks of, of being in the app store and trying to purchase a free app. however I am trying to use an ID I have already created and it doesn't give me the payment option "none" Any Help??

    I suppose so...if you had a credit card to enter on file. Plus people are pretty sketchy about credit cards these days...even if it is family. I know that someone was able to resolve this, I just don't know how. I even called apple Support and the Agent I was speaking to, although very polite and nice, didn't know...he just kept spinning in circles...I am just hoping that someone can help me with what seems to be a unique situation.
