  • View CRM document in ECC through document flow

    Hi ,
    we have a requirement where we need to show a CRM document in document flow of another document in ECC. There is no replication for these documents. I also need to display the CRM document in ECC when it is selected from document flow.
    Can any one please help on this?
    Regards,
    Sharf.

    This is all going to be custom development but here is the idea:
    In theory, you can read the docflow of the CRM parent document (which is in ECC) by an RFC into CRM and get the subsequent documents. The major assumption I am making here is simple: the docflow is established between the parent and the child in CRM.
    Once you have the docflow, you can show the document numbers in the R/3 and again access the individual documents and show relevant header and item details of the "CRM" docment in the ECC screen.
    FYI, an exactly "reverse" feature is available in CRM Web Channel (E-Commerce application). Here, you can see the Invoice details in the web, even though the billing documents are never replicated from ECC. We even see the document flow about the Shipping documents (Deliveries).

  • Report with information about release documents in VKM1

    Hello
    I need to know if exists some report that gives me more information about release documents in transaction VKM1. What user releases some document? How many documents a credit account had been release or block in a year or between dates?
    The transaction VKM2 just gives the release date of the document and not the user.
    Where I can find more information?
    Regards

    Hi,
    There is a field to know which account is the parent account, but you can't have others informations from the parent account except the name. In the new R16, you have others field called "Parent Account external unique ID" and "Parent Integration ID". What can I do with this field? Is it possible to display the parent account phone field in the report?

    One thing that is mentioned, but not really emphasized, is that the zooming when opening and closing Apps is now gone when the reduce motion setting is enabled. I guess too many people where claiming sea sickness and Apple wanted to avoid lawsuits.
    Now the nay sayers will have to refocus their efforts and complain about the font and the icons.

  • Hey, q about scanning documents to pdf.

    Hello all
    I want to scan documents to pdf, everday we have about 400 documents shipping documents from our waerchouse and we want to archivizate them in pdf. We need a programm who can scan this documents to pdf and write them in seperate files, on the documents are barcodes, the barcodes could be used to seperate the document. PLZ help and sry for me English.

    If you have a scanner, it should come with its own scanning software.  Alternatively you can download it from the manufacturer's website.
    You can also use Adobe Acrobat to scan documents, which allows you to do text recognition (OCR).  However, I have found that the original scanning software allows you much more functions than Acrobat does.

    Dear Frederic,
    you can try something like the following code (it checks if a document with the name LOGO is assigned to a Businesspartner and works in a same way for business transactions:
    DATA:
        lt_documents      TYPE skwf_ios,
        lt_doc_phios      TYPE skwf_ios,
        lt_properties     TYPE sdokproptys.
    DATA:
        ls_sibflporb      TYPE sibflporb.
    FIELD-SYMBOLS:
        <lfs_document>   TYPE skwf_io,
        <lfs_phio>       TYPE skwf_io.
    * get all documents to the businesspartner
      ls_sibflporb-instid  = lv_partner_guid.
      ls_sibflporb-typeid  = 'BUS1006'.    "#EC NO-TEXT .
      ls_sibflporb-catid   = 'BO'.         "#EC NO-TEXT.
      CALL FUNCTION 'SKWG_OLS_BO_LINKS_GET'
        EXPORTING
          BUSINESS_OBJECT              = ls_sibflporb
    *     RELATION                     = 'WCM_LINK'
    *     CSPC                         = ' '
        TABLES
          IOS                          = lt_documents.
    *  try to find the right document (name = LOGO)
      LOOP AT lt_documents ASSIGNING <lfs_document>.
        REFRESH lt_properties.
    *    Eigenschaften lesen
        CALL FUNCTION 'SKWF_IO_PROPERTIES_GET'
          EXPORTING
            IO                       = <lfs_document>
          TABLES
    *       PROPERTIES_REQUEST       =
            PROPERTIES_RESULT        = lt_properties.
    *    Property "KW_RELATIVE_URL" have to be LOGO!!!    READ TABLE lt_properties WITH KEY name = 'KW_RELATIVE_URL'
                                          value = 'LOGO'
                   TRANSPORTING NO FIELDS.
        CHECK sy-subrc EQ 0.
    * do something......

  • Technical Information About BW Documents

    I am looking for information about BW Documents.
    I know that Documents are managed in transaction RSA1, Documents tab.  But where in the file system are the documents stored?
    Also, I want to know how much storage space a document takes.  I have exported the document to my local computer and can see the size.  But there might be other space that is being use to store the document in BW.
    Pointers to White Papers or other documentation would be helpful.
    Thank you.

    Hi Audrey,
    Not sure if there are any white papers on this, but this link could give you some more info (if you haven't seen it yet):

  • Obtaining Material number from the CRM Document number

    Hi Gurus
    From which table can I get the material number if I know the CRM document number. Which are the tables that need to be linked to get this information?
    thank you very much

    Hi,
    Using doc number you can access CRMD_ORDERADM_H-OBJECT_ID = DOCNUM.
    CRMD_ORDERADM_I-HEADER = CRMD_ORDERADM_H--GUID.
    The material is in CRMD_ORDERADM_I.
    Hope this helps.
    Best regards,

  • How to show CRM documents into Portal KM repository

    Hi all,
    I would like to be able to <b>show CRM documents</b> (for Business Transactions / Business Partners ) <b>into the Portal</b> via WebDAV.
    What configurations do I have to do in :
    1) CRM
    2) Portal
    I've already searched sdn for this topic, but maybe I'm using the wrong keywords, didn't find much ... a manual or how/to, interesting links would be very helpfull !
    Thank you in advance !
    Abjuh

    Hi Abjuh
    I have recently setup the same and the CRM config guide is the most usefull one :
    https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700005796662005E/Config_50_EN_SP01A.pdf
    as of page 129 through 146.
    I started with testing on documents for business partners because this is a standard supported flow. Then I extended to non-standard supported business transactions
    In brief, for business partners , in CRM system I
    -Setup the HTTP Service in the Internet Communication Manager
    -Maintaining WebDAV Hierarchies
    and in portal  I :
    --Setup the HTTP Data Source
    -Setup the Memory Cache ( choose existing one )
    -Created WebDAV Repository Manager
    -Created an Index for the CRM Document Repository
    good luck
    The only thing I didn't manage to get to work yet is displaying the source object link in the search results
