About Error 1311, help to fix it

I am new here and I havent a glue and couldnt find a glue on how to post a problem I have with the adobe reader, I am at my wits end with it and have tryed everything you all have written about this error 1311. When I go to try to delete it out of my add and delete the adobe reader it wont let me and this is what it says: This patch package cound not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package. When I go to load it on my desk top computer using windows xp, internet explorier and it gets to 71% loaded this comes up on me. Adobe reader installation error, Error 1311. Source file not found: C:\documents and settings\all users\application data\adobe\setup\{AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7B44-AB0000000001}data1.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. Please if you write something for me to send it to my email due to me not knowing how I got here and if I can return here to see what help was posted for me : ( [email address removed] please state in the subject adobe flash error, ty so so so much. Hope I can fix this.

Silly ERROR! Help Me Fix Plz

I have just successfully got Jdev 9i working again, and I went to compile my project that I was working on and got the following:
Error: initialization error: oracle.ojc.symtab.LoadError: file java\lang\Object.class not found
I didn't get this last time I tried to compile my project, which was before I rebuilt my machine the day before.
I think it has to do with not being able to find some key jsdk files. I installed J2SDK 1.4.0_01 before unzipping jdev. I assume Jdev uses its own jsdk, is this right?
And the wierd thing is if I go ctrl+F9 it errors on the second last file in the project only, so I thought I'll just delete it (no problem it wasn't needed yet anyway). But then it errored on the file before the one I just deleted. So something is way amiss here.

This is usually a configuration problem. Make sure that SetJavaHome in jdev\bin\jdev.conf
points to a valid and full JDK (not just a jre).

always install and update all my apps for the last year when I had Win 8 and Win 8.1 now.   This has been going on since April and May and its driving me crazy!    And from the May updates I did get all the updates and
I also installed the KB update that said I need this KB to get all updates in the future.
But all the other people when they get this error code they could not even open and use any of their Apps already installed. And they also get the error code when they try to update or get a new apps.
But I can click on any APP installed already and use all my Apps with no problems.   I have read so many how to fix this error code but nothing works! :-(     I have tried a lot of

Fixed the problem by going to settings/store and logging out with apple ID. Then logged back in with password and updates, apps, and iTunes store seem to work ok now.

Yes, I've been using it for months. And I can charge other devices with it. (my iPhone) but something weird just happened..... I kept on pluging it in the iPod and sometimes it would start to chàrge then sometimes it won't charge. Charges every time with the iPhone though.

I have Windows XP home Firefox v1.0.6.
removed old java in Add/Remove programs.
cleared the "Temporary Internet Files" folder that contained C:\Documents and Settings\Greg\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5.
tried to load jre-1_5_0_04-windows-i586-p-iftw.exe for the third time, and the install still hangs up.

here's the thing, I cannot surf to "Content.IE5" folder in my "Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files" folder, but I can plug in the directory in the address bar of Windows Explorer & see the "Content.IE5" folder.
I do not see "je150000[1].cab" or "je150000[1].cab" in there.
Am I using the wrong program to fresh install Java for Firefox in XP?
Is there something wrong with my operating system?

Error 1311 Need Help ASAP

Hello all,
I am completely new to Java and only moderately capable on my PC. While trying to get my text-to-speech program on my word processor working it informed me that I needed Java Access Bridge 1.4.etc or higher to use it. I downloaded this program and tried to install it. As it was installing the cabinet files (still have no idea what those are) it came up with the message "Error 1311: Cannot find file "C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Programs\Temporary Internet Files"... and then it rattled off this seemingly random bunch of letters and slashes and ended with "Verify that this file exists and that you can access it."
First off, I HAVE no Local Programs folder under my User Name Folder in Docs and Settings. So of course I cannot locate this file or access it. Thinking it was my Java 2 version being out of date, I tried to update, but the same message occurred. I uninstalled everything that had the word Java in it and now I cannot re-install it without getting the same message.
Secondly, I am running Windows XP with the latest updates for Service Pack One, because SP2 screwed up my PC last time, and the last Forum post for this problem was in 2003. PLEASE HELP!!!

The \Local Programs\ dorectory is a hidden directory, if you haven't changed Windows' default setting it won't show. If you need to change that, use Folder Options | View and change it to show hidden folders and files.
You should have a C:\Documents and Settings\<you>\Local Programs\Temporary Internet Files directory as a part of Windows. Other programs - like Java - expect it to be there. If it's not you have a defective Windows installation.

You got ripped off. You bought a hacked/jailbroken phone. That's what error 1015 means. Return it and get your money back if possible and buy a phone from a legitimate source.
Discussing jailbroken / hacked phones is forbidden by the terms of service. Jailbreaking / hacking voids any warranty and forfeits your right to support here or from Apple. You can not get help here.
