About forbid payroll retro by Schema

Hi Experts,
I want to forbid payroll retro by Shema configuration. There is payroll funcion OPT, by OPT NRC can forbid payroll retro, but I don't know there is influence on other function ?

IT27 payroll retro run

Dear All,
Currently I create infotype 0027 subtype 01 to store my WBS, which is used for payroll purposes. Now I want to create new subtype and store data. subtype 02 is not payroll relavent. Currently IT 0027 is configured as Retro for payroll for all subtypes.
How can I exclude subtype 02 from payroll retro? Thanks.

you will not be able to subtype wise , but you can restrict field wise....
If suppose you are going to maintain XYZ field in Subtype 000, just dont mention it here....
Instead mention all the relevant fileds of Infotype 0027 .
In this manner you are excluding subtype 0002 , by not adding any of its fiileds here
in T588G:-
Sample entries that you will be maintaining for 0027 :-
0027 Cost Distribution Table : P0027 Fields like: KSTAR, BUKRS , AUFNR, POSNR,PROZT category : 1
For Each field you would have to maintain independent line in the table, But this has to work in case you are maintaining the Retro accouning trigger as field dependent for infotype as mentioned earlier

Payroll retro issue - related to /563

Hi PY experts,
Problem:
I have one PY retro issue.
Issue reported in December is :- One employee has a /563 claim of $18.45 (Claim from prev mth).
Why is here a deduction shown for this payslip?.
Issue reported in Jan 2010 is :- same employee has $99.3 (Claim from prev mth).
My analysis and details are as follows:-
December retro triggered for Oct,Nov.
Jan 10-retro triggered for June 09 onwards.
/561(amt employee owes to employer) in Nov in December run:- 18.45.
/561 in Nov in Jan'10 run:-117.75
So,
/563(claims from previous month) in December in december run:-18.45
/563 in December in Jan'10 run:-117.75
So,
99.30 SGD shown in Jan 2010 is the difference between the figures which was displayed in the last month.Ies (117.75 - 18.45 ) =99.30 .
-But my understanding is /561 will get formulated only in case the /110+/550 is negative.
But in this employee's scenario this amount is not coming as negative.Then how /561 is getting formulated even though( /110+/550 ) is not negative?
There is only difference between different runs of payroll of /101 . here is no difference in /110 amounts for same months in different runs.
So retro triggered thru the payment wage types(Cumilation 01).So I have run the wage type reoprt for comparing these wage types.(I can fwd this to email)
My doubts /help required areas are :-
1) How /561 is getting formulated even though( /110+/550 ) is not negative?
2) I can forward the details in proper excel format(easy to compare kind) -monthly wage type comparison report
which is related to (/101) wise reoprt , pls help me to find out how the exact amount is getting formulated.

HR REPORT about GET PAYROLL ISSUE!

i using LDB pnp to report about PY data!
i get PY data using GET PAYROLL!
one case occurs as follow:
search one person(99005500) using personid number i will get result ok!
all other condition not change! just in personid(pernr-pernr) condition, i put mass person id!
in these person, some id < 9900500, in this time, the person id 99005500 some period py data
can't display out!
i have to check period list using call method pay->read_result
                                                       IMPORTING
                                                             list = mylist. in GET PERNR !
i find mylist have different!
in first scene:
    mylist data contain all data about this person: begin with 20060110
but in last scene:
    mylist data contain data just begin with 20080804
so i think miss py data cause by mylist change !
i in SAP demo code:EXAMPLE_PNP_GET_PAYROLL i have saw:

Report in payroll retro - urgent please

Hi Guys
In our this pay period i.e 6th period , some people retroed back to 1st pay period. Is there any way to create a report of employees to see who retroed back to 1st pay period in 6th pay period. WT reporter or payroll reconciliation does not help in this.
Does any one know? Please let me know

Thanks Arun for your time. We can not do that because that date field in IT0003 has been changed for employees through another program for a different reason.
Just wondering is there is any way to get to the table ( do not know which table) where the details on payroll result clusters are stored. On the screen of Display Payroll Result, we have info like Payment date, For-Period, In-Period. Not sure if thisinfo is stored somewhere in Table. So is there a way to get this info? Any Idea?

But what about Microsoft.ResourceManagement.Automation and especially ObjectModel which is used in PowerShell scripting for example ?

A few questions about the design of the scheme

I want ask some question about design of the scheme.
1) If i store info about user (for example: /Smith/Bob - /phone values{+1 964 258 46 52}), i can request information by user (input parameters: /Smith/Bob - /phone, output:+1 964 258 46 52), but if i want get username by phone i must generate in store second string /19642584652 values{Smith Bob}. But I must duplicate any string - very prodigally. Are existing some work aruond?
2) if i want store some string with different minor key i put: ( /Smith/Bob - /phone, /Smith/Bob - /image, /Smith/Bob - /adress), but i already get duplicate date. Are existing any compressin major`s key? If yes - how it works
3) Are existing in Oracle NoSQL something like secondary index? If exist - how it works?
4) If i want get value by major key, im use get function(for example /Smith/Bob - /phone). How works searching algoritm? What mathematical basis of search?

how do we calculate the retroactive accounting in the payroll of hr-abap? for example : it is a situation that for an employee has got the salary for a month of oct. 10,000.but he got hiked for 5000..but he did not take the hiked salary in the month of nov, dec, he want to take it in jan... how do we calculate this thing i.e total of 1000050005000 = 20,000.
plz tell me the code in the hr-abap...................... it is related to payroll i need the exact coding plz help me... any help will be appreciated.....

so u include that amount in arrears and run the pay roll

Questions about CIN tax procedure choice and pricing schemas

Hi all,
I have to implement SAP on a Indian company and I'm verifying all particularity about this country (in particular tax procedures and the great number of differents tax conditions used).
I have two questions about tax procedures and pricing schemas. Every feedback about thse points will be appreciated.
a) To choose tax procedure TAXINN or TAXINJ which are the elements that I have to consider?
I have read lot of documentation about CIN implementation and Iu2019m oriented to choose TAXINN schema, but If possible I would to understand better which are on behalf of one choice or another.
b) To define pricing schemas for India, after check with local users and using examples of documents (in particular tax invoice) actually produced, I have understood that taxes have to be applied on amount defined starting from price list, minus discounts recognized to customer plus surcharges eventually to bill (packing, transport, etc.).
Itu2019s correct for any type of taxes that tax amount is calculated on u201Cnet valueu201D defined at item level or there are exceptions to this rule?

a) About point 1 I know the difference between the 2 tax procedures (conditions or formulas). I also have read in others post in the FORUM that TAXINN is preferable. So I would to understand which are the advantages to choose instead TAXINJ. There are particular reasons or it'a only an alternative customizing setting?
