About last delta update error

Question

Hi Experts.
I have error during executing infopackage with delta master data.
while executing infopackage, the source system is dead. so there's something wrong about delta thing.
on job's msg says :Requesting the last delta for master data is not supported -  Message no. RSM792.
and when i tried to execute infopackage again, then i can see this msg
: Last delta update is not yet completed
Therefore, no new delta update is possible.
You can start the request again
if the last delta request is red or green in the monitor (QM activity)
on rsmo i set status  to red, when i tried to execute infopackage again,   then i can see this msg:
The last delta update was incorrect !
Therefore, no new delta update is possible.
You can cancel the request or:
Attempt to load the data of the last delta update again.
how can i execute this infopackage and update last delta?

i don't know this master data is flexible update one, how can i check this is that one?
and after that i already did like you said.
but when i try to executing infopackage again, msg just changed from first one to second one:

and there are two buttons in the msg window: request again, cancel.
if i click the "request again", then it has red status again.
and if i click the "cancel", then there is anything happend.
how i can execute this infopackage?
