If I buy a iphone 4 at apple online store in Canada. The iphone is locked or unlocked? Can I use other countries SIM card on it?

You can't get the unlock code.
As already provided, the iPhone is sold as officially unlocked in Canada when purchased from Apple's online store only, which requires having an address in Canada along with the credit card used to purchase the iPhone online having the same billing address as the ship to address for the iPhone, or having a billing address in Canada.
Paying the full retail sales price doesn't automatically equate to the iPhone being sold as officially unlocked. Whoever the carrier for the iPhone is can request an unlock for the iPhone that is sent to Apple by the carrier with the unlocking done with iTunes - that is if the carrier the iPhone was sold as carrier locked with will do so.

Ensure that all reads and writes to the database are in synchronized methods.
Note: For large ASCII text databases you may need to implement record locking which is easy if you have fixed length records. However, if you have variable length records there is a good section on locking/updating (in C++ and pseudo code) "Programming Intelligent Agents for the Internet" by Mark Watson.

The PC is the master,
MC1 2,3,4 are slave motor controller, they don't initiate communication but they take a command and execute it and they can return mo
tor status encoder position.
MC1 can controll four motors, serial command has MC1 address and individual motor sub-address.
The four motors connect to MC1 are stepper and small.
The motors connect to MC2 are brushless type
The two motors connect to MC3 are stepper and medium size. Different manufacturers, but they all have encoder feedback and take about 4 - 15 seconds to move to commanded position.
Strain gauges for measuring the force of the linear motors. Most motors have one strain gauge, but three motors have two strain gauges. (Fwd 1 inch with 8psi to a cork screw, once finding the corkscrew resistance, punch thru it with 50 psi and 1/2 inch)
The test is life analysis and motor force.
The test cycles the motors continuously and collecting data (encoder, temperature, force, cycles)

Good description of what is really wrong and how to reproduce if possible. Details of what you did before:
I didn't do anything to it but before the speaker would fuzz in and out of call and then it started doing that permanently. Afterwards my phone just started to lock and unlock several times before it ultimately locked me out even after I tried to press the unlock button. I tried pulling out the battery several times and it alleviates the symptoms for about 3 minutes and it goes right back to locking and unlocking again. I have no idea what is wrong but I appreciate any responses and Thank You in advance.

Usually I would advise a hard reset of your handset, but it doesn't seem like it's possible if you only have access to your handset for a few minutes before the fault occurs.
Go to www.blackberry.com and download the blackberry desktop manager, then use this to update your handsets software, I have seen the desktop manager not recognise there is an update from an 8900 on OS 4.6, if this happens you can find the newest 8900 software on the blackberry website - download this and install it to your PC. Once it's downloaded you need to search for updates in the desktop software and when it says none available select 'view previous versions', then select the software you just downloaded.

If you purchase from an official source, that sells officially unlocked iphones, you have nothing to worry about. If you didn't purchase from an official source, worry...your phone was most likely hacked.

My phone keeps locking and unlocking itself

One day I got home from skateboarding and I tried locking my iPhone and it wouldn't lock. I've never dropped it, and the button is still pushable. It seemed fine and it was in the same spot when I left so obviously no one had messed with it. After a while of people pressing the button, its almost like it catches up to my phone, and then it locks and unlocks itself and goes into little glitch fits. Its so frustrating because then when I try to use my phone it just locks itself and it takes forever for me to be able to keep unlocking it to be able to send a text or do something. Not without a warranty still in effect. You might ask about how much it costs to have it fixed (usually it's swapped out for another used phone).

It is not important which drive you have. The fact is that your unit has select bay module. If you don't have CD-ROM maybe you have floppy drive or maybe second HDD. Anyway check please that this select bay module is in right position and that secondary select bay lock button is also in right position. Like Silas already said try to remove this drive and put it again into place till you hear when the select bay make a clicking noise. If this happen the drive is in right position and everything should be ok.
If the problem persists I presume that selectable bay lock key is not in right position. Check it please (bottom side near the module)!

First, try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data by resetting.
If this does not work, set it up as new device, explained in this article, without using the latest backup.
How to back up your data and set up as a new device
If it works after that, restore from the latest backup to get your data and settings back.
Before you start resetting and setting up the phone again as new,
did you check in Settings/Notifications/Messages, that "show on screen" and the "notification sound" is enabled as well?

Hi everyone, I know this is a very vexing issue for those who have shelled out their hard earned money. This is the info I have been able to glean about getting a factory unlocked iPhone.
(1) Like one member here already pointed out, if you buy the iPhone from a T-Mobile STORE, FULL PRICE, it still comes locked. I was told by an employee that you have to use T-Mobile service for a minimum of 45 days before calling customer support to have it unlocked. This is also true if your contract runs out. I did it with AT&T for my iPhone 5. At the end of my contract, I called AT&T and told them to unlock it and they did.
(2) If you buy the iPhone FULL PRICE from Apple (Store or pre-order), it comes UNLOCKED. This info used to accompany the iPhone 5 and maybe 5S in the store, but it is not there with the iPhone 6. It has been moved to

How do i use the "Alt+Ctrl+;" keyboard shortcut to Lock and Unlock Guides in Adobe Illustrator?

I've been trying to lock my guides in Illustrator CS5 with the default keyboard shortcut "Alt+Ctrl+;", but with no result.
When i edit this shortcut via the 'Edit/Keyboard Shortcuts...' menu, and type in the same keystroke combination for that command - so again "Alt+Ctrl+;" for "Lock Guides' - the shortcut changes from "Alt+Ctrl+;" into "Alt+Ctrl+."
This new "Alt+Ctrl+." shortcut is usable. Now the same 3 different keystrokes tabbed at the same time do lock and unlock the guides, but i'm left wondering why it is that i can't use the "Alt+Ctrl+;" combination.
There now also seems to be no way around changing the new combination into the old one again.
I hope someone can help.

Select the desired files then press OPTION and select Show Inspector from the Finder's File menu.
