About My Apple iPhone 4 32GB?

I Have an Apple iPhone 4 32GB & sort ofly My Apple iPhone 4 cannot Connect to The Internet at all, I Try Turning it & Off & Shuting The System Down & Back On again & I Try & go in Settings->General->Network->Cellular Data Network to try & put it off then back on again but still nothing what else is there to do? I Never Droped My Apple iPhone & it does Connect to Wi-Fi & My Home Network but not able to Connect to The Internet locally is there a problem with my iPhone? it just breaks for no reason at all?

before I Do that i'll call my Verizon Carrier first to see if they can get me out of this problem? I Don't like Erasing everything & starting all over again I Did that over 100 Times Each on Microsoft Windows 95 & 98 & XP when I Had a Microsoft Computer, I'm glad I Made The Jump to Apple Smart Move on my Part.

I have an iPhone 4 also. If you are referring to the flyover view, its unavailble for the iPhone4. If you want to rotate the map, hold two fingers on the map for 2-3 seconds and rotate them in opposite directions.

As RG said, only the carrier to which the iPhone is locked can authorize unlocking. That is the only "way out". To have an iPhone that was "factory unlocked", you would have had to purchase it that way.

jailbraking your phone also voids your warranty. You will need to find a local shop and pay for the repair.

That's strange, because no where in the iPhone's limited warranty does it state "365 days", but it does state 1 year. I think the only way they could get out of that is because of the battery, which is not covered by the warranty. HOWEVER, it is stated on AT&T's website that claims are handled from 31-365 days, which would explain why the Apple people acted as such. I know you have Verizon, but since it is (essentially) the same device, it's under the same warranty.

Many people have had stories about issues happening as soon as their warranty expires, with products in general.
I'd just consider upgrading, and selling your old one.

Like ckuan said, Apple does not unlock iPhone; your carrier does, provided that the carrier offers this service.
Unfortunately, SoftBank does not offer authorized unlocking of iPhone.
Your best option is to sell this phone and buy another iPhone from the carrier of your choice or better buy a factory unlocked iPhone so you would be able to use it with any compatible GSM carrier around the world.
